🌟 A Real Story of Strength & Balance 🌟

Meet Bithi, who joined the gym for about 14 months.

Anyone who saw him shouted:

"How is it so dry?"

"How did you get so fit?"

"Oma, you should make a figure like a heroine!"

Bithi goes to the gym as I said earlier. But…

πŸ‘‰ He does not do intermittent fasting.

Eat 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner.

πŸ‘‰ Lunch and dinner eat rice only 2 times.

πŸ‘‰ Have dinner at night after 10 pm.

πŸ‘‰ Sometimes flatulenceAlso eats Velpuri.

Many people think that they must do these things to stay healthy. Many people think, hey, I work harder than this, why am I not getting such results?

One of the reasons is serious strength training!

It Changes the Equation.

Bithy's Romanian deadlift is 50kg, squat is close to that too. And his strength will increase even more.

He used to do strength training in his gym, so many people heard different things. Now see himInspired, others also try strength training.

The reason for telling this story is that many girls are very serious about diet but are relatively behind in strength training. Many people think that 5 kg dumbbells will do.

I'm sorry to say this, if you use weight like a bird, you will eat like a bird for the rest of your life.

For those who think, I don't have time to go to the gym, let me tell you. Bithy has her own family, a 3 year oldThere's Babu, and he's scrambling to get his business up and running.

Good thing, those who think Bithi eats unhealthy or eats whatever he wants, but it is not. He eats calculatedly. Strength training doesn't mean you're allowed to eat whatever you want.

I'm just saying, serious strength training allows Bithy to enjoy her life in addition to dieting!

It’s a gentle, powerful reminder: True wellness isn’t about subtraction alone. It’s about building a foundation strong enough to support a full, vibrant life.

Absolute game-changer. Economics, 3rd Edition

A little nerdy confession: I’ve been revisiting economics fundamentals lately. Why? Because understanding the “why” behind markets, policies, and human choices feels more relevant than ever.

The book I’m using is an absolute game-changer. Economics, 3rd Edition is built on three powerful ideas: optimization (making the best choice), equilibrium (how things balance), and empiricism (using real-world evidence).

It’s not dry. It’s empowering. Each chapter tackles a question you’ve actually asked yourself. For anyone looking to sharpen their decision-making and understand the forces shaping our global world, this is a brilliant resource.

It’s a significant book (over 800 pages!), but it’s an investment in a foundational skill—economic reasoning.

πŸ”— Link is in my bio if you're looking for a copy. It's the Global Edition, which is great for a wider perspective.

Ever notice how winter seems to come with its own soundtrack?

Sore throat is a common but annoying problem in winter, which is aggravated by dry air and infection. With proper home care and awareness, most cases provide quick relief, often a safe solution without treatment.

What to do if you have a sore throat in winter?

Sore throat is a very common problem in winter. Be it for anyone big or small, it's a common problem this season but it's annoying.

Especially the throat becomes tight, the voice changes, swallowing foodit hurts At the same time, many people become infected, due to which they have to resort to the doctor. The main scientific causes of this sore throat are basically two:

.Environmental factors (eg dry air).

.Infection (viral or bacterial infection).

1. Environmental factors

Dry and cold air causes dry throat tissue Cold air has very little moisture, because cold air can hold less water vapor. Outside in winterThe air is dry and the humidity is further reduced (down to about 10-20%) using a heater or heater indoors.

Breathing in this dry air quickly causes water vapor to escape from the mucous membranes (moist tissues) in the throat and nose. As a result, throat tissue becomes dry, irritated and inflamed. It makes the throat sore, sore and sensitive. Breathing through the mouth exacerbates this problem, as the nose breathesMoist and warm, but dry air enters the throat directly through the mouth.

Also, dryness can increase post-nasal drip (mucus from the nose into the throat), further irritating the throat. Medical studies have shown that low humidity in winter thins the mucous layer of the throat, which reduces the natural protection.

2. Viral or bacterial infection

Respiratory viruses are more active in winter. Some of the reasons for this are:Viruses live longer and spread easily in cold, dry air (viruses are quickly inactivated in high humidity). As people spend more time indoors, close proximity increases transmission through droplets. Winter causes vitamin D deficiency (less sunlight) and weakened immune system, which increases the risk of infection.

These viruses attack the tissues of the throat and cause inflammation, which is often the first symptomsore throat Less commonly, bacterial infections (such as strep throat) also increase in winter.

Some famous studies have shown that viruses such as influenza rvs attack in winter and spring and dryness makes the throat more susceptible to infection. Apart from this, allergies: house dust, pet dander etc. have more impact in winter. Thirst for water is less in winter, resulting in dry throat. A winter sore throat usually resolves on its owngoes, but if fever, swollen glands or chronic,

Then it should be treated.

What to do with a sore throat?

