Got a Remote Interview Coming Up? Read This Before You Say a Single Word

Got a remote job interview on the horizon? Or maybe you’re hoping that opportunity lands in your inbox soon?

Either way… that mix of excitement and nervous energy is completely real.

Interviews—especially remote ones—have a way of making even the most confident people second-guess themselves. The camera turns on, the silence feels louder, and suddenly every word matters a little more.

But here’s something most people don’t realize:

You don’t have to go in unprepared.

In fact, most interviews follow a pattern.

Hiring managers often rely on a familiar set of questions—ones designed to understand who you are, how you think, and whether you’re the right fit for a remote role. Yes, you might get a surprise question or two… but the majority? Predictable.

And that’s where your advantage begins.

Because when you already know what might be asked—and you’ve thought through your answers—you show up differently. More confident. More clear. More in control.

That’s exactly why this guide exists.

Inside, you’ll discover 8 of the most common remote job interview questions (including ones specifically tailored for work-from-home roles), along with smart, effective answer ideas that actually resonate with employers.

This isn’t about memorizing scripts.

It’s about understanding what interviewers are really looking for—and learning how to communicate your value in a way that feels natural, authentic, and convincing.

So take a few minutes.

Read through it.

Absorb it.

Save it somewhere safe.

Because when that “big opportunity” finally shows up…

You won’t just be ready.

You’ll stand out.

Read it, study it, save it, and keep it all in mind for when you get your big break!

Remote Job Interview Questions You Might Get

🎯 “Tell me about yourself

This question is probably the first one you'll get, and the way you answer can set the tone for the whole interview. Here are some tips:

Be brief. Try not to take longer than a minute or two to answer this one.

Don't give your whole life story, just keep it to your professional details unless they ask something personal. Tell them who you are professionally, what you've been doing up to now work-wise, and end with the reason you're interested in the role.

🧠“How do you stay productive without supervision?”

This is another you may get asked if you're applying for a remote job. They want to know how they can be sure you'll do the work without anyone looking over your shoulder.

Tell them your work routine, how you would structure your day, and mention any tools you use to help you stay on track, even if it's just something simple like your Notes app or Google Calendar.

If you've successfully worked remotely before, reference that, and talk about how you stayed on task with that role.

A good answer sounds like, “Here's my routine, here's how I structure my day, and here's proof it works.”

🔍 “What do you do when you’re stuck?”

When they ask you this, they really just want to know if you're good at problem-solving on your own, or do you just shut down until you can get outside help.

Mention that you would first attempt to figure out the problem yourself by checking employee documentation, referencing your training, researching online, or thinking about similar past situations and how they were handled.

Tell them that if all else fails, you know when to escalate and ask a manager or a more experienced colleague, but that you would do everything within your power to work it out on your own first.

Avoid saying anything that implies you always need direction or that you'd just stop working until someone responded.

⚖️ “How do you manage work-life balance at home?”

This one sounds easy on the surface, but they are mainly wanting to figure out how well you separate work life/home life because letting the two interfere with each other extensively can negatively impact your remote work performance.

Mention that you have a dedicated workspace (if you do, even if it's just a corner in the living room)

Let them know you have set working hours and that you try to stop/start at the same times per day.

A good answer for this is something along the lines of, “I treat remote work like office work in terms of showing up and shutting down, and I protect my personal time so I can bring my best to work.”

🏢 “Why this company?”

With this question, they are trying to figure out if you really care about working for them or are you just trying to work for anyone. They want to know how familiar you are with their company and if there is some specific reason the job appeals to you (outside of the pay, which, let's face it, is the biggest reason for most of us).

Spend about 20 minutes learning all you can about them from their website, their social media channels, and even a Google search.

If you happen to already be familiar with the company and what they do and could naturally praise them, now is the time.

Reference something specific about them like their products, their mission statement, anything they claim to stand for that you're in favor of.

Many are proud of their “remote first” culture, so you could mention that if it's something they advertise about themselves.

