Virus that causes COVID-19 is widespread in wildlife, Virginia Tech scientists find!

Virginia Tech scientists have discovered that SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19, is widespread among wildlife, particularly near areas of high human activity.

The study, published in Nature Communications on July 29, 2024, revealed that the virus has been detected in six common backyard species, with antibodies indicating prior exposure found in five species.

Exposure rates ranged from 40 to 60% depending on the species.

Genetic analysis confirmed the presence of SARS-CoV-2 and identified unique viral mutations in wildlife, closely matching variants circulating in humans.

This supports the notion of human-to-animal transmission.

The highest exposure rates were found in animals near hiking trails and other high-traffic areas, suggesting that humans are the primary source of infection for these animals.

Despite the discovery of novel mutations in the virus among wildlife, the researchers found no evidence of the virus being transmitted from animals to humans.

Therefore, typical interactions with wildlife should not be a cause for concern.

The study tested 23 common Virginia species for active infections and antibodies.

Deer mice, Virginia opossums, raccoons, groundhogs, Eastern cottontail rabbits, and Eastern red bats showed signs of the virus.

A notable finding was a Virginia opossum with previously unreported viral mutations, which could potentially impact human immunity.

Carla Finkielstein, a professor of biological sciences at Virginia Tech, explained that the virus adapts and mutates to survive in new hosts when humans are vaccinated and protected.

The study significantly expands the understanding of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in wildlife, suggesting that human activity areas may serve as cross-species transmission points.

Joseph Hoyt, assistant professor of Biological Sciences at Virginia Tech, emphasized the importance of understanding SARS-CoV-2 transmission in common backyard wildlife, a previously under-researched area.

The team collected 798 nasal and oral swabs and 126 blood samples from six species across various locations in Virginia.

The study also noted two mice at the same site with the same variant, indicating either infection from the same human or one infecting the other.

Possible transmission sources include wastewater and discarded food.

Finkielstein highlighted the importance of genome sequencing in understanding the virus's mutations, which helps track its evolution and transmission.

Surveillance for these mutations should continue, as more research is needed to understand how the virus spreads among wildlife and potentially to humans.

Hoyt concluded that the study shows the virus's wide host range and emphasizes the need for further research to determine the long-term impact of SARS-CoV-2 on both wildlife and humans.

Finkielstein added that addressing the virus's impact on various species requires a multidisciplinary approach.

New Research Challenges Hunga Tonga Volcano's Role in 2023–24 Global Warming!

Recent research, involving Texas A&M University's atmospheric scientist Dr. Andrew Dessler, is re-evaluating the climate impact of the 2022 Hunga Tonga volcano eruption, challenging prior assumptions about its effects.

The Hunga Tonga eruption, occurring in January 2022, released significant volcanic aerosols and water vapor into the atmosphere.

Unlike historical eruptions like Tambora (1815) and Mt. Pinatubo (1991) which led to global cooling by blocking sunlight, Hunga Tonga's underwater eruption added an unprecedented amount of water vapor into the stratosphere, increasing its water content by about 10%.

Initially, there was speculation that this could explain the extreme global warmth observed in 2023 and 2024 due to water vapor being a potent greenhouse gas.
However, findings published on July 24 in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres show the opposite.

The research team, including Dr. Mark Schoeberl from the Science and Technology Corporation and multiple NASA scientists, used NASA and NOAA satellite data to assess the Earth's energy balance.

Their analysis indicated that the eruption actually led to a cooling effect, as more energy left the climate system than entered it.

"Our paper dismisses the notion that the eruption caused the extreme warmth of 2023 and 2024," Dessler explained.

"The main culprits are greenhouse gases from human activities and the ongoing El Niño."The study emphasizes the importance of human-induced greenhouse gas emissions as the primary driver of climate change, countering misinformation about the causes of global warming.

Dr. Schoeberl highlighted the crucial role of sustained investment in satellite-based stratospheric measurements, cautioning against potential gaps in data as critical instruments age and are not replaced.

The research also raises new questions, such as the unexpectedly low sulfur dioxide levels from the eruption and its minimal impact on the 2023 ozone hole.

These findings suggest there is still much to learn about stratospheric processes.
The study underscores the need for ongoing research and precise data to address the complexities of climate change.

Ice 0: Researchers Discover a New Mechanism for Ice Formation!

Researchers from the Institute of Industrial Science at The University of Tokyo have unveiled a new mechanism for ice formation, shedding light on the process by which water droplets freeze.

This discovery centers on a rare form of ice, known as ice 0, which plays a crucial role in the formation of ice crystals in supercooled water.

Ice comes in over 20 different varieties, each forming under specific conditions of pressure and temperature.

The common form of ice we use to chill our drinks is called ice I.