Warm water gargle: 80% of sore throats are cured in the first 24-48 hours. Gargle with salt in warm water 1 glass of warm water 1/2 teaspoon of salt, gargle for 30 seconds every 3-4 hours. Sore throat reduced by 40%, pain cured in 1 day. It is a very effective method, in which the phlegm accumulated in the throat softens and comes out with saliva.

Honey-yellow Eating: Drink 1-2 teaspoons of pure honey mixed with a pinch of good quality turmeric powder at night. It will reduce sore throat and sleep better.

Honey turmeric reduces the sore throat and night cough of everyone, young and old. Since honey and turmeric are anti-inflammatory, it is very effective. It does not allow bad infections to grow.

Drinking hot liquids: (3-4 liters per day) ginger-basil-lemon-honey tea and chicken soup

Eat chicken broth—they're provenAnti-inflammatory. Also hot chicken

Loves soup and chicken broth. Sore throat is relieved by heat.

Golden Milk: A pinch of turmeric powder (1 gram amount) in a glass of milk.

Heat the milk well with two peppercorns, one gram of cinnamon. looks yellow

The color will turn golden. Drink this hot milk half an hour before going to bed at night.

What not to do?

Do not drink cold water/ice cream/cold drinks at all

scream Don't talk

Avoid smoking

Do not self-administer antibiotics; Because 90% of sore throats do not require antibiotics.

A Final, Cozy Thought

Winter asks us to slow down, to listen inward, and to care for ourselves with intention. A sore throat, as annoying as it is, can be a reminder to practice a little more tenderness with our bodies.

Beyond the studio: Finding your art's digital marketplace.

The digital world has quietly opened doors that used to be firmly shut for artists. It’s no longer about who you know in a gallery; it’s about connecting your unique craft directly with the people who will cherish it.

But with so many platforms out there, where do you even begin? The choice can feel overwhelming.

I was deeply inspired by a conversation about turning human-centric skills—the kind no AI can truly replicate—into meaningful ventures. It got me thinking about the artists and makers in this community.

So, I dove into exploring some of the most interesting online spaces where art isn’t just sold, but celebrated. This isn't a map to overnight success, but a look at some potential homes for your work.

A Few Pathways for Your Craft:

Spreadshirt

If you are the creative type, you may want to consider selling your designs on T-shirts and other apparel. One site that makes it really easy to do this is Spreadshirt (also known as Spreadshop).

You can create designs for phone cases, kids’ clothes, tablet covers, group apparel – almost anything and everything you could dream up. This company is definitely on the cutting edge of everything trendy, and their sample designs are ideal for personal creations, promotional designs for businesses, and more.

To sell your artistic designs with Spreadshirt, you can make use of the company's online marketplace or start up your own shop. While Spreadshirt is free to use, you should keep in mind that they take a percentage of your profits, though users earn a 20% commission from sales.

Etsy

This is one of the best known sales platforms on the internet, and they cater specifically to creatives of all kinds, including artists.

You can sell anything you can imagine here, from paintings, to photographs, to sculptures. Some categories are obviously more popular than others, and you'll have to build a reputation before you can start making good money, but if you have the skills you might do really well.

While researching this article, I did a quick perusal of the paintings currently available, and found people getting sales across a wide range of price points.

Some artists offer their paintings for less than 20 bucks each, while others are charging closer to 1000. I also found a few sellers who make very good money doing custom art on demand, such as personal portraits.

Overall, it seems like there's a big market for all kinds of creative work here, and it might be well worth you time to check it out.

Fiverr

This freelance site is huge these days. There are tons of people making money there doing all kinds of work, and art is no exception. During my research I found people selling line art drawings, book covers, paintings, digital art for video games, and custom photographs.

The biggest thing that sets Fiver apart from most other sites mentioned in this article is the focus on commissioned work for client-specific needs.

Most people come to Fiver because they want something very particular that they can't create themselves, and you'll make the most money by using your talents to give them exactly what they want in a short amount of time with minimal fuss.

For the best results, you'll need to be quick, and adaptable. Plus you'll need to brush up on your communication skills for dealing with clients in a way that minimizes misunderstandings.

Artfinder

This site is much more exclusive than the others mentioned above, and the focus is on fine-art rather than commercial art. If you want to sell fine art online here, you have to go through a fairly rigorous approval process where you submit photographs of your work for review, and answer questions about yourself.

The fact that it's harder to get in means that you'll probably have less competition, and the focus on fine art means you're able to reach a very specific clientele that might not be easy to find on other sites.

The average prices here also tend to be much higher than most of the more open marketplaces.

Saatchi Art

This service is similar to Artfinder in terms of targeting customers in the market for fine artworks, but it's not so difficult to get accepted there.

They will let you set up your own custom shop on their website for free, and they pay your shipping fees.

You'll have to give them a 30% commission on all sales, but the minimum price seems to be $500.00, which is a lot higher than any other site mentioned here. Overall Saatchi looks like a good choice for those looking to get a premium price for high-end work.

The beautiful part? You don’t have to choose just one. Many artists weave a tapestry across platforms—offering commissions on one, selling prints on another, and hosting originals elsewhere. Each space attracts a different kind of admirer.