A strong answer sounds like, “I looked into your company, I noticed X, and it resonated with me because Y, and that's why I applied to this one specifically.”

Don't make the answer all about yourself and what the company can do for you.

📵“How do you handle distractions?”

When they ask you this, they are trying to figure out if your home life is chaotic and might interfere with your job.

Don't tell them you have no distractions. It's part of life for everyone, and they know this. Saying you will never have distractions sounds fake.

Don't mention your kids or pets unless they ask specifically about that.

Talk a little about what you've done to minimize distractions at home. Mention things like your dedicated workspace, headphones, putting your phone on Do Not Disturb, telling family and friends you are not free to talk during certain hours.

The ideal answer sounds like, “I've intentionally set up my environment and routine to make distractions a non-issue, and here's how.”

🤝“How do you deal with conflict?”

They may ask you this for remote work because, unlike in-person jobs, you can't just resolve things by walking over to someone and having a chat about it.

Don't say that you never have conflict. Even if you are truly a very non-combative person, unfortunately we deal with people daily who are, and they know this.

The most important point to get across here is that you'd try to deal with the problem privately and directly with your teammate, and that looping in a manager would not be your first choice.

If you have any real-life examples where you did this before at any job you've ever had, that may be of value to share.

🌍“Why do you want to work remotely?”

This one sounds easy but it's a little tricky. We all have multiple reasons for wanting to work remotely, but you want to make it more about doing your best work at home rather than something like “I don't like people” or “I want to avoid the office.” They probably already assume those things may be true, and it's not the answer they want to hear right then.

Don't tell them it's because you hate people, hate driving, hate the office. It's fine if those things are true, but the interview isn't the time to say so usually.

Do tell them it's because your performance is better and you are more productive working at home.

If you have had success working remotely in the past, mention that. Managing projects, any side gigs you've been successful with running from home, other remote jobs you had with good performance.

The trick here is to tie the reason back around to wanting to do a good job for them, not necessarily making it about yourself.

💡Final Thought

You don’t need perfect answers.

You just need clear thinking + honest structure.

Because at the end of the day…

👉 Interviewers aren’t looking for perfection

👉 They’re looking for confidence, clarity, and reliability

And that’s something you can absolutely show.

“This Powerful Reminder About Rizq Will Change Your Beliefs Instantly”

I have a question-

Who brings home sustenance?

Most people would say — husband. He works, does business, does hardwork — so comes the sustenance.

But think about it — the husband brings sustenance, but who blesses that sustenance?

Who entered the house and started cooking by saying Bismillah? Who gives food to children? Who runs the whole month with little money? Who stands beside her husband when he is in trouble and says — "Allah is there, be."Will you go?"

The Wife.

💖The Hidden Force Behind Every Blessed Home

The Prophet ﷺ said — “The world is an object of enjoyment. And the best thing in the world is Saleha wife.” (Sahih Muslim: 1467)

Saleha wife is not only the peace of the world — also the blessing of the world.

And in the Qur'an and the Seerah there are cases of 3 Prophet's wives — where their roles opened the door to sustenance at home. 3 different scenarios. 3 different roles. But the lesson is the same — the wife's role in the sustenance of the household is immense.

---

🌹Khadija bint Khuwaylid (RA) — When Support Becomes Legacy

Before prophethood, Prophet ﷺ used to do business in Makkah. But there was no big capital. Khadija (RA) was the most successful business woman in Makkah. He saw the honesty of the Prophet ﷺ and engaged him in business. Then he sent a marriage proposal.

After marriage? He devoted his entire wealth to the Prophet ﷺ.

Prophecy came. The Quraish boycotted. Shiabe Abi Talib is blocked for 3 years.no food no water Children are crying from hunger.

Khadija (RA) spent all her wealth — for the family, for the religion, for the Muslims. Not a single word — "Why is my money being spent?"

