### **The Unsung Admiral: How a Companion of the Prophet (PBUH) Built Islam's First Navy**

History isn't just about lands conquered; it's about horizons expanded. 🌊

A group of companions migrated to Abyssinia (shelter in other countries) to escape the persecution of the Quraish of Mecca. This was the first naval journey in the history of Islam. This expedition was completely civilian. Later, when the Islamic rule was established on the Arabian Peninsula, the formation of a military navy was needed in the interest of the security of the Muslim state. A strong in preventing the aggression of the Roman Empire, especiallyThe Navy was essential for the Islamic Khilafat. In the era of the second Caliph Omar of Islam, the first proposal to form the Navy was made by the Muslim commanders. But the political status of the Arabian Peninsula was not satisfactory as he rejected it. He believed that the political status of the Arabian Peninsula and the surrounding region was needed before the military activity was increased in the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean.

Ala ibn Hadrami during the reign of Omar (RA)The first navy took initiative. He formed a navy without the permission of the center and conducted military operations in the seaside area of Persia. But due to lack of experience and adequate preparation, the campaign failed. Omar (ra) dismissed him for the campaign without the permission of the center. In that area Saad bin Abi Waqqas (RA) was appointed. At that time, the governor of Syria and West Jordan was Mu'awiyah. He sought permission to form the Navy by explaining the fear of the Roman Empire's aggression. But Omar also rejected his proposal. Dr. Ali Rusan said, "In the era of Omar (RA), the Muslim border was prolonged to the wide regions of Egypt, Persia and Syria. Muslim forces were struggling to preserve this huge border. So he did not agree to open a new battlefield in the sea. It is the political foresight of Omar bin Khattab Proof. '

Omar bin Khattab (RA)-Then Usman (RA) sought permission to form the Navy again if the Caliph of the Muslim world was the Caliph of the Muslim world. Meanwhile, Alexandria, Egypt, led by Roman commander Manuel, was attacked and massacre. As a result, the demand for the formation of the Navy to preserve the navy of Islamic Khilafat was even stronger. He allowed the formation of protective forces. With the permission of Mu'awiyah (RA) to form a navy with full zeal Pay full attention. Shortly he was able to form a powerful navy. Muabiya (RA) appointed the war engineer of Egypt, Sham and Jordan to build the Navy. At that time, the people of Jordan were well known for their skills in the shipbuilding industry. The Byzantine Emperor built the shipbuilding center here. Mu'awiya (RA)-and chose the region to build ships. NavigableFor he started his journey from Akash. Shortly afterwards, shipbuilding centers were established in Egypt and Syria.

Historian Ibn Ishaq said, "There was no alternative to the formation of the Islamic Khilafat navy to counter the threat of the Byzantine Empire. Because the activities of the Roman forces across the Muslim border were making Muslim generals disturbing. The anarchy of Roman forces on the coast of Sham was increasing day by day. '

In addition to protecting boundaries, Islam propagates, Syria andOne of the goals of Egypt's political stability, the safety of Muslim ships in the Mediterranean, the expansion of naval trade, the domination of the Byzantine emperor was one of the goals of the formation of the Muslim Navy.

27 Hijri Muabiya (RA) operates the first navigation on the island of Karabas, Tunisia; Although he wants permission long ago for this expedition. Usman (RA) gave some conditions for this expedition; For example, Moabia (RA) accompanied his wifeGoing, no one can be forced to participate in the campaign, leaving forces and supplies to assist Muslim forces off the coast of Syria. Mu'awiyah succeeded in the expedition. The imprisonment was forced to establish a treaty on condition of paying taxes at a certain rate and breaking cooperation with the Byzantine Emperor. In addition to Mu'awiya (RA) and his wife, many of the dignitaries participated in the expedition; For example, Ubada bin Samit and hisWife Umm Haram (whom the Prophet (peace be upon him), Abu Ayub Ansari, Abu Jorba Gifari, Fujala bin Ubaid Ansari, Umra bin Saad, Saddad bin Aus, Mikadad (RA) were present.

After the conquest of the prison, the Muslim forces conquered Rhodes, Arwad and Coach Islands and reached the Crate and Sicily Islands in Italy. The Byzantine Emperor decided to fight to cope with the growing Muslim fighter. Finally, the war took place on 27 August 648, near the island of Phoenicia near Anatolia, Turkey. This is the first naval war in Muslim history. 200 warships participated in the war for the Muslim forces and led them Abdullah bin Abu Sarah (RA). On the other hand, 500 warships participated for the Byzantine Empire and its allies. Emperor II Constantin was led. WarAlthough the final victory was by the Muslim forces, their ships were severely damaged by the Byzantine forces. On the other hand, more than four hundred ships of the Byzantine forces were destroyed. This war ended the single authority of the Byzantine Emperor in the Mediterranean.