The core truth that stayed with me from my research is this: Your unique human skill has profound value. In a world of mass production, the intention, story, and soul you pour into your work is what people are yearning for.

This journey is about aligning your craft with intention, not hustle for hustle’s sake. It’s about finding your people.

In Conclusion

The above sites are just a small sampling of the many internet marketplaces available to talented artists. And it's important to remember that you don't have to choose just one. Like many other online businesses, focusing on a wide variety of marketplaces can be an effective strategy.

For example, you could offer your services as a portrait painter on Fiverr, while simultaneously selling your more personal creations on sites like Artfinder and Saatchi. The exposure derived from getting your name out there in a lot of different places can lead to unexpected opportunities, such as high-dollar commissioned work.

If this gentle nudge towards sustainable creativity resonates with you, you’re my kind of person. I share more thoughts on building a meaningful creative practice—rooted in depth, authenticity, and purpose—over on my personal space. Ever been told you have beautiful handwriting?

Turns out, it’s not just a compliment—it could be your next creative side hustle. ✍️

Even though we are currently in the “everything digital” age, there is still something to be said for great handwriting skills. So if that's you — and people have always been envious of your penmanship — there are more than a couple of ways to turn that into a way to earn income!

It's not as straightforward as just getting a work at home job where you write all day for a company (although that's not impossible). These are more think-outside-the-box ideas for ways to turn your handwriting talent into a day job for yourself.

In this article, I've broken down five different ideas for earning money with your handwriting skills! Read on if this interests you.

1️⃣ The Personal Touch Service

I think we can all agree that receiving a card, note, or letter in the mail that is entirely handwritten makes us feel a bit special! It means someone took the time to sit down and actually write (not type) with their hand a thank you, a congratulations, or just a personal update on their life … just for us!

Well, what you may not realize is that there are businesses and even individuals that see the importance of this, but would prefer to outsource the work. This could be for a variety of different reasons. Maybe they want to see a handwritten note, but lack to the time to sit down and craft it. OR maybe their handwriting isn't very neat!

This is where you could come in if you have the time to write and have nice penmanship. Start a service doing handwriting for others! PowerHomeBiz has some information on how you might go about starting this.

And if you've ever thought about becoming a virtual assistant, handwriting is a service you could add to your offerings.

2️⃣ Calligraphy for Hire –

People love the look of calligraphy! Granted, this is a skill you may not currently have even if your handwriting is exceptional as is. But you can learn calligraphy. The Happy Ever Crafter, for example, offers instructional YouTube videos on how to do it for beginners.

What do people like to see calligraphy on? Well, it adds a nice touch to invitations, artwork, home decor, cards, certificates, and so forth. The sky is the limit. And if you are good at it, people are willing to pay you to do it for them.

Just as you could start a handwritten letter/note business, you could also start a business offering your calligraphy services.

3️⃣ Create Custom Handwritten Products

You can use your handwriting to sell customized T-shirts, artwork, journals, notebooks, stationary, and more. These are also items you could use your calligraphy skills on if you've learned that.

Then, you can sell your items on one of many print-on-demand sites OR on a craft items platform such as Etsy.

4️⃣ Design & Sell Your Own Fonts –

If you have an online presence or a business, you've probably at some point browsed and admired all the different fonts you can choose from that look like handwriting. Well — many of these were actually created by people who wrote them out. They aren't always done by computers or AI.

If you have nice handwriting and you know how to write in several different styles, you can create fonts from your handwriting and sell them.

Where do people go to buy custom fonts? One popular site used for that is Creative Market. And Adobe has some more information here on how to go about making your own fonts.

5️⃣ Teach Your Skill –

You can earn money from an online presence. And, as linked above, there are YouTubers who have channels all about learning calligraphy and handwriting. You can do this, too!

If you are comfortable on camera (or at least comfortable showing your hands writing), you can make YouTube tutorials or TikToks teaching handwriting and calligraphy skills.

People earn on these platforms via ad revenue, direct sponsorships, and affiliate commissions.

I hope this gave you some good ideas on how you can put your amazing handwriting to work and actually earn money from it! It may take a bit to get a business or revenue stream going, but if you are talented and persistent, it will likely pay off in the long run.

The core idea really stuck with me: your unique human skill—something AI can’t truly replicate—has space and value in the market. It’s about merging art with intention.

It’s not a “get rich quick” scheme. It’s a gentle nudge toward honoring what makes your creativity special, and letting it find its people.

If this resonates and you’re drawn to conversations about meaningful craft, sustainable creativity, and building from your strengths, I share more in this space. It’s about depth over noise.

The Unspoken Truth About Wrist Strength – It’s Not What You Think

Let's discuss today the unspoken story behind it.

First of all, if someone asks me this question, my answer is that the size of the wrist cannot be increased, because the size of the bones does not increase.

But actually there are two ways to increase wrist size:

If you notice, you will see that those who have gone from very fat to thin, their wrist size has decreased. You can see it with your eyes.

