🌿The Real Secret to Youth Isn’t in a Bottle — It’s in Your Routine

The secret of eternal youth: strength training!!

Well, let's see, why do people get old?

Stupid question, people get old when they get older.

In fact, it is not correct, age is old only in ID card, in fact, people do not become old when they age.

What do you mean?

👉 We actually have two ages:

Chronological Age & Biological Age.

The age at which one was born according to the calendar is called chronological age.

And your physical activity How old is your biological age?

And this biological age is our real age.

There are many whose calendar age may be 30-35, but biological age is closer to 50.

Surprised to hear? This is actually a very common occurrence.

Haven't you heard, your grandfathers could do a lot of work when they were much older than you, they had a lot of energy, but you don't?

What is the reason?

Maybe because of your biological agemore

Now the question is why our biological age increases?

In very simple words, I would say that if the hormonal function of our body is not proper, our biological age increases.

The real difference between younger people and older people is in this hormone. And due to the difference in these hormones, the performance decreases in various areas, the body ages, simply put, your biological age increases.

This is the best way to retain biological age what??

🔥 The game-changer? Strength Training.

Simply put, heavy exercise. That is, weight lifting at the gym is like strength training, and push ups, pull ups, bodyweight squats at home are also weight training.

Through proper strength training we can keep our hormonal function optimal, maintain our muscles.

Why talking about muscles?

Saying, because it is directly related to aging.

🧠 Here’s what most people don’t realize:

After 30 this, all people naturally lose muscle mass. And as a result people start losing their strength, losing optimal hormonal balance.

This muscle loss and aging can be prevented with proper strength training. I have many clients who are over 40. They are all fitter than anyone their age, fitter than many 10 years younger than them.

And strength training slows down the aging process Not only can it be prevented, but the aging process can also be reversed. Not to mention, this is something I've seen many times with my own clients.

⚡Real talk:

Many people are as fit as they were at 30, and are much better at 37-38.

So those who want to maintain their age or want to look younger than before, strength training can be the answer for you guys.

🌱 If you’ve been feeling “older” than you should…

Maybe it’s not your age.

Maybe it’s your lifestyle.

And the good news? That’s something you can change.

If this spoke to you, save it for later — or share it with someone who needs a reminder that aging isn’t something you just accept… it’s something you can influence.

The consequences of not paying Zakat!

The consequences of not paying Zakat! All the decrees of Allah are for the universal welfare of man. Every command and prohibition of Allah Ta'ala has two types of results or consequences.