However, researchers in Japan have now identified another type of ice, ice 0, which acts as a seed for ice crystal formation in supercooled water.

In a study published in Nature Communications, the researchers demonstrated that ice formation near the surface of liquid water can start from tiny crystal precursors with a structure similar to ice 0.

These structures cause a water droplet to freeze near its surface rather than at its core, a finding that resolves a longstanding puzzle in the field of ice nucleation.

Ice nucleation typically occurs heterogeneously, meaning it starts at a solid surface, such as the container holding the water.

However, this new research reveals that ice crystallization can also occur just below the water's surface, where it meets the air.
Here, the ice nucleates around small precursors with a ring-shaped structure characteristic of ice 0.

Lead author Gang Sun explains, "Simulations have shown that a water droplet is more likely to crystallize near the free surface under isothermal conditions.
This resolves a longstanding debate about whether crystallization occurs more readily on the surface or internally.

"Ice 0 precursors have a structure very similar to supercooled water, allowing water molecules to crystallize more easily.
These precursors form spontaneously due to the negative pressure effects caused by the surface tension of water.

Once crystallization begins, structures similar to ice 0 quickly transform into the more familiar ice I.Senior author Hajime Tanaka highlights the broad implications of this study, noting that understanding the mechanism of surface crystallization of water could significantly impact various fields, including climate studies and food sciences, where water crystallization plays a critical role.

This research offers valuable insights into meteorology, as ice formation via ice 0-like precursors may significantly affect small water droplets in clouds. Additionally, the findings have potential applications in technology, ranging from food science to air conditioning.

Who is responsible for the victims of the quota movement?

The question is shocking! The country has become turbulent in the movement of one-point demand for quota reform in government jobs.

On Tuesday (July 16), students clashed with police and Chhatra League activists in different parts of the country.

Six people were killed. Hundreds were injured. People from different professions are sharing their opinions on social media.
When the entire country is in turmoil with the students' movement, then Showbiz stars have expressed solidarity with their demands.

Popular small screen actress Rukaiya Jahan Chamak was not left out. On Tuesday (July 16) night, he wrote, 'Maybe everything will be fine in a day or two.

Either the claim will be met, or else it won't happen if the luck is too bad. But six fresh lives were lost. Who will take responsibility for it?'

Chamak also wrote, 'Can they be brought back in exchange for anything? Why we are
sometimes so cruel?

Incidentally, the ongoing quota reform movement turned violent on Tuesday. Six people died in clashes at different places.
Hundreds of agitating students and Chhatra League leaders were injured.

In this situation, considering the safety of the students, the University Sanctions has directed to stop the educational activities of all public and private universities and affiliated colleges for an indefinite period.Commission (UGC).

At the same time, the National University has also announced the closure of all its colleges.

Quantum microscopy study makes electrons visible in slow motion!

The imaging tip of the time-resolving scanning tunneling microscope captures the collective electron motion in materials through ultrafast terahertz pulses.

Physicists at the University of Stuttgart under the leadership of Prof. Sebastian Loth are developing quantum microscopy which enables them for the first time to record the movement of electrons at the atomic level with both extremely high spatial and temporal resolution.

Their method has the potential to enable scientists to develop materials in a much more targeted way than before.

The researchers have published their findings in Nature Physics.

"With the method we developed, we can make things visible that no one has seen before," says Prof. Loth, Managing Director of the Institute for Functional Matter and Quantum Technologies (FMQ) at the University of Stuttgart.

"This makes it possible to settle questions about the movement of electrons in solids that have been unanswered since the 1980s.

" The findings of Loth's group are also of very practical significance for the development of new materials.

Tiny changes with macroscopic consequences

In metals, insulators, and semiconductors, the physical world is simple.

If you change a few atoms at the atomic level, the macroscopic properties remain unchanged.

For example, metals modified in this way are still electrically conductive, whereas insulators are not.

However, the situation is different in more advanced materials, which can only be produced in the laboratory—minimal changes at the atomic level cause new macroscopic behavior.

For example, some of these materials suddenly change from insulators to superconductors, i.e., they conduct electricity without heat loss.

These changes can happen extremely quickly, within picoseconds, as they influence the movement of electrons through the material directly at the atomic scale.

A picosecond is extremely short, just a trillionth of a second.

It is in the same proportion to the blink of an eye as the blink of an eye is to a period of more than 3,000 years.

Loth's working group has now found a way to observe the behavior of these materials during such small changes at the atomic level. Specifically, the scientists studied a material consisting of the elements niobium and selenium in which one effect can be observed in a relatively undisturbed manner: the collective motion of electrons in a charge density wave.

Loth and his team investigated how a single impurity can stop this collective movement. For this purpose, the Stuttgart researchers apply an extremely short electrical pulse, which lasts just one picosecond, to the material.

