Breaking Free from Chronic Allergies: A Real Story of Natural Recovery & Body Healing

Allergies, cancer, tumors and experience true healing!

"You cannot sustain one disease and cure the other two. When the body is healed, it heals everything." - Charlotte Garson

I have successfully cured my eczema. The method I took was the most natural, so I would consider it homeopathy.

I never went to a homeopath, I did it by trial and errorI did everything. Growing up, I had asthma, I was allergic to seafood (mostly crabs, shrimp/lobster) I used to have rashes on my face and get hot and puffy, I was allergic to my own sweat (I had rashes on my neck, underarms, basically where the skin folds) and I had eczema on my upper arms.

Numerous doctors told my mother that my condition was hereditary and that she should take care of me will be more carefully.

For 22 years I believed that this was how the rest of my life was going to be. I will have it forever and will pass it down to my children as well, as most everyone in my family and extended family has some form of it.

Everyone had some form of food allergy, eczema or asthma. I was the special one who got all three. Interestingly, growing up,I never had acne even during my teenage years. I had perfect skin, unlike everyone else at my school.

But suddenly, from the age of 23, I started having severe acne. They were very painful, filled with pus, annoying, ugly, and covered my face with black spots. I was apprehensive. I no longer had the perfect skin I was so proud of.

Finally decided, no! Now find me a way to cure acne Must find out. I started reading a lot of books on health and the human body and I learned about the organs that eliminate waste products in the human body;

Blood liver- filtration system. When it is functioning properly, the liver removes and inactivates excess hormones, toxic metabolites from digestion (alcohol, food additives, chemicals, metabolic enzymes and other waste products) so that the kidneys orintestine

Kidneys – work to purify the blood and remove waste products through urine.

Lungs- supply oxygen to the blood and expel toxic and infectious by-products through phlegm and remove toxins through carbonic gas.

The intestines break down food into smaller simple molecules so they can be distributed through the blood. The intestines expel waste products through feces.

Skin - the biggest part of our bodyorgan The skin is our body's last resort in the detoxification process. Our skin releases waste products mixed with sweat and comes out in the form of rashes and skin irritations.

Lymph - Produces lymph fluid which is an extra cellular fluid whose function is to fight infection and immune response in the body. A perceived attack on the body's balance will cause it to swell and warm.

After reading that list, I am my usual self Put on the cap of knowledge and start thinking.

I have problems with most elimination channels. That means allergy is the body's attempt or reaction to get rid of excess toxic or waste material in the body.

Lungs - Asthma

Skin – Eczema and rashes

Intestinal - food allergies

Lymph - allergic reactions

I don't know if my liver and kidneys were working properly then, because my kidneys andI had to get tested to see if the liver was also having problems. Then I realized something; My symptoms are not hereditary.

My "disease" is not nature, but nurture.

Since then I have tried many ways to "flush" the toxic load through my elimination channels and revitalize my elimination organs.

It has been 7 years and I am now living without asthma, I have my eczema and the rash cleared up completely, I no longer have food allergies or sweat allergies and my skin is smooth and acne free.

The following are changes I made in my lifestyle that helped me regain my health (I tried all kinds of extremes for each point and these current levels worked for me):

Loads of toxins and harsh chemicals enter your body Stop Doing - This is the part that is the hardest for most people.

These undigested substances can come from anywhere and even a small amount will further aggravate your overloaded system. Some examples of chemicals I stopped using:

• Detergents: I wash my clothes in salt and vinegar, I wash my kitchen and the rest of my house with white vinegar and fruit peels.Clean with enzyme cleaner. I wash my dishes with baking soda and vinegar.

•Body care products: lotions, shampoos, facial cleansers, soaps, toothpastes, perfumes, sunblocks, lip balms and anything else made from petroleum products. Gradually I made my own sunblock, lip balm, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, moisturizer and facial mask using all natural oils and essential oils.I started doing

•Since organic vegetables are expensive, I wash my vegetables and fruits in vinegar or salted water.

•Meat: Most farm animals are now bred in high density feed lots, to avoid disease and speed up growth, most are fed/injected with some form of growth hormone, steroids and antibiotics. If you can't find quality meat, yourIt is better to reduce the consumption of meat to help reduce the burden on the body.

•Reduce your exposure to air pollution and smoke, at least in the places where you spend most of your time (home/work) by investing in air purifiers and changing filters frequently.

•Alcohol, drugs (drugs/recreation) - makes sense right!