So is it possible to reverse it?

Those who are thin, gain weightDoes it increase the size of their wrists?

Increases, but the problem is, weight gain of 2-4 kg will not increase wrist size. Must gain 10-15 kg weight.

And 10-15 kg weight gain is not a mouthful. Gaining 10-15 kg of weight the healthy way takes a lot of patience and time.

.Those who are not so thin, what will they do?

They will not gain weight by 10-15 kg.

There is only one way for them, heavy weightlifting.

And Heavy Means Heavy!!

I've seen people's wrists increase in size after 30 years of heavy weight-lifting. But it takes a lot of strength. Hold 120kg+ bench press, 160kg+ squat, 220kg+ deadlift.

These are big numbers!

Not everyone has the mindset and proper guidance to train seriously to be so strong. And yes it takes a lot of time.

The quiet takeaway? True change—in our bodies or our lives—rarely lives in the hack or the shortcut. It lives in the consistent, almost invisible daily choices. It’s in the patience to understand that some goals are measured not in weeks, but in seasons and years of dedicated practice.

What’s one small rhythm you can align today for a stronger tomorrow?

If you’re drawn to these deeper conversations about wellness—where we merge honest physiology with mindful perseverance—I explore this blend of strength and soul in a quieter space.

A Window to the Unknown is Opening in Chile!

!

The world's largest and most powerful digital camera is about to usher in a new era in space science. Located at the Vera C. Rubin Observatory in Chile, this 3,200 megapixel camera with extremely high resolution capabilities will take our knowledge to a new level by observing the unknown, mysterious regions of the universe.

Vera C. The Rubin Observatory is located on the summit of Cerro Pachon in northern Chile, South America. The gigapixel camera will be installed here in late 2023-24, with operations slated to officially begin in 2025. The camera was built by the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (part of Stanford University) in the US and was built for the massive LSST (Legacy Survey of Space and Time) project.

The main goal of the LSST project is to south every night from 2025 to 2035 Scanning the hemispheric sky to glean new information about dark matter, dark energy and galaxy formation. Moreover, every 15 seconds it will image a portion of the sky that will be at least seven times larger than the Moon.

This camera will scan every night and collect about 20 terabytes of data, which will be used by researchers in artificial intelligence and scientific research. That's 17 billion stars and galaxies in the futurewill create a huge three-dimensional map. This will also lead to the discovery of unknown mysteries of the universe and possible alien life.

The total cost of the LSST project is about 673 million US dollars and it has been developed since 2015 by the joint efforts of scientists and engineers from different countries around the world. This high-tech 3,200 megapixel camera is stored at a specially controlled -100 degrees At room temperature, to effectively maintain its performance and durability in an absolutely dust-free environment.

It's not just the size, but the camera technology is incredible and high quality. It consists of 201 custom-designed CCD sensors that form an ultrafine focal plane. These sensors are as flat as 5 microns, which is less than a tenth of the width of a human hair. In comparison, the thickness of a paper is about 50 to 100 microns.

This camera will be used to detect not only distant galaxies, but also nearby asteroids, supernovae, and fast-moving cosmic objects, which scientists believe will be important for the future security of Earth.

According to scientists, this vast universe may span about 93 billion light-years or more, of which about 95% is composed of mysterious dark matter and dark energy.with—the nature of which is still unknown. The images and data captured by the LSST camera could be a breakthrough in understanding this unknown.

This digital camera is not just a modern device, but a window into a vast cosmic story. Through which in the future we will be able to know and understand the unknown mysteries of the universe more deeply. Through which scientists may be able to study the unknown secrets of the universe more deeply in the near future!

Why This Feels Different?

This isn't just another science headline. It feels like the beginning of a new chapter in our collective story. We are building instruments not just to take pictures, but to read the autobiography of the universe—page by page, night by night.

It reminds me that the greatest wonders aren't always in the loud, instant updates, but in the patient, deliberate gathering of light over time, seeking signals in the noise.

If you’re someone who values looking beyond the headlines—toward ideas that merge profound discovery with soulful reflection—I share more quiet contemplations in a space built for thoughtful conversation.

What’s one small rhythm you can align today for a healthier heart tomorrow?

The Winter Heart: A Season of Heightened Risk

Circadian rhythms are associated with blood pressure. At the same time, there is a relationship of the heart. Why do more people suffer from heart attacks in winter?

If you sleep at the same time, the body's internal biological clock or circadian rhythm remains stable.

And this rhythm plays a role in regulating several important hormones like melatonin and cortisol. Which is depth of sleep, wakefulness andAffects blood pressure fluctuations.

The body's internal biological clock, or circadian rhythm, is stable when the sleep time is the same. So that you stay safe.

If irregular sleep, such as sleeping late on weekends, waking up at night, or changing bedtimes frequently, disrupts this rhythm.