The Umayyad, Abbasid and Ottoman rulers then formed a powerful navy for military and commercial needs. From far-flung Portugal to the Naval Prabhu, the Indian OceanThe Islamic Empire was incorporated to the islands. During the Muabia, there was a shipbuilding factory in Damascus and Egypt. Muslim ships were 1700. At that time, Muslims raided Constantinpole twice.

🌞**Summer heat zapping your energy?

Hydration is more than just water. It's a cornerstone of how you feel**.

A smarter hydration thread 🧡:

Feeling drained, foggy, or simply off-balance in the summer swelter? Your body isn't just asking for water—it's sending a nuanced signal for optimal hydration.

True hydration is the silent foundation of summer wellness. It’s less about quenching a momentary thirst and more about sustaining the intricate systems that keep you vibrant, focused, and cool from within.

This season, elevate your approach with these mindful, evidence-backed strategies:

πŸ’§ **Prioritize Consistency Over Volume.** While 8-10 glasses is a good benchmark, intuitive hydration is key. Listen to your body and increase intake significantly during heat exposure or physical activity.

πŸ’§ **Infuse with Intention.** Elevate your water with purpose, not just flavor. Add slices of cucumber + mint for a cooling effect, or lemon + ginger for a digestive boost. It transforms a routine into a ritual.

πŸ’§ **Hydrate Through Your Diet.** Nature provides its own electrolyte solutions. Incorporate water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, and citrus fruits. They offer a symphony of vitamins and minerals alongside H2O.

πŸ’§ **Rethink Your Water Temperature.** Contrary to popular belief, room temperature or warm water is often easier for the body to process and can support healthy digestion more effectively than ice-cold water.

πŸ’§ **Mind Your Diuretics.** Enjoy your iced coffee or tea mindfully, but compensate with an extra glass of water. Caffeine and sugar can inadvertently contribute to fluid loss.

πŸ’§ **Embrace Electrolytes.** Sweating isn't just water loss; it's mineral depletion. After intense heat or exercise, replenish with coconut water, a simple homemade electrolyte drink (water, lemon, a pinch of salt & honey), or a trusted ORS solution.

Remember, authentic wellness is a practice, not a product. It’s the subtle, consistent habits—like mindful hydration—that compound into radiant energy, glowing skin, and a resilient mood.

**Your water can do more than just hydrate. 🧊→🌿**

We all know we should drink more water. But what if your water could *work* for you?

Forget expensive juices and complicated cleanses. The most powerful wellness tool might already be in your kitchen. It’s called infused detox water, and it’s less of a "detox" and more of a "support" system for your body.

**What is it?**

Simply put, it's pure water infused with the natural flavors and nutrients of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Think of it as a gentle, continuous nudge that helps your body's own natural processes run more smoothly.

**Why Your Body Loves It:**

By making this your daily hydration habit, you can:

**Support your digestion** and help reduce internal inflammation.

**Promote healthy liver function**, your body's primary filtration system.

**Aid in natural weight management** by boosting metabolism and helping to drain fat cells.

**Combat skin issues** and promote a healthier, more radiant complexion from within.

**Boost energy levels** and fight that afternoon slump without another coffee.

**Curb cravings**—the subtle fruit flavors can significantly reduce the desire for sugary snacks and junk food.

**How to Make Your Own (The Easiest Ritual Ever):**

1. In a 1-liter glass jar, combine: slices of half a cucumber, half a lemon, a 1-inch piece of ginger (sliced), and a small handful of fresh mint leaves.

2. Fill with filtered water, add a tiny pinch of pink Himalayan salt for minerals, and give it a stir.

3. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors and nutrients to infuse. You can sip on this for up to 12 hours, just keep topping it up with water!

**The Key:**

Drink it throughout the day, ideally starting with a glass first thing on an empty stomach. Aim for at least one full liter.

This isn't about restriction; it's about addition. It’s a small, mindful act of self-care that yields tangible results.

**It sounds like a dream, doesn't it?✨Erasmus Mundus**.

Erasmus Mundus! Most Prestigius Scholarship in Europe. It sounds strange to hear the name. The word Erasus comes from the name of Erasmus, a native of the Dutch philosopher Rotterdam. Who is considered as a symbol of exchange of knowledge and culture in Europe. And the word mundus is the word Latin which means the world. That means the exchange of knowledge and culture in the global range. The name of the program is great.