The Prophet ﷺ said about her — "When people called me a liar, Khadija believed me. When people deprived me, Khadija helped me with her wealth." (Sahih Bukhari: 3821)

And God?Jibreel (A.S)-The messenger gave Khadija (RA) the good news of a house in Paradise — "where there is no noise, no weariness." (Sahih Bukhari: 3820)

What does this event teach?

When a wife stands by her husband in difficult times — not complaining, not comparing, but supporting with resources and courage — God blesses that home.

How many wives are there today — the husband's income is low, the family does not survive. But he doesn't complain.Be patient.Sell your gold to run the family Says to husband — "Don't worry, God will provide."

This wife is the successor of Khadija (RA). And Allah blesses this family — as He blessed the house of the Prophet ﷺ.

🏜️Hajar (AS) — When Tawakkul Meets Action

Ibrahim (A.S.) is leaving his wife Hajar and baby Ismail in the desert of Makkah on the command of Allah. no water no food no people no shadow

Hajera (a.) asked & said — "You are leaving us here? Has Allah given you this order?"

Ibrahim (a.s.) said — "Yes."

Hajar (a.s.) said — "Then Allah will not leave us."

Just think — alone in the desert, baby in arms, nothing — and he says "God will not leave." It is tawakkul. It is faith.

Then the water ran out. Baby Ishmael is crying with thirst. What did Hajera (A.) do? Did you sit down and cry? Disappointed?

She ran Safa climbed the hill — to see if anyone could be seen. could not be seen Marwa ran,

ran again 7 times.

Tawakkul means not sitting back — Tawakkul means striving and trusting in Allah.

And God? Under the feet of the child Ishmael, a spring of water boiled. in the desert Where there was no possibility of water.

That rhythm is still flowing today. For thousands of years. Millions of people are drinking. And the race of Hajera (a.)?That hajj has been completed — Sai.Every Haji will carry the memory of that race of Hajar (a.s.) until the Day of Judgment.

What does this event teach?

When a wife puts her trust in God and strives — God provides from places unimaginable. Yoga in the desert?Impossible But God gave.

How many mothers are raising children alone today. No husband, or husband sick, or husband no income. Running alone — working, family Managing, teaching the child. Hajar (as) also ran alone. God did not leave him. Don't leave you either.

---

🌿The Daughter of Shu'ayb (AS) — When Wisdom Changes Destiny

Musa (a.s.) came to Midian. Alone, foreign, hungry. Two girls standing by the well — unable to feed the animals.

Musa (pbuh) helped. Didn't want exchange.

Then one of the two girls came back —

فَجَاءَتْهُ إِحْدَاهُمَا تَمْشِي عَلَى اسْتِحْيَاءٍ

Pronunciation: Fajaathu ihdahuma tamshi alas tihiya.

"One of them came up to him — shuffling his feet in shame."

(Surah Qasas:25)

"alas tihiya" — in shame. Protects the screen. Respectfully.

He said — "My father is calling you. He wants to exchange the water you fed him."

Then the girl suggested to the father —

قَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا يَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ ۖ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ

Pronouncement: Kalat Ihdahuma Ya Abatis Tazeerhu Inna Khaira Manis Tajartal Qawyul Ameen.

"One of them said — O my father, employ him. For he is the best of those whom you employ — one who is strong and faithful."

(Surah Qasas: 26)

What happened then? Shuaib (a.s.) gave a job to Musa (a.s.) and married his daughter.

Just think — how important is the role of that girl in this whole incident? He is Moses(A.) was called. He was the one who recommended the father. He was the one who recognized the merit of Musa (a.s.) — "al-Qawyul Amin" — strong and faithful.

What does this event teach?

When a wife or daughter knows the right person, makes the right recommendations, plays a role in the welfare of the family — Allah blesses the whole family. Musa (pbuh) got everything from nothing — because of that girl's wisdom.

🔥The Truth Most People Overlook

Khadijah (R.A.) — To her husband with wealth and couragesupport Allah gave the good news of a house in Paradise.