Hydrate properly - the correct calculation is body weight (kg) x 80ml of water per day (50kg x80 ml = 4 liters of water). Fresh cold-pressed vegetable juices and homemade broths are considered proper hydration, however, coffee, tea, dairy products are not considered proper hydration.

Water is the best medium for detoxification, helping your organs function at a more efficient level and helping to dilute toxins so they can safely exit your system.

correctly Rest – The liver, kidneys and brain are the three main organs that work the most when you sleep. Getting the right amount of sleep at the right time (6-8 hours between 9am and 7pm – the natural circadian rhythm) will maximize your body's ability to process and eliminate waste products.

Eat easily digestible food like soup/fruit/salad 2-4 hours before bedTry not to engage your digestive system while you are trying to sleep. Digestion is an "expensive" activity in your body. If digestion is not able to sleep properly, let's detox.

Think right - a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and I've found that the reverse is also true. A healthy mind can create a healthy body.

There is a strong correlation between depression and organ/hormone dysfunction. Some form of daily prayer/meditation/prayer/love/forgiveness/gratitude will drastically change your brain to a healthier state. As I like to say, toxic thoughts create a toxic body, toxic body creates toxic thoughts. Think positive, say and do positive things.

Do Your Own Cooking (Eat Right) - If you don't start taking responsibility for your own nutrition, it's impossible to stay healthy. youWhen cooking your own food, you should not use instant products (instant sauces, seasonings, instant noodles, pre-packaged foods, canned foods). Knowing every part of what goes inside your food will drastically change your perception of nutrition.

Include more raw fresh vegetables in your diet - We all know that vegetables are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and beneficial enzymes. The problem is that these nutrients are destroyed when exposed to heat.

Eating them in their raw state will greatly improve your nutritional intake. The Japanese have this word goshiki which means you need five colors (white, yellow, red, green, purple/blue) every day.

The more colorful your vegetables/fruits, the more varied your nutrition, the faster your body can heal.

Exercise properly(Sweat) - Whatever exercise you like to do is good exercise, try at least 4-5 different sports.

Mainly because a runner trains and sweats differently than a swimmer/martial artist/crossfitter/yogi. Toxins are usually covered by body fat to minimize exposure to organ/muscle tissue, so different movements and training flush toxins from different parts of the body. and ifIf you have an injury or other hindrance to exercise, I would suggest a sauna/steam combination.

Another thing is to incorporate some form of bouncing moves into your daily exercise, like light skipping/gentle trampoline, to move lymph fluids, but the lymph system doesn't have a pump (like our heart does for blood circulation) so these movements will move lymph fluids.Aids and stabilizes our detoxification processes.

Restore the balance of my gut bacteria Our largest immune system resides in our gut. A balance of species in gut bacteria will greatly improve your body's performance, mostly because these bacteria help us break down nutrients, produce hormones, amino acids and enzymes.Helps to synthesize/create substances that are important for our bodily functions.

Due to overuse of antibiotics, there is an imbalance of diversity in our gut bacteria.

Start fermenting and cultivating wild bacteria (kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, kvass, etc.) or get a broad strain of probiotics and prebiotics (mostly raw vegetable fiber andAllium plants - garlic, onion, leek etc).

Control blood sugar levels - high carbs = high inflammation unless you block it all out with your activity. Modern fruits are selectively bred to be extremely sweet so be aware of your daily fruit intake choices and portion sizes.

Limiting other carbohydrates such as sugar/rice/flour/starchshould avoid blood sugar spikes.

Supplement with natural anti-inflammatories – Omega 3 oils (fish/flaxseed/wood oil), aromatic spices like turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and herbs like mint, basil, dill, coriander, chamomile, dandelion are all great natural anti-inflammatories.

Avoid antibiotics - see point 4. If you eat meat from the feedlot, it's already in your system Antibiotics are there because these animals are fed antibiotics and their meat is loaded with them.

Another thing to remember is going to the doctors, if you come down with the flu/cough/diarrhea, remind yourself that this is your body's way of getting the infection out (via mucus, phlegm, stool) and refrain.

Don't want a quick fix, especially with antibiotics. If you like itYou can develop antibiotic resistance if you are not careful about use.

Get at least one hour of sunlight every day (without sunscreen) – optimal vitamin D levels will strengthen your immune system and help your system synthesize minerals.

Have proper bowel movements - last but not least. Monitor your bowel movements, any to eliminate your digestive processes delays mean your body has stagnant waste, which can ferment excessively, produce gas and bloat you, poison your blood, block nutrient absorption, create ulcers and imbalances.