This will cause you to lose your heart rhythm. Know that heart attack is more during winter. Statistics say a 20-30% increase in heart attacksgets

There are several major medical reasons behind the increased incidence of heart attacks in winter.

Various studies (such as American Heart Association and PMC studies) have shown that the risk of heart attack can increase by 20-30% in winter. The main reasons are as follows:

1. Cold vasoconstriction (Vasoconstriction)

• Blood vessels constrict to maintain body temperature in cold weather.

• In thisBlood pressure rises and the heart has to work harder to pump blood.

• Decreases oxygen supply to the heart, which increases the risk of heart attack.

2.Increased blood thickening and clotting tendency

• Blood viscosity increases in winter, resulting in thick and sticky blood.

• Increases the number of platelets and red blood cells, which help form blood clots.

• Heart when this clot gets stuck in the coronary arteryattack.

3. Increased activation of the sympathetic nervous system

• Cold activates the body's sympathetic nervous system, which increases the release of catecholamine (such as norepinephrine) hormones.

• It increases heart rate and blood pressure, putting extra strain on the heart.

4. Less physical activity and lifestyle changes

• In winter many people stay indoors, exercise less – resulting in weight gain, cholesterol and blood pressure.

•Heavy food (fatty food), alcohol and salty food are consumed in excess, which are harmful to the heart.

5. Respiratory infections (such as the flu or influenza)

• Flu-like illnesses are more common in winter, which causes inflammation in the body and loosens plaque in the arteries.

• It increases the risk of heart attack.

 6. Other reasons

• Vitamin D deficiency (due to lack of sunlight).

• Break the stress and routine during winter holidays or festivals.

•Overexertion when shoveling snow or doing heavy work.

The combined effect of these factors makes heart attacks more common in winter. Especially those with pre-existing heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes or smoking habits are at higher risk.

Heart attack risk increases in winter, so eating heart-healthy soups is very beneficial. They are high in fiber, antioxidants, potassium and low in saturated fat, which lowers cholesterol.Regulates blood pressure and reduces stress on the heart. The American Heart Association and other studies have shown that vegetable-based and legume-based soups are best for the heart.

Prevention: Wear warm clothes, exercise regularly (even if indoors), eat a healthy diet, and seek medical advice immediately if symptoms occur. Be careful in winter!

Suggestion of useful soup for heart prevention in winter:

1. Lentil soupsoup)

• Lentils/other pulses are rich in fiber, which lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol and regulates blood pressure.

• Add carrot, spinach, tomato, garlic to hot dal soup in winter.

• Benefits: Helps reduce the risk of heart disease by 20-30%.

2. Mixed Vegetable Soup (Vegetable Soup)

• Made with carrots, broccoli, spinach, pumpkin, beets etc.

• It is high in potassium, which lowers blood pressure, and antioxidants that reduce heart inflammation.

• Salt Use less.

A Quiet Reflection:

True wellness isn't found in loud trends, but in understanding the quiet, profound dialogues within our bodies—like the one between sleep and the heartbeat. It’s in these nuanced spaces that real, sustainable health is built.

If you’re someone who values looking beyond the headlines—toward ideas that merge science with soulful living—I share more quiet reflections in a space built for thoughtful conversation.

The name of this battery is Betavoltaic Nuclear Battery. The invention of such a battery could usher in a new revolution not only in the world of technology, but also in our daily life.

.Does this battery really exist?

Beijing Betavolt Technology, a Chinese firm, announced in late 2024 that it had developed the world's first commercial-scale nuclear battery prototype in the form ofAs small as a coin and capable of providing electricity for up to 50 years. Future goal — to reach 100 years of battery life. It is currently an experimental technology. Not yet on the market, but research shows positive progress.

.How does this battery work?

The energy source of this battery is Betavoltaic Effect. It is a kind of nuclear technology, but not as terrible as a reactor. Radioactive isotopes in batteries egNickel-63 emits beta particles (electrons). These particles are converted into electrical energy by the diamond semiconductor. The entire process is confined in a small room — no radioactivity is released to the outside environment. Finally, when this isotope expires, it turns into a non-toxic element. As a result, it has no effect on the environment.

.Where will this battery be used?

This battery is mainly designed for use in places such as,

whereCharging is impossible or very dangerous: Space satellites: Once sent into space, it is not possible to charge or replace the batteries there.

Pacemakers: Long-term battery life in implantable devices can be preserved.

Deep-sea sensors: places that are hard for humans to reach.

Army's spying machine: Can conduct long-term surveillance with impunity.

.Should be afraid of the word nuclear?

Here it comesA place of awareness. Common people get scared when they hear the word “nuclear”. But this battery is completely different and safe: betavoltaic batteries are so low in radiation that they don't even reach the outer layer of the skin. Due to the fully sealed design, it is almost impossible for radiation to escape. It is not explosive or harmful — even if stolen, it cannot be made into a weapon. Scientists consider it the "future of safe nuclear energy."doing

.So will this battery work on mobile phones? That's the hot question — will we get phones in the future that last a lifetime on a single charge?