Hajera (A.S.) — left Tawakkul and ran alone. Allah gave fasting in the desert.

Daughter of Shuaib (a.s.) — blessed the family with wisdom and intercession. Musa (a.s.) got job, marriage, shelter.

3 women. 3 different roles. But one thing is common — they play a direct role in the maintenance of the house. Not just cooking, not just managing the family — with wealth, with tawakkul, with wisdomwith

And Allah blessed that family every time.

---

Remember!

Sustenance is provided by Allah — but the wife's role in bringing blessings to the home is immense.

Khadijah (RA) gave wealth — Allah gave her a house in Paradise.

Hajar (a.s.) ran — Allah gave zamzam.

The daughter of Shuaib (a.s.) recommended — May Allah bless the entire family.

💭 A Message for Today’s World

If you are a wife today — know, your patience, your tawakkul, your prayers —These bring blessings to the house. And if you are a husband - know that the woman who is next to you is the blessing of your sustenance.

The Prophet ﷺ said — "The best thing in the world is a Saleha wife."

❤️ Tonight, Say This

Tell the wife tonight — "You are the blessing of my house." And if you are a wife, pray for your husband — "O Allah, bless my husband's sustenance."

May Allah Ta'ala grant us a good wife and a responsible husband in every house. Bless Riji. in the familygive love And keep every family together in Paradise. Amen.

🤲 Final Reflection

Rizq comes from Allah.

But barakah enters through hearts, patience, and sincerity.

May Allah fill every home with love, unity, and unseen blessings. Ameen.

“From Darkness to Light: 5 Duas That Carried Prophets Through the Impossible”

"Impossible."

How easily we say this word.

"Impossible to get a job." "Being debt free is impossible." "Impossible to have a child." "Impossible to get well." "It is impossible to get out of this crisis."

But the 5 Prophets in the Qur'an fell into 5 such situations — where all human reckoning was "impossible". Impossible to treat. logically impossible. Impossible in science. Impossible under the circumstances.

But they are Prayed to Allah — and Allah made the "impossible" "possible".

Because the word "impossible" does not exist in Allah's dictionary. He says "Kun" — and it's done.

Learn those 5 prayers today — and start practicing for the "impossible" in your life.

•When Hope Feels Too Late — The Prayer of Zakariya (AS)

Zakaria (as) is old. hair is white Bones are weak. Wife is barren.

A doctor would have said — "Impossible." science Said — "Impossible." People used to say — "Give it up at this age."

But he said to Allah -

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ

Pronunciation: Rabbi La Tazarni Fardan wa Anta Khairul Warisin.

"O my Lord, do not leave me alone. And You are the best of inheritors."

(Surat al-Anbiya: 89)

And the language of his prayer in Sura Maryam is even more profound — "My bones are weak, my head is white — but I have never failed in supplicating You, O Lord." (Surah Maryam: 4)

What did God do? "Fastajabna lahu wa wahabna lahu yahya" — I replied Gave and donated Yahya. in old age In the womb of a barren woman.

What does this event teach?

Impossible as human — possible as God. Something you've wanted for years — children, a job, wellness — isn't happening. People are saying "Give it up." Don't stop praying. Zakaria (as) did not leave.

---

•When You Have Nothing Left — The Prayer of Musa (AS)

Musa (a.s.) escaped from Egypt and came to Midian. Behind Pharaohthe army Unknown country ahead. no house no job no money no food no family alone

As a man — it is "impossible" for this man to stand up again.

But he sat under the shade of a tree and said —

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

Pronunciation: Rabbi inni lima anjalta ilaiya min khairin fakir.

"O my Lord, whatever goodness You send down upon me — I look forward to it."

(Surah Qasas:24)

He didn't want anything specific. Didn't say "give me a job" or "give me a marriage." Said — "Any Khair."

What did God give? All together — marriage, home, job, family, security. More than asking.