In stomach acid. A general rule of thumb is that if you eat 3 times a day, you should have at least 2 bowel movements a day (unless you were born with an extra long intestine which is really atreatable condition).

The sitting position for effective bowel movement is usually not the best position for your buttocks. Squatting pose is the best position to open your colon.

If you don't have a squat toilet, place your feet on a small tool to recreate the position.

This answer may seem excessive, but it really is the price of modern civilization. I am grateful that there are enough books and experts who are mine educated and supported me through the health journey.

Please don't get frustrated and overwhelmed by the changes that need to be made. See it as reclaiming your own power to heal yourself. Our health is entirely our own responsibility.

Only the first 2 years were really hard for me, after I had no more symptoms I was probably 70-80% strict.

It is possible, I am most Not a disciplined person, I go out and enjoy life, drink some soft drinks and eat some junk food.

All is well in moderation once you balance your health. Interestingly, these steps can be applied to most health problems as well.

🌸 The Results Over Time

Over the years, I noticed gradual but meaningful changes:

My asthma symptoms reduced significantly

Skin irritation and eczema improved

Food sensitivities became less intense

My skin texture became clearer over time

My overall energy and wellbeing improved

This was not an overnight transformation—it was a long personal journey of awareness, consistency, and experimentation.

⚖️ What I Learned Most

If there is one thing I’ve learned, it is this:

πŸ‘‰ The body is deeply interconnected.

πŸ‘‰ Lifestyle choices matter more than we often realize.

πŸ‘‰ Healing is rarely a single-step process—it’s a long-term relationship with your body.

But I also understand something important today:

Every person is different. Every body is different. What worked for me may not work the same way for someone else.

πŸ’š Final Reflection

Looking back, I don’t see this journey as “curing everything.”

I see it as learning to listen to my body better.

To slow down.

To observe patterns.

To make more conscious choices.

And to take responsibility for my overall wellbeing.

Healing, for me, became less about perfection—and more about awareness, balance, and consistency.

πŸ”₯ Strong Body, Calm Mind: 10 Natural Daily Habits for Energy, Fitness & Inner Peace

"A strong believer is dearer to Allah than a weak believer." (Muslim, Hadith:2664)

And between energy there is physical energy and physical energy. The believer will be strong, diligent, spend in hard work everywhere from Mu'ja'hadah to Jihad'. This is his glory, this is his characteristic.

Adequate nutritious and suitable food is necessary for gaining physical strength Undeniable.

So how can you build a naturally strong, healthy, and energetic life—without overcomplicating things?

Let’s break it down simply πŸ‘‡

Nourish Your Body with Real, Wholesome Foods

Your strength begins with what you eat. Focus on simple, natural foods that have been trusted for generations:

🌰 Daily Power Foods:

• Chickpeas: “The quantity was determined according to the digestive power and firepower. Every evening, chickpeas should be washed very well and soaked in as much water as they can be soaked.

The next day in the morning, one by one seeds should be chewed well and the chickpea soaked water should be mixed with pure honey and drunk.

Along with regular exercise and hard work, the bodyBecomes stout and strong. There is a transmission of indomitable energy in the woman's gait. The penis is as strong as iron.

If the digestive power is good, the patient of Dhvabhanga is also strengthened like Matanga. Chickpeas contain 9 times more vitamins than milk." (Source: Beheshti Jeor, Vol. IX)

Dosage: Soak three tolas (or 35 grams) of chickpeas in a bowl with half a glass of water in the evening. The next morning after the Fajr prayer, the Chholaboots in empty stomach Chew well.

At the end, mix 1-2 teaspoons of pure honey with chickpea soaked water and drink. Also exercise in the open field. Good and strong health... Inshallah.

Three tola is the ideal level. But you can take more or less quantity according to your digestibility. Eat chickpeas like this throughout the year... very beneficial.

You will feel the benefits if you eat continuously for 1 month. On fasting days, soak it during Sehri and eat it during Iftarican

Again, he tries to stay close to his wife by struggling as much as possible for health in all aspects. And he will stay 100 hands away from pornography, masturbation and haram relations.

•Living life without smartphonesTry to do it but try to run as much time as necessary.

•Go to sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning. This is very important.

In the hadith it is said to fall asleep as soon as possible after Isha prayer. Get up in the middle of the night or late at night if there is study, worship or any other work.

In the morning, do at least half an hour of exercise in the open field or open space, jogging. Do heavy exercises that can be done with bare hands without the help of equipment.