The charge density wave is pressed against the impurity and sends nanometer-sized distortions into the electron collective, which cause highly complex electron motion in the material for a short time.

Important preliminary work for the results now presented was done at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research (MPI FKF) in Stuttgart and at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter (MPSD) in Hamburg, where Loth had been conducting research before he was appointed to the University of Stuttgart.

Developing materials with desired properties

"If we can understand how the movement of the electron collective is stopped, then we can also develop materials with desired properties in a more targeted manner," Loth explains.

Or to put it another way: As there are no perfect materials without impurities, the microscopy method developed helps to understand how impurities should be arranged in order to achieve the desired technical effect.

"Design at the atomic level has a direct impact on the macroscopic properties of the material," says Loth. The effect could be used, for example, for ultra-fast switching materials in future sensors or electronic components.

An experiment repeated 41 million times per second

"There are established methods for visualizing individual atoms or their movements," explains Loth.

"But with these methods, you can either achieve a high spatial resolution or a high temporal resolution."

For the new Stuttgart microscope to achieve both, the physicist and his team combine a scanning tunneling microscope, which resolves materials at the atomic level, with an ultrafast spectroscopy method known as pump-probe spectroscopy.

In order to make the necessary measurements, the laboratory setup must be extremely well shielded.

Vibrations, noise, and air movement are harmful, as are fluctuations in room temperature and humidity.

"This is because we measure extremely weak signals that are otherwise easily lost in the background noise," Loth points out.

In addition, the team has to repeat these measurements very often in order to obtain meaningful results.

The researchers were able to optimize their microscope in such a way that it repeats the experiment 41 million times per second and thus achieves a particularly high signal quality.

"Only we have managed to do this so far," says Loth.

A unique example of Pati Bhakti Hazrat Chafura (A.S).

A unique example of Pati Bhakti Hazrat Chafura (a.s.), beloved wife of Hazrat Musa (a.s.) was one of those noble women who wrote their name in golden letters on the pages of history through immense love, genuine love and unprecedented service to their husbands.

The sacrifice she offered for her beloved husband was for the entire female family down through the agesIt contains a great message.

Hazrat Musa (pbuh) was the Messenger of Allah. Ever since he gazed upon the glory of God's Light on Mount Tur, his countenance was always filled with a powerful light.
The influence of Noor was so great that if anyone looked at him without a mask, his eyes would be instantly destroyed. He would be blind forever.

Hazrat Musa (AS) noticed this situation in the court of Allah Ta'alaRequested, O Pak Parwar Digar!

Bestow on me a mask that covers this mighty light and does not harm the eyes of Your servants.

Allah Ta'ala accepted the prayer of Hazrat Musa (A.S.) and said, "Make a mask with the blanket that was on your body on Mount Tur.

" Hazrat Musa (A.S.) made a mask according to the instructions of Allah and led the people to him without a mask.Forbidden to look.

This prohibition was not only limited to outsiders but also to Hazrat Safura (a.s.), the beloved wife of the house, the companion of happiness and sorrow.

But one whose love for one's lover is boundless - whose heart and mind are full of love for one's husband - whose entire life activity is guided by the satisfaction of the husband - how can he be satisfied with the sight of the masked face of the beloved?

How about husbandCan spend time without seeing the real face?

It can't be anything. Hazrat Safura (A.S.), who was addicted to the love and beauty of Prophethood, became restless because of that mask.

The cries of anguished voices stirred his heart and mind. All the barriers of his patience were broken.
She hurried to her belov

ed husband and eagerly gazed at his face with one unmasked eye. His  One eye was lost.

But he didn't even get upset. He didn't feel sad at all. In fact, Hazrat Safura (A.S.) who lost her soul in love with her husband, may not have even realized that the sight of one of her eyes was lost forever. But he was not satisfied yet.

He once again looked at his love with the other eye. As a result, this eye also became lightless. One by one, the two eyes were destroyed.

The story ends herenot After the loss of his eyesight, a woman asked him, do you feel any regrets because of the destruction of both your eyes?

In response to this question Hazrat Safura (A.S.) gave the answer given by Hazrat Maulana Rumi (R.A.H) in two lines: 'O woman!

I have no regrets at all that I lost both my eyes while seeing my beloved husband, but I have a hundred regrets and a thousand regrets.

It is only because if I were gifted with such a hundred eyes, I would devote them all to seeing the radiant face of my beloved.

' Hazrat Safura (A.S.) set a wonderful example of devotion. This act of husband love is highly liked by Allah Ta'ala.

So He bestowed such powerful light from His unseen store on the darshan power of both his eyes by which He always livesBeloved husband could see the face of Hazrat Musa (AS) without any mask.

We get a little disappointed!

 We get a little disappointed.

And as a result of despair, we lose the fun of worship.

As a result, there is a reflection of negligence in us to perform worship.

