Although the study was done with a very small sample number, it was an excellent study. The study was conducted on 96 straight couples.
Men are initially kept in a clean T-shirt for 24 hours. They did not use any perfume, deo during these 24 hours. No smoking. He didn't even eat food that could change his body odor. After freezing their shirts it is their body to stay thereThe flavor is preserved.
Now their female partners sat down to take a stress test with their partners, random strangers and the smell of clean shirts. Cortisol hormone was measured from their saliva at intervals throughout the stress test.
The result is very interesting!
Women who smelled their male partner's shirt had a lower stress hormone response.
But women who smell the partnerwere able to identify, their stress response was the lowest. That is, recognizing the partner's body odor is most effective.
And those who smelled others, had a greater stress response.
Although there are other such studies, this is the only one to my knowledge that directly links hormonal changes to partner body odor. That is, the matter is not only psychological.
Those of you who have a good relationship with your partner, they are lucky Just holding your partner will make it easier for you to get through bad times without even realizing it.
Those whose partner lives far away, they can keep the partner's used shirt nearby. Thank me when the stress is reduced. Share this post with your partner or tag them in the comments.
Our brain has a wonderful connection with smell. Being able to recognize the smell of the partner's body is also a big deal.
And Take care of relationships. It is truly a blessing to be able to walk the path together in one life!