For example: jogging, running, push-ups, sit-ups, high jumps, jumping jacks, swimming etc.

Make Money Online Writing Product Descriptions: 30 Trusted Ways to Start Now

Have you ever noticed how every product online has a short description trying to convince you to buy it?

Someone gets paid to write those.

And surprisingly… it’s one of the easiest, most underrated ways to start earning from home.

No fancy degree.

No years of experience.

No complicated setup.

Just words… that sell.

Why Product Description Writing Is So Popular Right Now?

This isn’t just “writing.” It’s a simple form of copywriting — helping businesses explain and sell their products better.

The best part?

Descriptions are short and structured

You don’t need to be highly creative

You can do it from anywhere, anytime

For many people, this becomes the perfect low-pressure side hustle.

What Does Product Description Writing Pay?

Some writers charge $20 and up per description while in other cases the work may just pay a few dollars per description. This will depend entirely on who you're doing the work for.

Do You Really Need Experience to Start? (Short Answer: No.)

Here’s the truth most people don’t realize…

You don’t need to be a professional writer to get started with product descriptions.

There is a small learning curve at the beginning — but it’s nothing overwhelming. Once you understand the basics, things start to click fast. In fact, many people find themselves getting comfortable after just a few projects.

Remember that doing this kind of work through Textbroker when life was busy and time was limited — and honestly, once I found my rhythm, it became one of the easiest and most flexible ways to earn from home.

πŸš€ Want to Go Beyond “Beginner” Level?

If you enjoy this type of work, you can take it a step further.

Product descriptions are just the starting point — they fall under a bigger, more valuable skill called copywriting (the art of writing words that sell).

With the right guidance, you can:

Charge significantly higher rates

Where Is the Product Description Writing Work?

So how do you find this work? It's not something that's always so easy to dig up. The jobs come and go because companies don't need this all the time.

While it's true that many companies have started using AI to do their descriptions, not all do. Many are still looking for that human touch because they know that AI-written content is usually pretty easy to detect, and they don't want to look unprofessional.

Today, have done some digging into this and found 30 solid ideas for you if product description writing is what you are interested in!

Where Do You Find These Jobs?

This is where most people get stuck — but once you know where to look, opportunities are everywhere.

Platforms That Send Work to You,

Once you sign up… and jobs can come to you:

Textbroker – This site has been around years and years, and it's easy enough to get accepted to write for them if they are actively recruiting writers. I wrote product descriptions for them years ago, and from what I understand this type of work is still occasionally available here.

GetaCopywriter – Get a Copywriter connects freelance writers with businesses needing copy across dozens of industries, including retail, tech, food, healthcare, and more. There is no bidding for work and no monthly fees charged to writers. Pay ranges from $55–$80 per 1,000 words at the pro level and $122–$176 per 1,000 words at the expert level, with weekly payouts via PayPal or direct deposit.

WriterAccess — WriterAccess, like Textbroker, has been around for many years. They accept freelance writers for businesses to help create all kinds of copy, including product descriptions. You just apply, get your writer rating, and then wait for clients to find you and assign you work. You can earn more the higher your writer rating goes.

Verblio — With Verblio, businesses post writing orders and if you're an approved writer, you can claim them. They do sometimes have orders for product descriptions.

ContentFly — With ContentFly, once you're accepted as a writer, you don't have to bid or compete for the work. They will assign it to you. Sometimes there is product description work.

Scripted —Scripted is a bit more selective in who they let in as a writer, but if you get accepted the pay tends to be better than your average content mill, and probably better than most of the sites listed above. Clients post what they are looking for, and writers can pitch on the ones that are a good fit.

Where to Go If You Want to Set Up a Profile and Get Found?

This is another relatively easy option, especially if you are just starting out. With these platforms you create a profile or listing describing your services, and then clients come to you searching for exactly what you offer.

You do have to put in a little effort upfront to get your profile set up, but after that the work can come to you.

Fiverr — Fiverr is one of the most popular freelance platforms out there and it is a great place to offer product description writing services. You create a “gig” describing what you offer, set your price, and wait for orders to come in. Search “product description writer” on Fiverr and you will see what the demand is for this currently.

Upwork —Upwork is another huge freelance platform where clients post jobs and writers can apply, but you can also set up a profile that clients can find when they search for writers. Product description jobs are posted here regularly. The key is having a strong profile that speaks specifically to ecommerce and product writing.