Regarding the reward of a patient believer, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (Rahimahullah) mentioned an incident in his "Kitabuz Zuhad".

I have presented it below. . Abu Imran al-Zuni said, Nawf al-Bikkali, may Allah have mercy on him, said,

A believing person and a disbelieving person fishingcame out  Chanting the names of his gods, the unbeliever cast the net and caught plenty of fish.

On the other hand, the believer casts the net by chanting the name of Allah; But no fish came up in his net.

Thus they were engaged in fishing till sunset. Then the believer was able to catch only one fish. But the disbeliever got a boatload of fish.  .

Then the angel of the believer despaired and said to Allah, O myLord, this servant of yours called you, but he returned empty-handed.

And your renegade servant has returned with a boatload of fish.  .

Allah Ta'ala called the angel of the believer. And showed the abode of the believing servant in Paradise.

Then he said, "My believing servant will forget all the troubles after coming here." . Then he showed the angel the abode of the infidel.

Then he said, "Whatever he (the disbeliever) has achieved in this world is here.

"Will it be of any use at all?" The angel said, "No, by Allah! O my Lord.” [1] .

Even as a believer, the word "despair" does not suit us! Because, your Lord is looking for opportunities to forgive your sins.

And even if you fear Him with the readiness to sin, He will write good deeds for you! (Sahih Muslim) [2] Where can you find such an opportunity? .

Dear brother, let's break through the veil of despair.

A beacon of hopeBurn in our hearts. Remember the Lord and open your mind.  Jannah will be our final abode in sha Allah.

Baby's first classroom!

A baby usually stays with the mother from birth. Mother is his first school.
Therefore, the mother's role is more behind the ideal and honest child.

How big a child will be in the world, how good it will be, depends a lot on the mother.
That's why first of all mother should be aware. Appropriate steps should be taken with the goal of making the child a real human being and the effort to implement it properlyKeep trying.

Children are God's trust in the hands of parents, His blessings.
They will be given a thorough account on the Day of Judgment whether they were given good education or not.

Some mothers unknowingly become the cause of bad behavior in their children.
Ask the child to bring chillies, radishes, potatoes etc. from other's fields.
By doing this, the child gradually steps on the path of theft.

So every one as a responsible and conscious motherIt is very important to be careful with the steps.

It should be remembered that the first age of the child is the best time for correction.
After the birth of a child, certain responsibilities fall upon the parents according to the provisions of Shariah.

For example, Azan in the child's right ear and Iqamat in the left ear.

keep a good name Giving aqeeqah in seven days as possible etc.

These are some of the basic things after childbirth.

Then comes the phase of proper upbringing and education of the child.

And the important time to teach manners to children is when they learn to speak.
He will learn what is taught to him at that time. Tabei Ibrahim Attaimi Rah.

Said, they (companions) used to teach the child Kalima Talkin (teaching him to speak orally) when he learned to speak.

So that the first words of the child are La-ilaha illallah. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba, Hadith 3519) Second, ordering the child to pray when he is seven years old.

Beating if necessary for not praying after ten years, which is proved by the hadith.
Then teach him the Quran. Quran should be taught at the age of seven.

Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi.
"When the age of seven is fixed for the most important prayer, I think this age is the right time to start systematic education," he said.

And the person who teaches the Quran is the Messenger of Allahsaid the best person.
There is no parent who does not want their child to be the best.

Therefore, no one can be good without learning the Qur'an, which is the criterion for being good.

Even if he learns all the knowledge of the world without learning the Quran, that person cannot be called the best.

Therefore it is important to teach children the Quran first.
If the parents teach the child the Qur'an, then in the HereafterThey will have immense dignity.

It is described in the hadith Sharif, Hazrat Mu'az Juhani Radi. Said, The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "Whoever reads the Qur'an and acts on it, his parents will be given a crown on the Day of Resurrection whose light will be brighter than the light of the sun."

If that sun is inside your house. (However, the amount of light it emits will be greater than that of the crown.)

Then heWhat about the person who acted upon the Quran himself?

(Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith 1448) Satsang is another good way to raise a child as a good son and a good citizen.

That is why the child needs to be kept in good condition first.

Allah says in Quran, "Be with the truthful." ’ The secret is, one can be truthful with truthful people, and fear of being liars with liars.

has It is proven and very real by Quran-Hadith, science and experience.
It is never right to let your children mix with bad natured boys and girls.

That's why it is important to be careful about money.

Bad association results in bad temper in children. Today's mothers say another thing that boys and girls don't stay at home but go out, that's why I bought a TV.

It should be noted that TV,VCDs are tools of destruction of character and faith.
There are countless cases of children being destroyed by these things.

So we have to figure out our own ways how we can save our children from them.
The above mentioned are some of the important ways of child idealization.

