Many women in our country struggle to lose weight. But that suffering is not of particular use to them.
Because their focus is not in the right place. I don't defocus my female clients as often, and they get A better results with the same amount of effort, Alhamdulillah.
Here are some examples of such focus shifts:
1."How little can I eat?" → To: "Am I nourishing my body?"
Women usually focus on how little they can eat.
If you do this, the body becomes malnourished, hormonallyButt sticks, metabolism becomes slow - as a result, weight does not decrease or only slightly decreases.
Women should focus first on lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs) intake. At least 1 gram of protein should be taken per kg of body.
After fixing it all the rest works.
2."Just cardio & walking" → To: "Building strength."
Women focus on walking, walking and walking. They want to win the fat loss battle by walking. Or watch different ones on YouTubeVarious cardio exercises.
Yes walking is great, but what happens if you just walk or do cardio with a low calorie diet?
A lot of muscle is lost and the metabolism slows down as a result.
Then the less you eat, the less weight you want to lose. And even if it is reduced, it is not possible to maintain it in the long-term, the weight continues to increase.
Women should focus on strength training or heavy exercise as they lose musclenot Gym is not necessary for this, you can do it at home with some equipment or bodyweight exercises.
3."Chasing a lower number on the scale" → To: "Losing fat, not just weight."
Women's focus is only on weight loss, the focus should be......weight, what did you say??
If you want to reduce weight, do not focus on weight loss, then give it to your moon?
Listen to the food without being excited!
The focus should be on fat loss – weight loss and fat loss are not the same thing.
Weight loss= Water Loss + Muscle Loss + Fat Loss.
Among them, women lose more water weight and then muscle weight, but the actual fat loss is not so much.
To fix this the previous 2 points need to be fixed. Lose weight slowly, because fat loss takes time.
Do these 3 focus shifts, and you will get great results!
This is the most crucial shift. Weight loss can be water, muscle, or fat. What we truly want is fat loss, which takes time and the right strategy (see shifts 1 & 2!).
Try this instead:Celebrate non-scale victories—how your clothes fit, your energy levels, your strength. Focus on losing fat slowly and sustainably. It’s not a race.
The Takeaway: True change happens when we work with our bodies, not against them. It’s about strategic nourishment, smart strength, and patient focus.