Freelancer.com — Similar to Upwork, Freelancer.com lets you bid on jobs that clients post. Search “product descriptions” in their job listings and you will find work posted regularly from store owners who need the help.

PeoplePerHour — This platform works similarly to the others and is especially popular with UK and European ecommerce sellers, so it is worth setting up a profile here if you want access to a slightly different pool of clients.

Contra — Contra is a newer-to-me freelance platform that is completely commission-free, meaning you keep every dollar you earn. Set up a profile there, list product description writing as your service, and browse their job listings for ecommerce clients looking for writers.

Where to Go If You Want to Apply For Posted Jobs?

This is kind of a middle ground between waiting for work to come to you and going out to find your own clients. In many cases, someone has already posted a job and is actively looking for a writer, so you just have to apply.

Here are some good places to look for product description writing jobs that are posted regularly.

FlexJobs — FlexJobs requires a small subscription fee to access their listings, but every job posted there is vetted and screened for legitimacy. If you are tired of sorting through sketchy listings on free job boards, this one may be worth the cost to you. They regularly list part-time and freelance writing jobs.

Indeed — This is probably the first place most people think of when they think job boards, and for good reason. Search “product description writer” and filter for remote jobs. Set up a daily email alert so new listings come straight to your inbox and you don't miss anything.

ProBlogger Job Board — This is a well-known job board specifically for writers and bloggers. Companies post writing jobs here regularly, including product and ecommerce copy jobs. Check it often because good listings go fast.

We Work Remotely — This is one of the bigger remote job boards out there and writing and copywriting jobs do show up here regularly. Worth bookmarking.

MediaBistro — MediaBistro is a job board geared toward media and content professionals. It is a little more niche than the others but product and ecommerce writing jobs do pop up here from time to time and there tends to be less competition than on the bigger boards.

Where to Go If You Want To Find Your Own Clients?

This option is a little scarier because it always feels uncomfortable to reach out to others and pitch your services. But, there is less competition because not as many other people are trying to do it this way. This option can also pay significantly more.

You may reach out to 100 people and get mostly “no's” but if you even get one or two who say “yes,” that's money in your pocket.

Cold Pitching Etsy Sellers – Browse Etsy and look around for shops that have no, or poorly written, product descriptions. Some people are great at crafting and creating, but terrible at writing. These are the people who might need your services!

Cold Pitching Shopify Store Owners – Same as above. Do a Google search for “Powered by Shopify” and you should get a lot of results for stores that you could cold pitch your services to.

Cold Pitching Amazon FBA Sellers — Amazon sellers live and die by their product listings, and many of them know it. Join a few Amazon FBA Facebook groups and you will likely find sellers constantly asking for help with their copy.

You can also just search Amazon for products in a niche you know well and reach out to sellers whose descriptions are poorly written or difficult to read.

eBay Sellers — eBay has millions of listings and a lot of them have terrible descriptions. Search for power sellers or high-volume shops in a category you are familiar with and look for ones where the descriptions are thin or sloppy. You can contact sellers directly through eBay's messaging system.

Facebook Groups for Ecommerce Sellers — Search Facebook for groups related to Shopify, Amazon FBA, Etsy, and ecommerce in general.

These groups are filled with store owners who may sometimes ask for help with their listings and copy. Some groups let you post your services directly, and others you can simply watch for people asking for exactly what you offer, then jump on it.

Amazon Seller Forums — Amazon has its own seller community at sellercentral.amazon.com where store owners talk about their businesses and challenges.

Browse the threads and look for sellers mentioning struggles with their listings or low conversion rates. It is a warm audience that is already thinking about this problem!

Reddit — The subreddits r/forhire and r/HireAWriter are both active communities where you can post your writing services or find people looking to hire writers.

Post a simple ad describing what you do and check back on occasion. Writers who stay active and engage in the community tend to get noticed and referred.

LinkedIn — Search for ecommerce founders, Shopify store owners, and brand managers and connect with them directly.

When you see someone in your connections who runs an online store, send a short friendly message introducing yourself. You can also post content about product copywriting on your profile to attract inbound inquiries over time.

Kickstarter and Indiegogo Campaigns — Look for active campaigns or even new product launches that have thin or very weak descriptions.

The people who run these want to get their products launched as fast as possible, so they may be more likely to hire help fast. You can use either site and message creators directly.

Print on Demand Sellers — Print on demand sellers on platforms like Etsy and Redbubble often launch dozens of products at once and rarely have time to write good descriptions for all of them. These are great potential clients!

Search for POD shops with lots of listings and poor copy, or find print on demand Facebook groups and introduce yourself there.