Apart from this, if the mother wants to raise the child as a true ideal, then she should involve the child in every job while he is still youngAccustomed to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace  to make One way is to perform circumcision in front of him.

Reciting Masnoon Duas from place to place.
It will benefit yourself and the future of the child will be bright.

We can do this like this: * When the child wakes up, the mother recites the dua of waking up in front of him.

Although the child cannot read, but from this he developed a habitwill rise * When the child goes to the bathroom, keep an eye on whether he has put his shoes on or not.
If you don't have a hat or scarf-veil on your head, put it on.

Dua for going to and from the bathroom and other etiquettes will be recited by the mother out loud and he will memorize them by heart.

* In the case of clothes, the right foot should be put on before the right hand.
Same goes for shoes. In case of new clothes, teach him dua too.

* Saying while feeding children, they have to sit and eat in one place,If it falls on the ground,

it should be picked up and eaten cleanly and other manners of eating such as saying Bismillah, reciting dua, spreading the table should be taught. *

If you want to give or take something to someone, keep the shell in the right hand. Many children have a habit of not wanting to give anything to anyone.

So if you want to give something to someone, try to give it through the child.
Sometimes getting into the habit of giving something to his partner's children too.
By this heThe quality of giving to others will be created.

* As a guest at home, he will greet and greet the child as well. *
If a work is done through a child, he will immediately say Masha Allah.
If something is lost, it will teach you to say Innalillah.

Be it a very trivial thing.
In such a way that what has to be said like Jazakallah, Alhamdulillah, Insha'Allah etc.
is taught seriously.

Duas are like in placesTry this automatically.

By this the child will become habit of dhikr.
* Do not wear clothes with pictures. Don't forget to urinate towards the west.

* If you abuse someone or hurt someone, ask for forgiveness from him immediately.
So that he understands the injustice and develops the virtue of asking for forgiveness.

Also take care not to misbehave with the work people. *
Teaching manners with as much humility as possible.

of humilityWhat is done by is not done by rigor. That's why it should be taught with humility rather than harshness.

It is the responsibility of both parents to teach the above manners.

As many great people we see in the pages of history, mother's contribution is more behind this success.

And the mother is the first teacher of the first school for the child.

So the mother should be vigilant and responsible in every aspect of the child.
Islamic poet Allama IqbalHe used to say that even after coming back from abroad, when I haven't forgotten Allah, I hope I won't forget it again. When people used to say, Iqbal!

How can you remember Allah even after seeing the glitter of the field?

He used to say in reply, I did not forget Allah in spite of all the blessings of Muhammad Surma-Islamic education which my mother instilled in my eyes during that childhood.

Child mentality, meditation, perception, sense-belief, taste-education, nature-civilization,Gentleness and virtue are not so easily inculcated by anyone else as a mother can instill in her child.

May Allah Ta'ala grant tawfeek to every woman to be a conscious and responsible mother.

Hasan Basri Rah...A prominent Tabei!

Hasan Basri Rah.. A prominent Tabe'i
accompanied by several of the Prophet's companions.

Born in Medina but later moved to Basra. He looked black.

But he was the leader of his time in knowledge and practice. He was unique in old age.

There was no discrepancy between words and deeds. He was a great hero.

He did not care to tell the truth. Like Hajjaz bin Yusuf, he was outspoken.

After his birth, he was taken to Khalifatul Muslimeen Umar Ibnul Khattabis going He prayed to him and said - 'O Allah!

Make this boy a faqih of the deen and make him beloved among the people.'

Khalifa's prayer was also accepted.
Hajjaz bin Yusuf Saqafi. A ruler of Iraq appointed by the Umayyad Caliphate.
Tyranny, transgression and tyranny started. Hasan Basri joined.

He was also one of the few people who opposed Hajjaj's transgression.

Strongly his among the peopleAparkam announced. And he did not hesitate to tell the truth to his face. Hajjaz built a palace. Royal splendor.

When he issues the Shahi elan among the people—let them pray for the longevity and blessings of his palace. People came to the palace as soon as they heard Shahi Elan.
Hassan Basri did not want to miss this golden opportunity to gather people.
He went out to meet them.

Advise themto give To convince them. To make them indifferent to worldly wealth.
Above all to arouse their interest in supernatural wealth.

People circling Hajjaj's skyscraper palace. Enjoying the beauty of the palace.
The splendor of the palace is breathtaking.
Then Hasan Basri stood up to address the people. The gist of the speech is—

“If we are the worst of peopleLook at the palaces that were built, but see—Pharaoh built a palace that was stronger, stronger, and taller than this. Yet Allah destroyed Pharaoh and left his towering palace in ruins.

If only Hajjaj understood—the inhabitants of the sky dislike him and the inhabitants of the earth take advice from him!”

