Cucumber Mint Cooler Recipe

Ingredients:

1 English cucumber, peeled and sliced

1 cup fresh mint leaves

1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1 cup simple syrup (made by heating equal parts sugar and water until sugar dissolves)

1 cup sparkling water or club soda

Ice cubes


Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients: Place the cucumber slices and mint leaves into a pitcher.


2. Add Flavor: Pour in the lime juice and simple syrup, stirring gently.


3. Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for a more intense flavor).


4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice, strain the cucumber mixture into the glasses, and top with sparkling water or club soda.


5. Garnish: Add a sprig of mint and a cucumber slice to each glass for a refreshing presentation.



Tips:

If you prefer a sweeter taste, add more simple syrup to your liking.

For a bolder flavor, increase the amount of cucumber and mint.