Wholesale and B2B Suppliers — Browse wholesale marketplaces like Faire or Handshake and look for suppliers whose product copy is thin or generic.

These companies often have hundreds of products and very little time or resources dedicated to writing. Contact them directly through the marketplace or their company website.

Side note – Cold pitching seems scary but it's not really. Come up with a message that's solid that you can copy/paste and use over and over for potential clients. Here are some tips for putting that together:

Introduce yourself, explain who you are and what you do

Give a genuine compliment on their products and/or store. Be specific about something, don't just say “I like your products.”

Tell them you think that stronger (or any if they don't have them) product descriptions could greatly boost their sales, or show them why you think so if they have a competitor with stronger descriptions who is ranking higher or selling more.

You could offer to write a few descriptions free for them to look over and see your skills without committing to anything

Niche Markets With Less Competition You Probably Didn't Think Of.

These may have less competition than the options listed above, but still very much a need for quality product description writing!

Restaurant Menu Descriptions – You could check for new restaurants, or soon-to-be-open restaurants and reach out to offer your services for their menus.

Real Estate Listing Descriptions – Browse Zillow or Realtor.com and look for real estate listings that have short, basic descriptions, poorly written descriptions, or virtually no description. You'd be surprised at the realtors that desperately need help describing their listings in an appealing way.

App Store Description Writing – Same goes for apps. Get on your phone and look around for apps with poor descriptions, or descriptions that are hard to understand. Reach out to the creator and offer your services.

Build Your Own Portfolio Website To Bring In Clients.

While this option isn't necessarily going to draw a bunch of clients to you as soon as it's live, it will be important for you to have if you decide to do this full-time. You want a place to direct potential clients to so they can see your past work.

You don't have to do it immediately. It makes sense to wait until you've actually done some writing work. But once you have, get it in place and put up some testimonials from people you worked with.

To do this fast and easy, you can use Carrd.co. Takes about 15 minutes there to build a simple one page site describing your services. Just add your name, a short bio, and paste in a few writing samples. Looks professional and costs nothing.

To Sum Up

Even though it is technically copywriting, product description writing is real and generally doesn't require any formal writing experience to start. The work is out there, you just have to know where to look for it.

The content mills like Textbroker and WriterAccess are the easiest entry point if you have zero experience or portfolio. But once you do, you can start the cold pitching and begin charging more money.

This could be a side-gig for you to do to bring in extra here and there, or, if you want to get really serious about it, it could potentially turn into your full-time job.

πŸ’‘ The Hidden Goldmine (Most People Ignore This)

Want less competition and higher pay?

Go directly to clients.

Look for:

Small online stores with weak descriptions

Sellers on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or eBay

New product launches and startup brands

Most of them know their descriptions are bad…

They just don’t have time to fix them.

That’s where you step in.

⚡ Simple Strategy That Actually Works

Instead of overthinking it, keep it human:

Introduce yourself briefly

Compliment something specific about their product

Suggest how better descriptions could improve sales

Offer a small sample to prove your skill

You don’t need 100 “yes” replies.

Even 1–2 clients = real income.

🎯 Low-Competition Niches You Can Tap Into

Almost no one talks about these:

Restaurant menu descriptions

Real estate listings

Mobile app descriptions

Less competition = easier entry + faster growth.

🌱 Turn This Into Something Bigger

If you stick with it, this doesn’t have to stay a side hustle.

You can:

Build a simple portfolio site

Increase your rates over time

Specialize in high-paying niches

What starts as “extra cash” can quietly become something much bigger.

πŸ”‘ Final Thought

Product description writing isn’t flashy.

It won’t go viral overnight.

But it’s real, simple, and surprisingly reliable.

And sometimes… that’s exactly what

 works.

“Less Fear, More Trust: A Smarter Way to Think About Pregnancy Health”

A Calm, Honest Guide Every Mother-to-Be Should Read

If you’re pregnant, chances are you’ve already been told:

πŸ‘‰ “Your hemoglobin is low… you need iron tablets.”

It can feel worrying. Confusing. Even frightening.

But what if part of this story is missing?

What if your body is not “failing”… but actually doing something intelligent and protective for your baby?

Let’s explore the truth—gently, clearly, and without fear.

All mammals on earth experience a decrease in hemoglobin concentration in their blood when they are pregnant. It is not a disease, but a wonderful and very necessary physiological adaptation of nature.