What does this event teach?

Don't you have anything now? Lost all? from zero Having to start over? Musa (a.s.) didn't have anything either. But asked God — God gave more than asked.

---

•When You’re Surrounded by Fire — The Faith of Ibrahim (AS)

Ibrahim (as) alone. against the whole nation. A huge fire was lit. Too big to approach — thrown into the fire with a stone thrower.

As a human being — sure to burn if caught in a fire. Survival is "impossible."

Gabriel(A.) came and said — "Need any help?"

Ibrahim (a.s.) said — "Not to you. To Allah."

Allah said -

قُلْنَا يَا نَارُ كُونِي بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

Pronunciation: Kulna ya Naru Kuni Bardan Wa Salaman Ala Ibrahim.

"I said — O fire, become cool and peaceful for Abraham."

(Surah Ambiya:69)

The fire did not burn. Allah changed the nature of fire.

What does this event teach?

If Allah wills, the fire also cools down. Are you on any "fire" right now? Debt on fire? Fire of the world? Office fire? Social pressure fires? Allah can cool that fire too.

---

•When You’re Trapped With No Way Out — The Cry of Yunus (AS)

Yunus (AS) in the belly of the fish. deep in the sea dark night The water is dark. The darkness of the belly of the fish. Three levels of darkness.

No one knows where he is. No one to help. No phone, no doctor, no lawyer, no way.

As for humans — getting out of a fish's belly alive is "impossible."

From there he called —

لَّا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

Pronunciation: La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimeen.

"There is no god but You. Holy are You. Verily I was among the wrongdoers."

(Surat al-Anbiya: 87)

Allah says — "fastajabna lahu wa najzainahu minal gamma" — I responded and freed from anxiety. Then he said — "Wa Qazalika Nunzil Mu'minin" — This is how I deliver the believers.

The Prophet ﷺ said — “Dua of wool and salt —If any Muslim makes this supplication in any matter, Allah will answer his call.” (Jamee Tirmidhi: 3505)

What does this event teach?

Are you stuck around? Not seeing a way? Seems impossible to get out? Yunus (as) was also stuck in the belly of a fish. Allah has taken out. Get you out too.

---

•When It’s Taking Too Long — The Patience of Ayyub (AS)

Ayyub (as) was ill for 18 years. Diseases in the body that people used to approach The wealth is gone. The child is gone. Everyone left. Only his wife was with him.

18 years. 6,570 days. Pain every day. Every night is hard.

As for humans — recovery after 18 years is "impossible."

But he never once complained. Just said –

أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Pronunciation: Anni Massaniad Durru wa Anta Arhamur Rahimin.

"I am afflicted, and Thou art the Most Merciful."

(Surat al-Anbiya: 83)

Allah says — "fastajabna lahu" — I responded. I removed the disease. I returned the family. I doubled it.

What does this event teach?

Taking more time? Been trying for years? Feel like "no more"? Ayyub (as) waited for 18 years. Then Allah gave — two fold by doing Allah's time is not your time. He will give at the right time.

---

5 Prayers — At a Glance

Zakaria (a.) — impossible to treat? Gave children in old age.

This Side Hustle Pays You to Shop… Here Are 11 Companies Doing It Right

Looking for a simple, flexible way to earn extra cash without committing to a traditional job? Mystery shopping might be exactly what you need.

From getting paid to dine out to evaluating retail stores, mystery shopping lets you turn everyday experiences into income. While it may not fully replace a 9–5 job, many people consistently earn side income—and some even scale it into a steady earning stream.

In this guide, you’ll discover 11 of the best mystery shopping companies to join, including options for both in-store and phone-based assignments—perfect whether you prefer going out or working from home.

What Is Mystery Shopping (And Why So Many People Are Doing It)?

A mystery shopper—sometimes called a customer evaluator—is hired to assess the quality of service at businesses. Your job is simple: act like a regular customer and report your experience.