The center of the world of knowledge in the ages,The points attracted talent from different parts of the world. Once upon a time, Greek, Roman, Baghdad, Spain's Al -Hamra, China were the center of knowledge practice at various times in history. In the modern age, Europeans have continued this trend.

However, the Erasmus Mundus program is a great opportunity for students who have emerged from the third world middle class families like ours. In particular, high education in one's own moneyThose who do not have enough money in the family to accept. There was not much to be found in life.

The Erasmus Mundus program has opened the door to a new possibility by forgetting the pain of not getting me. The fact that I could not go to Cox's Bazar in the country due to lack of money, I had the opportunity to travel to many important places in 5/6 countries in Europe.

Along with knowledge, Europe has had the opportunity to understand the culture of Europe. **Ever feel like you're your own biggest obstacle?**

"The devil promises you poverty and commands porn. And Allah promises forgiveness and grace on your behalf. And Allah is abundant, All -Knowing. [1]

The provision is in the hands of God. And Allah's treasury is infinite. He is abundant, almighty. That great Lord has promised us to grace. To whom He willing, the nonsense has announced to provide the provision. [2] But regret is that We are not searching for it to take it. But the command of Allah was:-

"When the prayers are over, you spread to the earth and seek Allah's grace and remember Allah more and more; so that you may succeed." [3]

What is meant by seeking Allah's grace? The commentators say, "In the terminology of the Qur'an, the grace of Allah is refers to business or any other way." One -way Allah is promising us to grace, on the other hand, to seek that grace from the world. The path of success is-"So that you are successful." So, as a servant, my responsibility is to work hard. Try-fucker on the halal way. The blessings of Allah (the provision) will come to me. But if I close all the rest of the road to the bread of the job, then that responsibility Whose!

**The Unsexy Truth About Weight Loss That No One Wants to Hear**

“Do you eat this juice to lose weight?”

“How effective are the supplements the stars promote?”

As a nutritionist, these questions are my daily reality. Everyone is searching for the secret, the hack, the one thing that will make the journey easy.

I'm here to tell you the unvarnished truth: **There is no shortcut.**

Consider this: if simply drinking a juice or taking a capsule while lying on the couch actually worked, the health and fitness industries would cease to exist. The problem would be solved.

The reality is that some herbs can indeed provide a metabolic *nudge*. But they are merely a supporting actor, not the lead. The stars of the show will always be a balanced diet and regular exercise.

The celebrities and influencers who promote these miracle products? They have personal nutritionists and trainers ensuring their results. The product is a foot note in their regimen, not the main event. It's business.

Worse, some of these quick fixes can even be harmful, with studies linking certain laxative-based "teas" and supplements to increased health risks.

**The Real Investment:**

Instead of spending thousands on a bottle of promises, invest that money in wholesome, nutrient-dense food. Invest your time in moving your body in ways you enjoy. That is the only path to sustainable weight loss and, more importantly, lasting health.

The choice, as always, is yours. Choose to nourish your body, not to trick it.

**Ever feel like you're the same person you were five years ago? Science says you're literally not**. ✨

Human Cell, Natural Lifestyle, must have some idea about cells. I am trying to discuss whatever I have learned simply.

πŸ”ΉHuman Cell is the basic unit of human body structure and functions. Every human cell is a distinct living system.

There are about 33 trillion (33 million) cells in the human body, which work together and keep the body's activities active.

InformationAbout 1% of the cells die every day and new cells are formed. And most cells in our body change at least once every 3-5 years.

πŸ“— Types, lifespan and restructuring of human body cells:

There are about 200 types of cells in our body, the cells die regularly and are replaced by new cells, but the * lifespan of each cell is different. As:

Illahi Blood Collective (RBC): 100-120 days. (About 20-30 billion new RBC per dayIs made!)

**White blood cells-wbcs**: Types, a few hours to 10-20 days.

**Gut Lining Cells**: 3-5 days. (Food is rubbed during digestion)

**Skin Cells**: 25-30 days. (About 30,000-40,000 skin cells per day!)

πŸ“**Platelets**: 7-10 days.

**Liver Cells**: About a year.

**Lung Cells**: From several days to different cells ofA few years

πŸ“**Pancreas Cells**: A few months to many years from different cells.

πŸ“**Kidney Cells**: A few months to a few years from different cells.

**Thyroid Gland Cells**: Various cells are three months to several years.

**Muscle Cells**: Various cells are several months to many years.

**Bones**: Various cells are several years to many years.

**Bone structure Renewal**:

- It takes 10 years to replace the entire skeleton of adults.

- Full bone is renewed 1-3 years after children.

- On average 10% of bone tissue is replaced.