Answer: Not now, but there is a possibility in the future. Why not possible now? Current batteries provide only 100 microwatts (ΞΌW) of power. Whereas a smartphone uses an average of 2 to 5 watts. This gap is more than a thousand times. Also atomic in portable devices like mobile phonesThere are safety and legal barriers to substance use.

.Future Hopes

The company says that in the future they are aiming to produce 1 watt or more power. Power can be increased by combining multiple batteries. If the technology is cheap and secure, it can be used in phones, smartwatches and even laptops. By when? According to experts, such a practical reality may come within 20–30 years.

.What is Bangladesh like? Can technology create? A country needs three things to develop technology — research, financing, and long-term planning. Bangladeshi scientists have demonstrated expertise in peaceful uses of nuclear energy (eg: Rooppur project). If our radiochemistry, nanotechnology, and electronics engineering departments work together, developing such technology is not impossible in the future. However, this requires deep research.Public-Private Aid, and International Cooperation.

.Imagination of the future: where energy transcends time. Imagine buying a device and running it on the same battery for the rest of its life — no charging, no cables, no maintenance. This could be the outline of future digital sustainability. Not just technology, this battery could usher in a new chapter in our lifestyle — a silent, uninterrupted, safe one.Age of power.

Finally, this nuclear battery invented by China is still in the experimental stage. But it opened the door to the future — a world of long-lasting, maintenance-free energy. The question for us now is, are we ready for that future?

What is your opinion? Would you be interested in using this technology in your life? Should you fear nuclear, or let science move forward?

This isn’t just about a battery. It’s about rethinking time, energy, and our relationship with the tools that shape our lives.

If you’re someone who values looking beyond the headlines—toward ideas that merge innovation with introspection—I share more quiet reflections in a space built for thoughtful conversation.

What do you think—wou

ld you welcome a future free from charging?

Thought for the day: What if no one told you it was impossible?

Before entering the class in the morning, two math problems were written on the board. Student George Dantzig fell asleep during class. When the class was over, he slowly woke up. Glancing at the board, two numbers still flashed.

Sir didn't say anything, the classmates also left, so he assumed that these two figures are homework.

Back home he started fighting over that homework. The first shock - these are not ordinary numbers! Incredibly complex, logic-finding liability.

But George didn't give up. Spent hours in the library. Go through various books, references, previous papers. Put the formulas and make mistakes, try again. Like an unfinished mission.

Days passed. He keeps pulling. At last he produced a four-page analysis—he had solved a number!

He is in the next classThe solution was submitted to the professor. Sir took the paper without saying anything and started reading.

Two days later, when George came to class, the professor looked at him with surprised eyes. Then he smiled and said,

"George, you know what you've done?"

George, a bit shocked, said, “Sir, I submitted the homework.”

sir said

"They weren't homework. I showed the board two examples of problems that still have no solutionno Even the best mathematicians in the world have not yet worked out these numbers!”

George is shocked. He realized—he had mistakenly solved one of the world's most complex math problems for homework.

And this mistake was the biggest correct decision of his life.

Because no one told him—"The solution to this problem is impossible."

No one scared him—“Not even the best heads in the world could!”

He only had in his mind — “Sir has given homework, I mean itPossible!”

---

This event is still part of the exhibit at Columbia University today. And George Dantzig later became one of the world's most famous mathematicians.

---

The lesson of this story for us?

We don't give up on many things in life, just because someone tells us in advance - "You can't", "It's impossible", "Not for people like you".

That's when our dreams stopped.

But if you don't listen to that limitation, on yourselfHave faith, and work hard - then one day you can win the impossible!

*This true story reminds me:

We often give up not because something can’t be done, but because we’re told it can’t.

We limit ourselves before we even try.

What if, just once, you ignored the voice that says “it’s too hard,” or “others have failed,” or “this isn’t for you”?

What could you create, build, or solve if you just… began?

I’d love to hear from you:

🌿Reclaiming wisdom on how alum can be used.

So many qualities of alum - then there were no filters like now. The old man of the house would be seen throwing a piece of alum in the water to calm himself down. As the water becomes filtered, the filth settles to the bottom. Or, if the blade accidentally cuts the cheek while shaving, no savlon or aftershave is visible. Della would rub the alum that was close at hand on his cheeks. Yes, stop bleeding. But there are many such qualities alum.

Jackfruit of all kinds: You can say that. Earlier, the girls of the house also used alum to make up. That's because it doesn't allow wrinkles to fall. Apart from this, being antibacterial, alum also works well in dental diseases.

✅Chronic Fingers: If your hands are irritated due to excess water, or if your feet are swollen, you can safely use alum. Put a piece of alum in water, heat the water welltake it When cool, soak feet. You will get great comfort.

✅Sudden Bleeding: If the cheek is cut while shaving, the salon still rubs it. If any wound, not a cut on the cheek, bleeds, crush alum over it. Bleeding will stop in no time.