When Hajjaz entered his meeting room the next day, he was bursting with anger.
He said to his councilors - 'May you perish, go away.

A slave of Basra stood up and said whatever he wanted in front of you, and there was no one among you who resisted him or disapproved of his words!

By Allah, O group of cowards, I will surely make you drink his blood.' Hajjaz took fire idol.

He is the kin of the sword and the wide leather bed on which human heads are beheadedordered It was brought as ordered by Hajjaj.

The executioner was called.
The executioner came as soon as he heard the call. Hajjaz Hasan sent some soldiers to capture Basri.

Soon after Hasan Basri arrived at Hajjaj's court. But as soon as Hasan Basri entered the court, everyone's heart began to tremble!

When Hasan Basri saw the sword, the roper and the executioner present, he moved his lips slightly. Right after thatHe went towards Hajjaj.

But even then, the magnificence of a believer, the self-respect of a Muslim and the calmness of God are present in him.
Hajjaz got angry seeing this position of Hasan Basri.

His face turned pale with fear.
Somehow he started saying - 'Abu Saeed, come here. Sit here!' After saying this, he started making Hasan Basri a place to sit.
People are surprised and shocked to see this condition of Hajjaj!

they are started looking at him with wide eyes. Hasan Basri took the seat.
Hajjaz also sat down.
Hajjaz looked at Hasan Basri.

He started asking about some religious matters. Hasan Basri also continued to answer each of his questions with determination, in magical language and in the light of profound wisdom.

After hearing the answer, Hajjaz said - 'O Abu Said! You are the emperor of the wise!'
Hajjaz rushed to get the perfume. When perfume is broughtHasan Basri's beard with his own hands and respectfully said goodbye.

Hasan Basri left the palace of Hajjaj. The gatekeeper of the palace ran after him.
Addressing him, he said, - O Abu Said! He called you to do the opposite of what Hajjaj had done to you.

I noticed, as you advanced, that you moved both lips and mumbled something.
Tell me, youWhat were you reading?' - 'O guardian of my happiness!

Oh, the harbinger of my danger!
You make His wrath cool and peaceful for me, as you made the fire cool and peaceful for your beloved Hazrat Ibrahim A.

Urinates Frequently!

Many people suffer from burning sensation in urine. Urinates frequently.

Some take medicine from the pharmacy without consulting a specialist doctor.

Urinary burning is a very common problem.

Everyone might have face once or twice in their life.

If there is burning in urine, it is not an infection. There is a belief that infection occurs only when there is burning in the urine.

Besides infection, heartburn can be caused by many reasons.

in the urineThe first thing that is important is that you don't start taking antibiotics if you have a burn.

First check, routine examination. After that culture should be done if necessary.

Antibiotics should be started after that. Antibiotics should not be started before then.

Because, apart from infection, there are many causes of burning and they are very common, especially young boys with prostatitis.

Cystitis in girlsA lot of times.

May be due to bladder tumors. It takes a lot of time to be stoned.

Treatment should be started after knowing the cause.

How To Pick the Best Watermelon?

Nothing says summer like a slice of sweet, juicy watermelon, but finding a perfectly ripe fruit at a farmer's market or grocery store is not always easy.

However, picking the right watermelon is worth the effort—in both taste and nutrient content.

"Watermelon is made up of about 92% water, so it is a hydrating fruit," says Mia Syn, MS, RDN, a registered dietitian and on-air nutrition expert.

"It also provides key nutrients, including potassium and vitamin C.

Potassium helps support normal blood pressure, allows muscles to contract, and helps nerves to function.

Vitamin C is important for immune and skin health."

Watermelon also contains lycopene, which is a naturally occurring compound that gives watermelons their pinkish-red color and benefits heart health, says Kimberley Rose-Francis RDN, CDCES, CNSC, LD, a registered dietitian at the National Watermelon Promotion Board.

"Here's a fun fact—on average, watermelon has about 40% more lycopene than raw tomatoes.

Rose-Francis adds that there are more than 300 varieties of watermelon cultivated in North and South America.

"For this reason, watermelons are often grouped according to their characteristics; but this does not impact the flavor profile."

If you're looking for a sweet and delicious watermelon for your next family meal or summer event, try following expert tips for identifying the perfect watermelon.

1. Examine the Shape

When picking a watermelon at the grocery store or farmer's market, go for one that's symmetrical and uniform in shape, as odd shapes can affect texture and flavor, says Mareya Ibrahim, a chef and cookbook author.

"It should also feel heavy for its size, meaning it's juicy and ripe."

You can press on the rind to make sure it’s firm. "A soft rind can mean it's overripe or starting to rot," says Ibrahim.

The ends of the melon should be filled out & rounded. If the stem is still there, Ibrahim says it should be dry and slightly brown—green stems mean it was picked too early and may lack flavor and sweetness.