**Neurons & Glial Cells**: The process of forming neurogenesis or neuron is constantly depending on its age and lifestyle.

**Heart Muscle Cells**: Increase in slow speed in different cells,There are changes and regeneration.

**Eye Cells**: Depending on the type of eye cell change and the type of cell cells. Although cornea cells change fast (7-10 days), lens and retina cells are lore and not very low or at all.

So if we can create and replace new and sustainable cells through Natural Healthy Lifestyles, then return to new life-free new life-youth.Get it!

You are not stuck. You are being remade. What kind of renewal will you choose today?

**The Fig: Nature’s Lesson in Interconnection and Grace**

In a world that often values the obvious and the loud, there is profound wisdom in looking closer at the quiet, humble wonders among us. The fig is one such wonder.

Commonly mistaken for a fruit, the fig is a fascinating architectural marvel—a vessel holding hundreds of tiny, inward-facing flowers. Its entire life cycle is a testament to nature's genius for collaboration.

The fig’s story is inextricably linked to the fig wasp, a partner in an evolutionary dance so precise that neither can survive without the other. This isn't a story of consumption, but one of mutualism and graceful exchange. It reminds us that the strongest systems are built on interdependence.

(A common question is addressed with grace: the wasp is harmlessly broken down by natural enzymes, and modern cultivation often makes the process unnecessary.)

Beyond its biology, the fig stands as a muted messenger. It teaches us about:

- **Hidden Depths:** True complexity and beauty are often within, not on display.

- **Symbiosis:** Our greatest growth happens through supportive relationships.

- **Transformation:** From a tiny wasp to life-sustaining protein, nature is a master of alchemy.

In our own journeys toward mindful and grounded living, perhaps we can look to the fig. It asks us to consider how we nurture, support, and quietly sustain the world—and the people—around us.

**I’d love to hear your perspective: What’s one small way you nurture groundedness and connection in your own life?**

**🌟The Heart of Raising Grounded Children Lessons from a Wise Father**

It is a very easy biological process to give birth, but the child rearing will be wasted due to the extra respect and luxury living of the children of the upper-class families.

But if the money will go away, it is not. An example is Sufi Mizanur Rahman, the founder of PHP Group, one of the top businessmen in our country. He was not accustomed to luxury by money . When the children were young, they never gave money to them.

Even if you want to cry, you do not give anything - understand the need and then give it. While studying in class three, his older son asked for 10 bucks one day. Dad asked, why do you need 10 bucks?

The boy said that during Tiffin, two brothers will buy Coca -Cola. The father then said, Coca -Cola price is six bucks, why do you want 10 bucks? The boy could not answer.

He said, "Go to school, money will not be paid." But today, during the school Tiffin, you will reach Coca -Cola.

They were not sitting in the table-chair at their house, sitting on the floor and scattered the guest on the floor. At home, many guests were actually filled with shoes and sandals in front of the door. It was the responsibility of all the boys of Sufi Mizan to clean the shoes of the guests very well and arranged beautifully.

This is the jobHe deliberately did so that his children would not be proud of his childhood. When the children attended school, he used to tell children - no need to be stars, no need to be one of the first 10 people in the class, first one must be good people.

The result of this parenting is - all seven boys have taken a higher degree from a reputed university abroad and returned home to the development of the industry with the father.

They are working as humble and kind as their father. We have a lot to learn from our parents from Sufi Mizanur Rahman!

Their story whispers a truth: True legacy isn’t wealth, but wisdom passed through everyday choices. ✨

### πŸ•‹Palestine's History is the most important headline:
There are numerous detailed history of Palestine, during the time of the Companions, the period of the Tabeys, the history of the Salafs, the history of Salahuddin Ayubi. Hadith is also about the welfare of this land. Hadith is also about the people here. Without so much, the chapter that is connected to our heart is Palestine - the land of the martyrs. Here are the blessings of the people who are regularly blessed with the blessing of the blessing, that the blessings of the life.It is worth while to spend. Those who live there for the benefit of that blessing reach the doorstep of Paradise. What can Palestine and Palestine people do well!

We love Palestine for all reasons. But if Palestine is especially asked for a reason to love - what special reason would you say?