Tonsil relief: If you have a sore throat or swollen glands due to cold, mix a pinch of salt and alum powder in warm water and gargle several times a day you will get relief.

Acne: acne on the face? Face becomes dry, skin is going to wrinkle? don't worry After washing your face well, rub the paste all over your face for a long time. Or dissolve alum powder in water and apply it on the face. After drying, wash the face after some time. If you do this for a few days, the glow will return to your face. You will also get relief from acne.

Toothache: Suffering from toothache? Or, bad breathgoing out Despite all efforts, the smell of the mouth is not going? So what to do, can not understand? Speculation can save you from this problem. Dissolve alum in hot water and strain. You will surely get relief from toothache. Do not be ashamed of bad breath!

It’s not about replacing modern medicine, but about remembering that wisdom often wears a simple disguise. In a world of complex solutions, there’s beauty in the elemental.

I’d love to know—what’s one piece of old-school, practical wisdom from your family that you still cherish? The kind that feels more rooted than any trend. Share it below—your story might be the reminder someone needs today.

A Beacon of Truth: When Courage Meets Calm

Meet Hasan al-Basri 🌿

Hasan Basri Rah.. A prominent Tabe'i accompanied by several of the Prophet's companions. Born in Medina but later moved to Basra. He looked black. But he was the leader of his time in knowledge and practice.

He was unique in old age. There was no discrepancy between words and deeds. He was a great hero. He did not care to tell the truth. Like Hajjaz bin Yusuf, he was outspoken.

After his birth, he was taken to Khalifatul Muslimeen Umar Ibnul Khattabis going He prayed to him and said - 'O Allah! Make this boy a faqih of the deen and make him beloved among the people.' Khalifa's prayer was also accepted.

Hajjaz bin Yusuf Saqafi. A ruler of Iraq appointed by the Umayyad Caliphate. Tyranny, transgression and tyranny started. Hasan Basri joined. He was also one of the few people who opposed Hajjaj's transgression. Strongly his among the peopleAparkam announced. And he did not hesitate to tell the truth to his face.

Hajjaz built a palace. Royal splendor. When he issues the Shahi elan among the people—let them pray for the longevity and blessings of his palace. People came to the palace as soon as they heard Shahi Elan.

Hassan Basri did not want to miss this golden opportunity to gather people. He went out to meet them. Advise themto give To convince them. To make them indifferent to worldly wealth. Above all to arouse their interest in supernatural wealth.

People circling Hajjaj's skyscraper palace. Enjoying the beauty of the palace. The splendor of the palace is breathtaking. Then Hasan Basri stood up to address the people. The gist of the speech is—

“If we are the worst of peopleLook at the palaces that were built, but see—Pharaoh built a palace that was stronger, stronger, and taller than this. Yet Allah destroyed Pharaoh and left his towering palace in ruins. If only Hajjaj understood—the inhabitants of the sky dislike him and the inhabitants of the earth take advice from him!”

When Hajjaz entered his meeting room the next day, he was bursting with anger. He said to his councilors - 'May you be destroyed, be away. A slave of Basra stood up and said whatever he wanted in front of you, and there was no one among you who resisted him or disapproved of his words! By Allah, O group of cowards, I will surely make you drink his blood.'

Hajjaz took fire idol. He is the kin of the sword and the wide leather bed on which human heads are beheadedordered It was brought as ordered by Hajjaj.

The executioner was called. The executioner came as soon as he heard the call. Hajjaz Hasan sent some soldiers to capture Basri. Shortly afterwards Hasan Basri arrived at Hajjaj's court. But as soon as Hasan Basri entered the court, everyone's heart began to tremble!

When Hasan Basri saw the sword, the roper and the executioner present, he moved his lips slightly. Right after thatHe went towards Hajjaj. But even then, the greatness of a believer, the self-respect of a Muslim and the calmness of God are present in him.

Hajjaz got angry seeing this position of Hasan Basri. His face turned pale with fear. Somehow he started saying - 'Abu Saeed, come here. Sit here!'

After saying this, he started making Hasan Basri a place to sit. People are surprised to see this condition of Hajjaj, shocked! they areHe started looking at him with wide eyes. Hasan Basri took the seat. Hajjaz also sat down.

Hajjaz looked at Hasan Basri. He started asking about some religious matters. Hasan Basri also continued to answer each of his questions with determination, in magical language and in the light of profound wisdom. After hearing the answer, Hajjaz said - 'O Abu Said! You are the emperor of the wise!'

Hajjaz rushed to get the perfume. When perfume is broughtHasan Basri's beard with his own hands and respectfully said goodbye.

Hasan Basri left the palace of Hajjaj. The gatekeeper of the palace ran after him. Addressing him, he said,

- O Abu Said! He called you to do the opposite of what Hajjaj had done to you. I noticed, as you advanced, that you moved both lips and mumbled something. Tell me, youWhat were you reading?'

- 'O guardian of my happiness! Oh, the harbinger of my danger! You make His wrath cool and peaceful for me, as you made the fire cool and peaceful for your beloved Hazrat Ibrahim A.!