Evolutionary studies have shown that all mammals—dogs, cats, pigs, horses, and even guinea pigs—have the aqueous phase of blood or plasma during pregnancy.increases, resulting in a natural decrease in hemoglobin levels.

Most of the babies of these animals are born healthy without any complications. If we look at human history, it can be seen that in earlier days when iron tablets were not available in the market or were not so readily available, the birth rate of healthy and normal babies was still very high.

In fact, this normal decrease in hemoglobin during pregnancy is called "anemia" or Since iron protocol started to be given as anemia, various modern complications have started. The physiological changes that occur in the mother's body during pregnancy, the main purpose of which is to ensure the development of the fetus and prepare the body for postpartum hemorrhage.

The most important part of this process is hemodilution or reduction of blood concentration.Modern this process is often not properly evaluated in medicine, which causes unnecessary anxiety for expectant mothers.

Mechanisms of hemodilution and role of hormones:

At the beginning of pregnancy, the levels of estrogen and progesterone hormones in the mother's body increase manifold. These hormones signal the kidneys to retain more water and sodium.

Activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS).As a result, the mother's plasma volume or watery part of the blood increases by about 40% to 50%. On the other hand, the red blood cell count increases only 20% to 30%.

This disproportionate growth leads to a decrease in the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood.

It is called "Physiological Anemia of Pregnancy" in medicine. It is not a deficiency, but rather the functioning of the placenta or womb by increasing the fluidity of the blood A way to grow.

The thinner the blood, the easier it is to pass oxygen and nutrients to the fetal cells through the fine filters of the uterus.

Philip Steer's groundbreaking research (1995)

British specialist Professor Philip Steer and his team conducted a large study in 1995 to understand the relationship between hemoglobin levels during pregnancy and the health of the baby.

London's North West Thames The study, based on data from 1,53,602 deliveries in the region, is considered one of the largest studies in the history of medicine.

Steer's study found that white women had the highest birth weights and the healthiest babies when their hemoglobin levels were between 8.5 and 9.5 g/dL (85-95 g/L) during pregnancy.

At the same time, those Mothers with hemoglobin between 9.5 and 10.5 g/dL had the lowest risk of preterm labor or preterm delivery. The results of this study were contrary to conventional wisdom. While modern protocols consider a hemoglobin below 11.0 g/dL to be pathological, Steer's data suggest that 8.5 to 9.5 g/dL levels are actually ideal for infants.

According to Stier, of hemoglobin during pregnancy A level not falling below 10.5 g/dL is actually a danger sign, which indicates that the fluid part of the mother's blood has not increased enough (Inadequate Plasma Expansion).

Excess iron and risk of blood concentration When a pregnant woman is given unnecessarily high iron supplements in an attempt to artificially keep her hemoglobin level above 11.0 g/dL. This results in an abnormal increase in the concentration of red blood cells in the blood, which Makes blood thick (Viscous).

High blood viscosity or density can cause serious complications during pregnancy.Thickened blood cannot move normally through the very delicate blood vessels of the fetus or placenta. This can lead to 'placental infarction' (placental infarction), which means that some parts of the womb die due to lack of blood circulation.

It directly affects the child: 1. Low birth weight(LBW): The baby is small in size due to obstruction in the flow of nutrients to the baby.

• Pre-eclampsia: Due to thickening of the blood, the mother's blood pressure increases and protein starts to come out in the urine.

•Stillbirth or miscarriage: The risk of death of the unborn baby due to thickened blood and placental complications is almost doubled when the hemoglobin is above 14.0 g/dL.

•Gestational Diabetes: Caused by excess iron accumulation in the bodyInsulin resistance can develop, which increases the risk of gestational diabetes.

Physicians are urged not to panic if hemoglobin falls below 10.0 g/dL during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. This is mostly a result of plasma volume expansion.

However, if the hemoglobin drops below 7.0 g/dL, it is definitely a cause for concern and requires treatment. In Modern Obstetrics Hemoglobin should not be seen as the sole indicator of iron status but the following parameters should be looked at:

•Serum Ferritin: It indicates the actual iron stores in the body. Ferritin can be considered deficient only when it falls below 15-20 ng/mL.

•MCV (Mean Corpuscular Volume): If the baby is gaining weight and the mother's MCV is normal, there is nothing to worry about even if the hemoglobin is 8.5.

•Ceruloplasmin marker: It Helps to understand the balance between copper and iron.

Last request: Decreased hemoglobin during pregnancy is not a deviation, it is the pulse of life. The evolutionary history of mammals has shown that thin blood is most favorable for fetal development.