If one of the most special reasons for Palestine love is to say, then the mosque is Aksa - oursThe first Qibla, the beginning of the mirage of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and one of the three honorable mosques in the world.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said,
"It is not lawful to visit a mosque other than the three mosques - the mosque, the mosque and the mosque in the mosque and the mosque."
(Sahih Bukhari: 1189, Sahih Muslim: 1397)

Also he says,
“Masjid al -Aksa is another prayer to prayThe mosque is equal to a thousand prayers. "
(Musnad Ahmad: 14694)

In this mosque, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has been praying as the Imam of all the prophets. There is a special blessing of Allah in this land, which he himself mentions in the Qur'an:
"I protected him (Ibrahim A.) and Lot to the land whom I have been good for all the world."
(Surah Ambiya: 71)

All this becomes witness to sanctity, blessings and historyPalestine is part of our love, faith and akida. This is not just a land; Rather, the center of our spiritual feelings. So we love Palestine, Insha Allah !!

### **The Timeless Light of Guidance**

> In an age searching for heroes, one name shines across centuries: **Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)**.

He is the only base of good character and greatness. Parents, spouses, neighbors, all the best-educated ideals and beloved figures of the Prophet Karim (PBUH) are simultaneously social reformer, justice, brave warrior, skilled administrator, worthy state-leader and successful missionary. He is the best in every work of goodIdeal.

Hazrat Mohammad (pbuh) is the best Prophet of all time. The Qur'an is described:

"Surely you are the character of the Suman."
- (Surah Al -Qalam: 4)

The other one has been said in verse,

"And you're in my eyes."
- (Surah Tor: 48)

Some of the notable features of the Prophet (pbuh):

1.**Patience**

To keep yourself firmly in obedience to Allah Ta'ala, not to be closer to disobedience, its decisionPatience is the name of not being frustrated and not angry with it.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) has been patient with the Quraish inhumanly tortured by the Quraish while in the work of spreading the invitation of Islam.

He is patient in the year of sadness, the battlefield, the conspiracy of the Jews, the hunger and other situations. None of the conspiracies could weaken him and no party could stop him.

Messenger Sleep in a bed made with shrubs. It would have stained his body to Mubara. When the disciples informed him of a good bed, he replied, 'I have no attraction to the world.

I am nothing but a pedestrian in the world. The pedestrian who takes shelter in the shade of a tree leaves a little later. '
- (Tirmizi, Hadith: 2377)

2.**Pardon**

Forgiveness is the name of not revenge despite the power. On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet (peace be upon him) was speaking to the people of Makkah. They were waiting for their directive to determine their fate.

He said: O Quraish, how do you expect me today? They said: Like the honorable brother and brother -in -law, he said: You leave !!! You are free today !!! They tried to kill him many persecution, oppression, socially boycotting him and even killing himHe forgave all of them.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) was once sitting in the mosque with the Companions. At that time, when a Bedouin came and started urinating there, the disciples asked him to stop. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'Leave him; Do not create a barrier. "

Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to one, you took a bucket of waterCome on Then pour it over. He brought water to the bucket and poured it on it.
- (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith: 12984)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbids the person to stop the person in the urine. And give temporary permission to urinate in the mosque.

3.**Adventure**:

Discussing courage, expression and doing something to do something is a wonderful qualities. Rasul (pbuh) warHe was more courageous than all people. The brave man like him did not see any eyes.

Bir Sepoy Hazrat Ali (RA) said: When the war started, we used to hide the Prophet (peace be upon him). He was the nearest person of the enemy from among us. There is a lot of evidence in the War of Uhud and Hunayan.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) chosen the ruler of Uom in his trial, such as Ali (RA) in Yemen, Mu'az.(RA)-In Yemen, Uttab bin Usaid al-Quraish appointed the judge in Mecca. Before the appointment of the judge, he gave them actions. He took the commitment to do justice from them.

Narrated from Umm Salma (RA), Rasulullah (saw) said, "The person who is appointed as a Muslim judge. He should do justice for his sentiments, sentences, hints and positions. '
- (Sunnah Bayhaqi, Hadith: 18833)

5.**Ritual**

The charity of Muhammad (pbuh) was an example. If he had something to himself, he would not return anyone empty handed.

He once wore a set of Yemeni. When one came to the clothes, he went home and took off it. Then he sent it to the man. He would give it if anyone wanted something to him.

Narrated from Hazrat Musa bin Anas (RA), he narrates in his father's form, the Prophet (peace be upon him)In the case, it has never happened that no one has asked for him, but he did not give it. He said: Once a man near him, he was a goat between the two hills. He gave so many goats that would fill the middle of the two hills. Give it Then the man said to his community: O my community !! You accept Islam. Because, Muhammad (pbuh) is donating so much that he is a fear of being nervousDon't do
- (Muslim Sharif-2312)

Hazrat Anas (RA) said that the man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) only for worldly interests. However, in the evening the situation arose that the religion brought by the Prophet (peace be upon him) was considered more beloved and honorable than the earth and all things between it.
- (Musnad Ahmad-14029; Hadith Sahih)

6.**Justice**

There is a lot of evidence of justice for the Prophet (peace be upon him).