The Lesson Here Isn’t Ancient History—It’s Timeless Truth:

· Real influence doesn’t come from palaces, but from principle.

· Unshakable calm isn’t the absence of fear, but the presence of a deeper connection.

· When your heart is aligned with purpose, even oppressors may pause in reverence.

Your inner light is your greatest authority. Nurture it, protect it, and let it guide you—especially when facing modern “palaces” of pressure, expectation, and noise.

Have you been following a strict low-calorie, low-fat diet while pushing hard in your workouts?

Among the girls who have been on a low-calorie-low-fat diet for a long time, along with hard work out, many of them notice that they are not sleeping well, feel bored all the time, and the mood is not balanced.

Life is becoming sad, no interest in anything.

Day by day the feminine exuberance diminishes, the desire to interact with people diminishes and worst of all, the sex drive disappears.

What is actually happening to you??

your Estrogen-progesterone levels are dropping, and you're actually feeling the way a woman feels when she's on her period.

Why is it happening??

I said above.

Low calorie is a stress signal for the brain, hard physical exercise on low calorie is an emergency danger signal.

If low fat is added to this, your body is forced to reduce the production of steroid hormones.

Now, your brain thinks you areare in danger Brain saw that he did not have much dietary cholesterol.

Danger, on the other hand, means cortisol-adrenaline production should increase.

Let's say the brain has 10 cholesterol coins, in an emergency the brain will spend 10 on cortisol. Estrogen-Progesterone Fertility Hormone, Emergent Citra Brain Always Ignores Fertility.

Then your body is stressed out, and with that cortisol you are on a low calorie dietYou can work out hard, but it will come at the cost of your fertility-youth-beauty.

When the matter is chronic, meaning it will last for a long time, then what will the matter stand??

This cortisol itself will again tell your brain to stop or reduce ovulation.

Being off ovulation means you will actually become irritable, irritable, much like menopausal women. (This again does not mean you are going through menopause.)

ovulation What to do if off??

1. Keep calorie count at least equal to your daily requirement

2. Adequate healthy fat intake

3. Make a habit of intercourse at least 7-8 times a week

4. Using food supplements as needed

Many people experience such a drop in fertility hormones that they need to take hormonal pills just to keep their periods regular.

Be careful before going that far.

Low-Calorie-Low-Fat Will Make You Lose Weight Faster,But in return you have to suffer with your fertility!

The Most Underrated Medicine in the World Is 100% Free. (And I’m Addicted).

What if I told you there’s an extremely under-rated, completely free “medicine” we’re all designed to use—but most of us barely notice it?

Sunlight. 🌞

And I’m not just talking about Vitamin D.

Three years ago, I dove deep into the science of light, inspired by experts like Andrew Huberman, and started experimenting. It has quietly transformed my days.

Let’s geek out on why this free resource is an absolute non-negotiable for energy, mood, and clarity:

1.The Obvious Superpower:Everyone knows about sunlight for vitamin D production, nothing new to say about it.

Vitamin D is very important for our energy, mood, hormonal optimization and overall well-being.Very very important. I consider it a very important aspect of being healthy and fit.

2.Your Internal Clock’s Best Friend: Another important aspect of sunlight is circadian rhythm alignment.

In other words, cortisol will be high in the morning, slowly coming down – resulting in better sleep, better hormonal regulation, another very important aspect of good health.

(Vitamin D separately optimizes hormone, circadian regulation but in another way– Both are important.)

3.The TRUE Game-Changer: Applying sunlight to the eyes in the morning – this is a life changing thing for me. And the full credit of this concept Dr. By Andrew Huberman.

Simply put, waking up in the morning and exposing the eyes to sunlight for a while releases various neurotransmitters, which greatly affect our mood and energy levels throughout the day.

(Vitamin D improves mood and energy through this pathwayNo, this is another one. So this comes up twice.)

My mental clarity, focus on whether or not to apply sunscreen in the morning is much less.

It Really Works.

This one thing is completely free, but many of us do not pay any attention to it - it is also a great blessing among the many blessings of Allah. Make use of it – Inshallah you will also be addicted to the sun.

The kicker? It’s 100% free.

It’s one of the most abundant blessings, yet so many of us walk right past it, indoors and shaded. I now see my morning light session as sacred—a non-negotiable conversation between my body and the earth.

This is for those who listen to the quiet dialogue between body and soul, who seek a path to wellness that feels timeless, intuitive, and deeply natural.

If you’re drawn to a life where well-being is woven gently into your daily rhythm—where wisdom meets graceful, practical living—this might be your sign to step into the light. Literally.

Here’s to building vitality not through more, but through returning to what always was.

P.S. If this resonates and you'd like to explore more gentle, intentional ways to nurture your well-being, I share deeper guides, mindful rituals, and supportive conversations in my space. It’s for those who believe in sustainable health, grown slowly and shared kindly.