British specialist Philip Steer's study of 150,000 births has opened our eyes to the fact that 8.5 to 9.5 g/dL is actually the optimum level for optimal baby health.By doing modern iron protocols should move us away from blanket iron supplementation.

Instead, mothers should be encouraged to focus on nutritious natural foods and mineral balance.

Don't risk thickening the blood by taking extra iron.Thickened blood reduces placental flow and creates an oxygen crisis for the baby. Learn the physiological facts of pregnancy and nature's natural mechanismsbelieve.

Babies were born before the age of iron tablets, and they were in many cases brighter and healthier than today. So we should bring science and evolution together to bring balance to modern maternity services.

🚨 The Hidden Risk of Too Much Iron

Iron is important—but more isn’t always better.

Excess iron can thicken the blood, making it harder to flow through the delicate placenta.

And that can lead to:

• Low birth weight

• High blood pressure (pre-eclampsia)

• Increased risk of miscarriage or stillbirth

• Gestational diabetes

In other words:

Too much iron can quietly create the very risks we’re trying to avoid.

🌸 So What Should You Do?

Instead of fear, choose awareness.

Not every drop in hemoglobin needs treatment.

Not every pregnancy needs heavy supplementation.

What matters most is balance?

✔ Look beyond just hemoglobin

✔ Check real iron stores (like ferritin)

✔ Focus on whole, nourishing foods

✔ Trust your body’s natural design

🌼 A Gentle Reminder for Every Mother

Your body isn’t failing you.

It’s adapting, protecting, and preparing.

That slight drop in hemoglobin?

It might just be your body’s way of saying:

“I’m making things perfect for your baby.”

✨ The Truth Is Simple

This isn’t about ignoring medical care.

It’s about understanding your body—before fearing it.

Because when mothers are informed,

they make calmer, stronger, wiser decisions.

And that changes everything—for the next generation. 🌍

πŸ’¬ Let’s Talk

Have you ever been told your hemoglobin was “too low” during pregnancy?

Did it worry you?

Share your experience—because more women need to hear this side of the story.

“Claim Your Share: 19 Verified Class Action Settlements Still Accepting Claims”

Almost deleted it.

You know those random emails that land straight in your spam folder? The ones that say something like “You may be eligible for compensation…” — yeah, I usually ignore those too.

But this time, something made me pause.

So I opened it… did a quick check… and surprisingly—it was 100% legit.

That’s when it hit us:

How many real opportunities have already missed just because they looked like spam?

Now, won’t pretend this is life-changing money. Most of these payouts are small since they’re shared among thousands of people. But still—money is money. And if it only takes a few minutes to claim something you’re already entitled to… why not?

Mean, who’s going to say no to an unexpected payment showing up in their account or mailbox?

Definitely not me.

So instead of ignoring it, I went down the rabbit hole.

Spent time researching, verifying and digging through current cases to find real, legitimate class action settlements that are still open right now—the kind you can actually apply for today.

And honestly… there are more than you’d think.

Some take less than 5 minutes.

Some don’t even require proof.

And some are already paying people quietly.

So if you’ve ever deleted one of those emails without thinking twice…

You might want to take a second look this time πŸ‘€

🧾 What Is a Class Action Settlement?

If you are not sure what a class action settlement is, think about this. You have probably seen commercials or ads that say something like “If you purchased X product between these years, you may be entitled to compensation.” That is a class action settlement!

And there are many going on at any given time. And yes, you likely qualify for at least some of them. Filing a claim is as simple as filling out an online form and shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes max.

⚡Why You Should Pay Attention?

✔️ Many claims require no proof

✔️ Filing takes just a few minutes

✔️ Payments can range from a few dollars to thousands

✔️ Some payouts are automatic (PayPal, Venmo, check)

No, you won’t get rich—but it’s money you’re already owed.

It happens when a large group of people are negatively impacted by a company or brand. Reasons for this typically include:

Defective products

Getting charged hidden, undisclosed fees

Data breaches that exposed your info without your consent

A company making outrageous or unprovable claims about themselves or their products

You get the picture. Most of the time, the companies will settle for a certain amount of money, and that money gets divided up among everyone who goes to the trouble to file a claim. Sometimes you just get the money automatically. I had money simply appear in my Venmo from a Walmart settlement not too long ago.

You might get a check for 25 cents, or you might get hundreds of dollars. It depends entirely on the settlement amount and how many other people file a claim. So, it's good to know about these so you can get your cut.