He is IrshadThey are 'Labor and Labor' they are your brothers and your servants. Allah Almighty has submitted them to you. Therefore, you should feed the person under whom you have a brother, what he eats himself and he should wear it what he is wearing.

Do not put the burden on the outside work of the ability. And if you put the burden on them on them, help them. '
- (Bukhari, Hadith: 1360)

7.**Shyness**
Hazrat Abu Said Khudri (RA) said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) was more shameful than the virgin girl inside the house. When he disliked something, we could understand his appearance.
- (Bukhari-6102, 3562, 6119)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) never raised his hand to a woman. She was an ideal husband to wives. In this context, he says that the best of you is the one who is good to his wife. AndI am the best of you Because I am good to my wives.
- (Ibn Majah, Hadith: 1977)

The love of Allah depends on the full obedience and follow of the Prophet. Allah Ta'ala says in the Holy Qur'an:

"O Messenger! You tell the people that if you love Allah, follow me. Then Allah will love you too."
- (Surah Al -Imran, Verse: 31)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'All of my UmmahPeople will be Paradise without denying. It was asked, O Messenger of Allah! Who is the denyer? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever follows me, he will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me, the denyer."
- (Bukhari, Hadith: 6851)

The sign of love for the Prophet is to lead a life for the sake of Allah in the ideals of religion in his obedience.

###🌍**Jerusalem:Where Humanity’s Story Unfolds**

*(A Thread for History Seekers)*

Mankind carries the mysterious existence of the planet in the universe. The original parents Adam (A) and Hawa (A) were born after killing the younger son Kabil elder son Abel. The four sons of the tenth descendant of the original human, Noah (A), are the descendants of the Semitic Arabian Jew, Ham's Hematic Egyptian and Iraqi, Yafis's Indo-European and Yam atheist.
In the great flood. Ham's son Kenan first settled in Palestine four thousand BCE.

In the era of Ibrahim (A), the ancient name of Palestine, the old name of Palestine, the idolaters, pagans or nature worshipers lived. When the city was destroyed by the traveler of the desert he was the family he had moved from there to the city of Heran.Born in the noble family, Isaac (A), that is, the mother and son, left it in Jerusalem.

The 2nd wife left the general family Hajra and his son Ismail (A) at the behest of Allah on the desert of Mecca. The funny thing is that Ismail (A) is older and Ishaq (A) is younger. One of the monotheists (Jews, Christians and Muslims) is the father of the nation of religion Ibrahim (A). Between three religions over the past two thousand years.Bleeding continues to focus on the holy place of Jerusalem. The history of Jerusalem is the history of the world. Ishaq (A) couple twin two sons elder son Isa and younger son Yakub (A).

The father loved the elder son and the mother a little more. When Yakub (A) took extra blessings to his father, he fell into the wrath of Es.
On the way, the mother told him to marry his cousin. When he crossed Palestine, he was sleeping with a head on a stone, and in the dream that the angels were climbing the stairs and climbing the sky. Allah Almighty called him and said that Jacob (A) I made you a prophet.

In the morning he poured oil on the rocks to identify that place and promised to him in his heartIf he gives a chance to return there, he will build a mosque there. And that mosque is the mosque al -Aqsa. He is the foundation stone.

The younger daughter, Parma Sundari, agrees to marry Rachel. Maya did not break the custom of the time and married her elder daughter Lia. Later he married the little girl again.

At that time, two sisters were allowed to marry together in the Shariah. Your two sisters and twoThe maid (later wife) is born in a total of four sons and a few daughters. The younger wife's two sons Yusuf (a.s.) and Benjamin. Their mother died at the birth of Benjamin and they became maturas.

Jacob (a) loved Joseph (A) a little more for reasonable reasons. There was another name for Yakub (A)Israel. The child of his family is called Israel. Other brothers did not like extra love.

So they threw Joseph (A) in the well for killing Yusuf (A), despite the father's ban under the leadership of the elder brother Jews (founder of the Jewish clan).

In the great glory of Allah, he survived that day and the Egyptian merchantsHe got a place in Egypt. After being released in jail in the deception, he became the first successful food minister and later the ruler of Egypt.

At the request of the boy, his father, Jacob (A), with an eleven sons and 70 members of the family moved from Kenan to Egypt and started living. They disobeyed God after about 450 years of influential people and became cursed and became a slave to Pharaoh. Is shining.

Musa (a) was received on the Prophethood and the first heavenly book was revealed to the Torah in Hebrew. By the grace of Allah, their lives were going well. After the death of Musa (A), they turned away from the Torah. Later, Allah appointed a king named Saul for them.