2. Look at the Color

It only takes 90 days for a watermelon to grow, and it will be sweetest at its peak, says Lauren Manaker MS, RDN, LD, a registered dietitian.

"The weather, the variety of seed, and the length of growing time all can impact the sweetness maturity."

The outside of the watermelon should be dull, says Rita Faycurry, RD, a registered dietitian at Fay Nutrition.

"This indicates that the watermelon is ripe. If it's shiny, it was picked before it was ripened."

Also, if the watermelon has an even color, the fruit should be consistent in ripeness and flavor.

Keep in mind that watermelons do not continue to ripen once harvested.

They stop ripening as soon as they're picked from the vine.

This means your watermelon won't get sweeter if you wait a few days to eat it after bringing it home from the store.

Once you cut your watermelon open, you may find that it's pink, not red, but still very sweet, says Manaker.

"The red color comes from the phytonutrient lycopene, and it does not have a flavor.

So trust your tastebuds before judging on flesh color alone."

3. Check for Webbing

Look for vein-like webbing on your watermelon.

These markings are usually good indicators that you have found an extra-sweet watermelon.

Make sure to inspect all sides of the melon for webs.

"Large webbing or 'sugar spots' means the sugar is seeping out of the watermelon and that the watermelon is very sweet," says Fay.

The webbing can be a little unsightly—and you may be tempted to put the melon aside for another one.

However, these brown veins or spots are from pollination, so the more webbing you see, the more times a bee pollinated the watermelon when it was still a flower.

The more pollination the flower received, the sweeter the fruit will be.

4. Look for a Yellow Belly

The yellow belly of a watermelon, also known as the field spot, shows where the melon was lying on the ground when growing and is an indicator of ripeness, says Syn.

A large, yellow field spot on one side of the melon means that the melon spent more time ripening on the vine.

A smaller or white-looking field spot means the melon may not be as ripe.

If the field spot is too orange that may mean the melon is overripe, adds Manaker.

"Look for a nice butter-yellow color."

5. Tap on It

Tap the watermelon with your knuckles, suggests Syn.

A ripe watermelon will produce a deep sound, while an overripe one might have a more hollow or flat sound, she says.

A watermelon that sounds hollow might have lost some of its water content.

Since watermelons are mostly water, the fruit may taste dry or grainy rather than sweet and refreshing.

If your tapping elicits a higher-pitched sound, that could mean the rind is too thick and the fruit is not ripe, says Syn.

6. Scratch It Lightly

You can also scratch the surface of a watermelon rind to help determine ripeness, says Syn.

"If the outer layers slip back easily and show green-white underneath, the watermelon is ripe. An unripe melon will have a darker line [when scratched]."

All watermelons sold in the grocery store have a minimum sweetness level that must be met to be sold to consumers, says Manaker.

So, you are guaranteed to find at least a somewhat sweet watermelon if that's where you're shopping.

However, some melons may be sweeter than others.

7. Pick It Up

When you pick up a watermelon at a farmer's market, farm stand, or grocery store, it should feel heavier than it looks.

A surprisingly heavy watermelon means it has more water content and likely has sweet flesh inside.

"The best watermelon in the grocery store or farmer’s market is likely the heaviest one," says Syn.

"A heavier melon holds more water, making it juicier."

Mini watermelons, which are small and round, weigh about 7 pounds.

Seeded watermelons may weigh as much as 45 pounds, says Syn.

"Yellow watermelons come in seeded and seedless varieties and weigh up to 30 pounds."

8. Steer Clear of Bruised Watermelons

Since the rind, seeds, and flesh are entirely edible, watermelons offer many health benefits—as long as they are not damaged or starting to spoil.

Avoid any watermelon that has bruises, cuts, damage, or soft spots to ensure freshness, says Syn.

Also, avoid melons with irregular bumps or lumps.

Your watermelon doesn't have to be perfect, but it should check most of the boxes and not be damaged in any way.

How To Use Your Watermelon

There's nothing better than a slice of watermelon on a hot day, but there are several creative ways to use the fruit.

For example, Syn suggests the following:

Cut the watermelon into wedges or cubes and season it with tajin for a kick

Make a watermelon salad with feta, fresh mint, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar

Make a watermelon salsa with diced watermelon, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice to pair with grilled fish or chicken

"I also like making watermelon slushies by blending frozen watermelon with a splash of lime juice," Syn says.

"You can also use blended watermelon to make popsicles. Just pour blended watermelon into popsicle molds and freeze until set."

If you want to include more plant-based protein in your diet, watermelons with seeds are a viable option, adds Rose-Francis.

"One ounce of sprouted, shelled, and dried watermelon seeds contains 10 grams of protein. The flesh of both seeded and seedless watermelon types delivers similar vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytonutrients."