When the enemy's commander Jalut's eyes were destroyed because of the brave role of boy Dawood (A) while occupying Jerusalem under the leadership of Saul. They won the war and occupied Jerusalem. The second heavenly book on the Prophet Dawood (a.s.) was revealed in Hebrew and he became king.

After the death of Solomon (A), the Jews were expelled from Jerusalem as a result of rebeling with Allah. Mesopotemia's corrupt king Nebuchand Nezer(586 BC) was destroyed in Jerusalem. They made the slaves of the Jews and took them to Babylon with Sakina in the tabernacle, a ark where many prophets, including Moses (A) and Solomon (A) Muktijar, were preserved.

They can't find that ark. If they believe it, they will be Biswajit. Since then, they have been deported and slavery for about 2000 thousand years.Allah Almighty has sent more than 70 thousand prophets to Jerusalem at that time. The Jews have killed thousands of prophets and denied the verse of the heavenly book. They believe that an aunt will come and rescue them when Jesus (peace be upon him) was born among them in the infinite nature of Allah, they called his mother Mary [A) an adult. And Jesus told the child of the Zarj.

Isa ibn Maryam (a) was born in Bethleham Address Nazareth and, above all, have spent colorful life on Calvary Mount. Jerusalem is the home of the Christian worship and the mausoleum to the Christian community, the birthplace of Jesus. To him, the heavenly book was revealed in the Gospel in Hebrew.

Jerusalem is a promised land of the Jewish god Solomon (AS), focusing on the ruined crying wall of the house. And first to the MuslimsOn the night of the Qiblah and the Prophet (peace be upon him), all the Prophets and angels pray themselves to the Holy Land because of the two rak'at prayers.

Hundreds of prophets' tombs, prayers, the Prophet (peace be upon him) are full of the walk of the Prophets, the walls of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the place of Gunah forgiveness, the Dom of the Rob and the Baitul Mukaddas, etc.

Are more there. The Jews did not only allow the Prophet Jesus (A) to be in peace but kill him by crossing him Do it According to the Qur'an, "He did not die that day" Allah lifted him to heaven. Those who are happy with the death of his so -called Jews and those who are suffering are Nasara (Christian).

Reading the history of Islam, it is learned that the four Caliphs were under Palestinian Muslims in the Umayyad, Abbasid, Fatimian Caliphate. Later Crossed (Till 1099-1187 Christians occupied) then Mahabir Salauddin Ayubi Vijay flag in Jerusalem.Flying Muslim golden history began to gradually become dirty after World War I.

The Turkey's defeat was occupied by the Palestinian British until 1917-1947. Thousands of Jews came to Palestine and started living in Palestine after fleeing and killing 60 million Jews by Hitler. Zionists and Jews publicly of the imperialist forces, according to the announcement of British Foreign Minister Balfour, a state called Israel was born in 1948.

In the United Nations 193 countries, Israel supported 165 countries and Palestine 138 countries. Since then the Philindin Dau has been burning. They are desperate to occupy everything today for the simplicity of liberal Palestinians.

Israel's volume is increasing day by day and Palestine is decreasing. Ismail (A) is the only Prophet (peace be upon him). The "Al -Qur'an" revealed only in Arabic on himBecause of being, the Jews could not accept it.

Ibrahim. (A :) and Ismail (A) father built the kabbhar in the son. From a very early age, the Jews reached the end of the Prophet's holy body of the Prophet (peace be upon him), trying to kill the beloved Prophet (peace be upon him), and during King Nuruddin. The Jews think that Dajjal is the Masih and the Muslims and Christians think that Jesus (A) Masih will come and conquer the earth.

At the same time Imam Mahdio arrivesJoin Jesus (A :) and remove the temptation of Yazuz-Majuz. The Jewish nation began with the hands of the glorious people at the base of the Dharani. In the desert Jerusalem, there are many histories of traditions and emergence.

Because of the ego or Igo, they consider Muslims to be enemies. There will be a win in the ongoing war, maybe some time the war break will be a bit effective with some agreement with mediation or Fatah orWith Hamas (publicly or secretly.

The way the tigers and deer live in the Sundarbans, the common people of Israel and Palestine will continue to engage in unequal war, occupying and counter -occupation.

**Why does this matter now?**
Jerusalem mirrors humanity’s best and worst: devotion and division, prophecy and politics. Its pain reminds us: **sacred spaces demand sacred respect.**

> *"When you walk Jerusalem’s alleys, you tread on layers of prophets’ prayers, martyrs’ blood, and undying hope."*

That simple act of popping a clove or two after a meal? It's an ancient tradition rooted in deep wellness wisdom, far beyond just freshening your breath. ✨

Here’s why this tiny spice packs such a powerful punch for your health:

** The World's Largest Iceberg Is On the Move... And It's Heading Somewhere Warm** 🌊❄️

Remember the Titanic? That tragic story reminds us how much danger lies *beneath* the surface of even the most massive icebergs. Most of their bulk is hidden underwater.

Now, meet **A23a** – the world's *largest* iceberg. This colossal piece of ice, weighing over a *trillion tonnes*, isn't just big; it's on an unprecedented journey.

**Here's the story:**

✔️ **Frozen for Decades:** Since breaking off from Antarctica in 1986, A23a spent nearly **30 years** grounded near the Weddell Sea, essentially becoming a vast, frozen island.

✔️ **The Awakening:** In 2020, scientists detected subtle shifts. This sleeping giant was finally on the move again.

✔️ **Gaining Speed:** Initially slow, A23a has now picked up pace, driven by winds and currents.

✔️ **Heading North:** Crucially, it's drifting **away from Antarctica** and towards **warmer waters** – specifically, the region around **South Georgia Island** in the South Atlantic Ocean.

**Why This Matters (The Real Concern):** ❄️➡️πŸ”₯

1. **The Meltdown:** As A23a enters warmer waters, it will inevitably begin to melt and fracture.

2. **Sea Level Rise:** While melting icebergs *already floating* contribute less to sea level rise than land ice, the sheer volume of freshwater released from A23a is staggering. This influx can disrupt ocean currents and salinity, impacting marine ecosystems.

3. **A Domino Effect?** The real, long-term threat highlighted by events like this is the *pattern* it represents. Massive ice loss from Antarctica is a major driver of **global sea level rise**.

4. **Coastal Vulnerability:** Rising seas threaten coastal cities and low-lying islands worldwide. The disruption caused by melting giants like A23a is a stark reminder of this vulnerability. Think beyond just this iceberg; it's a symptom of a larger planetary shift.

**This isn't just about one iceberg.** It's a powerful, visible signal of how our polar regions are changing. The movement of A23a offers a tangible glimpse into processes that could reshape coastlines and impact millions.

**Two Transformative Ways to Fall Back in Love with Reading (And Why They Change Everything)**

We often treat books like passive entertainment. What if we approached them as *conversations*? Here are two powerful, beautiful methods I learned from extraordinary thinkers:

**1.  ✍️ The Notebook Method (From Ahmed Chafa)**
Ahmed Chafa, as a student, didn’t just read his professor’s books daily. He distilled the *entire essence* of each book into a dedicated notebook. This wasn't just note-taking; it was deep integration. Even with his intense memory, this practice ("Humayun") became his lifelong anchor. He later traced his profound love of reading back to this very habit, begun secretly at age seven! The notebook becomes a map of your intellectual journey.

**2.  πŸ’‘ The Critical Dialogue Method (From Prabir Ghosh)**
Indian rationalist Prabir Ghosh offered a radical approach: *argue with the author, line by line*. Don’t just absorb – question, challenge, agree, dissent! He warned: blindly accepting everything, even amidst truths, allows subtle lies to take root. Those "two lies hidden among ten truths" can become deeply damaging. Active reading builds intellectual immunity.

**My Practice & A Lifeline**
I lean towards the notebook, though sparingly. Yet, when weariness hits, reopening those pages reignites my spark – showing me where I paused and where I can begin again.

Reading APJ Abdul Kalam’s ‘Turning Points’, I captured just one resonant line in my notebook:
> **"I have chosen research and teaching as a profession because I love repeating."**

This struck me as *profoundly* true. Isn't much of our struggle rooted in resisting repetition? We lack the patience to persist, to practice deeply. As George Bernard Shaw insightfully wrote:
> **"The moment I understood that if I tried ten times, I might succeed once, I started trying ten times."**

**Knowing vs. *Doing* - The Practice Gap**
Think of learning to drive. I can *tell* you all about the accelerator, brake, and steering wheel (knowledge). But until you *practice* (doing), you cannot drive. The gap between knowing and mastery is filled only by deliberate, repeated action.

**The Wisdom of Preparation**
When not thirsty, we see only the bottle. When thirsty, we look *for the water inside*.
In light, a candle lies forgotten in a drawer. In darkness, we search for it relentlessly.

**Don't wait for the thirst or the darkness.** Cultivate your light *now*. Keep your tools (like your notebook) ready. Remember: the rule for climbing high mountains is simple – never forget the base camp that got you started.