Eating the entire watermelon, including the rind and the seeds, saves about 5 pounds of waste.

A Quick Review

Watermelons are as sweet and juicy as they are nutritious.

But picking the perfect watermelon is not always easy.

Following a few expert tips can help you find a ripe, flavorful watermelon to enjoy.

When shopping at a farmer's market or grocery store, examine the watermelon, look for webbing, and ensure it has a yellow field spot.

You can also pck it up, tap it, and scratch it lightly. These strategies will help you pick the sweetest watermelon you can find.

A new approach to realize quantum mechanical squeezing!

Schematic of nonclassical mechanical states from a resonator–qubit combination.

A transmon qubit couples capacitively to acoustic mechanical modes of a separate sapphire slab, one of which is represented as a series of blue and red antinodes.

From this interaction, nonclassical mechanical states originate.

Three vignettes reproduce Wigner functions of i) a squeezed vibration state, ii) a non-Gaussian vibration state and iii) a non-Gaussian vibration state with large negative values of the Wigner function, characteristics of strong nonclassicality.

Mechanical systems are highly suitable for realizing applications such as quantum information processing, quantum sensing and bosonic quantum simulation.

The effective use of these systems for these applications, however, relies on the ability to manipulate them in unique ways, specifically by 'squeezing' their states and introducing nonlinear effects in the quantum regime.

A research team at ETH Zurich led by Dr. Matteo Fadel recently introduced a new approach to realize quantum squeezing in a nonlinear mechanical oscillator.

This approach, outlined in a paper published in Nature Physics, could have interesting implications for the development of quantum metrology and sensing technologies.

"Initially, our goal was to prepare a mechanical squeezed state, namely a quantum state of motion with reduced quantum fluctuations along one phase-space direction,

" Fadel told Phys.org. "Such states are important for quantum sensing and quantum simulation applications.

They are one of the gates in the universal gate set for quantum computing with continuous-variable systems—meaning mechanical degrees of freedom, electromagnetic fields, etc., as opposed to qubits that are discrete-variable systems."

While performing their experiments and trying to attain an increasing amount of squeezing, Fadel and his colleagues realized that after a certain threshold, the mechanical state was becoming more than merely narrower (i.e., more squeezed) and more elongated.

In addition, they found that the state started to twist/twirl around itself, following an "S"-like or even "8"- like pattern.

"We did not expect this, as the preparation of non-gaussian states requires significant nonlinearities in the mechanical oscillator, so we were quite surprised, but of course also excited," Fadel explained.

"Typical mechanical nonlinearities are extremely small and typical couplings between mechanical oscillators and light/microwave fields are also linear.

However, it was easy to realize that in our device the resonator was inheriting some of the nonlinearity from the qubit it was coupled to."

The researchers found that the nonlinearities the resonator inherited were quite strong, resulting in the fascinating effect they observed.

In their recent paper, they showcased this new approach to realize quantum squeezing in this nonlinear mechanical system.

The system employed in the team's experiments consists of a superconducting qubit coupled to a mechanical resonator via a disk made of a piezoelectric material.

The coupling between these two systems results in the effective nonlinearity of the resonator.

"When a two-tone drive is applied to the system at the correct frequencies, f1+f2=2*fm (where f1 and f2 are the two-tone drive frequencies and fm the frequency of the mechanical mode),
a parametric process takes place: two microwave photons at frequencies f1 and f2 from the drives are converted into a pair of phonons at frequency fm of the mechanics," Fadel said.

"This is very similar to a parametric conversion process in optics, where light fields are sent to a nonlinear crystal that generates squeezing in a similar way as I described."

The new approach for realizing mechanical squeezing introduced by this team of researchers could soon open new opportunities for research and the development of quantum devices.

In their experiments, Fadel and his colleagues also used their approach to demonstrate the preparation of non-gaussian states of motion and confirmed that their mechanical resonator exhibits tunable nonlinearity.

"Notably, the nonlinearity we observed in our resonator is tunable, as it depends on the difference between qubit and resonator frequencies, which can be controlled in the experiment," Fadel said.

"The realization of squeezed states has important applications for quantum metrology and for quantum information processing using continuous variables.

Non-gaussian states can also be used as a resource for quantum information tasks and for fundamental investigations of quantum mechanics."

In his future studies, Fadel hopes to further investigate the possibility of realizing a mechanical quantum simulator based on the approach introduced in this recent paper.

Specifically, this simulator could exploit the possibility of independently addressing and controlling tens of bosonic modes in the team's acoustic resonators.

"Our devices could also find interesting applications in quantum-enhanced sensing of forces, gravitational waves and even tests of fundamental physics," Fadel added.

"Recently, we showed in a follow-up work that the mechanical nonlinearity can be so strong that it allows us to realize a mechanical qubit."