Companies rely on this feedback to improve their service, and they’re willing to pay for honest, detailed insights.

Why Mystery Shopping Is So Popular Right Now?

✔️ Flexible work on your own schedule

✔️ Get paid for everyday activities (shopping, dining, travel)

✔️ No advanced skills required

✔️ Opportunities for both in-person and remote (phone/email) tasks

Important Things You Should Know Before You Start

Before jumping in, here are some key realities that will help you succeed:

•It’s All About Customer Experience

Your role is to carefully observe and report how businesses treat their customers—from service quality to cleanliness and professionalism.

•Jobs Fill Fast

Most mystery shopping assignments are posted on job boards and taken quickly. The sooner you apply, the better your chances.

•It’s Not a Full-Time Income (For Most)

While you can earn regularly, this is best treated as a side hustle, not a primary job.

•You Can Get Paid for Everyday Activities

Imagine getting paid to:

Shop for groceries

Eat at restaurants

Stay in hotels

Visit entertainment venues

Yes—it’s as interesting as it sounds.

•Instructions Must Be Followed Exactly

Each assignment comes with specific guidelines. Missing details can result in not getting paid, so accuracy matters.

•Work Isn’t Always Consistent

That’s why experienced shoppers sign up with multiple companies to increase opportunities.

•You’re an Independent Contractor

You’re not an employee, which means:

No fixed salary

No tax deductions upfront

Full control over your workload

•Watch Out for Scams

Legitimate companies:

❌ Never charge a joining fee

❌ Never ask for sensitive info upfront

✔️ Often display an MSPA (Mystery Shopping Professionals Association) affiliation

If a company asks you to pay to join—it’s a red flag.

•Payments & Reimbursements

Most companies:

Pay monthly

Reimburse required purchases (like meals or products)

Pay you extra for completing the evaluation

•Keep Your Receipts

Always save proof of purchase—you’ll often need it to get reimbursed.

In-Store vs. Telephone Mystery Shopping

Not a fan of going out? No problem.

Many companies now offer phone-based mystery shopping, where you evaluate customer service by making calls from home. It’s a great alternative if you prefer remote work.

Is Mystery Shopping Worth It?

If you’re looking for:

Flexible side income

Low-stress earning opportunities

A fun way to monetize everyday activities

Then mystery shopping is definitely worth trying.

Thank you and good luck to you!

Breaking Free from Chronic Allergies: A Real Story of Natural Recovery & Body Healing

Allergies, cancer, tumors and experience true healing!

"You cannot sustain one disease and cure the other two. When the body is healed, it heals everything." - Charlotte Garson

I have successfully cured my eczema. The method I took was the most natural, so I would consider it homeopathy.

I never went to a homeopath, I did it by trial and errorI did everything. Growing up, I had asthma, I was allergic to seafood (mostly crabs, shrimp/lobster) I used to have rashes on my face and get hot and puffy, I was allergic to my own sweat (I had rashes on my neck, underarms, basically where the skin folds) and I had eczema on my upper arms.

Numerous doctors told my mother that my condition was hereditary and that she should take care of me will be more carefully.

For 22 years I believed that this was how the rest of my life was going to be. I will have it forever and will pass it down to my children as well, as most everyone in my family and extended family has some form of it.

Everyone had some form of food allergy, eczema or asthma. I was the special one who got all three. Interestingly, growing up,I never had acne even during my teenage years. I had perfect skin, unlike everyone else at my school.

But suddenly, from the age of 23, I started having severe acne. They were very painful, filled with pus, annoying, ugly, and covered my face with black spots. I was apprehensive. I no longer had the perfect skin I was so proud of.

Finally decided, no! Now find me a way to cure acne Must find out. I started reading a lot of books on health and the human body and I learned about the organs that eliminate waste products in the human body;

Blood liver- filtration system. When it is functioning properly, the liver removes and inactivates excess hormones, toxic metabolites from digestion (alcohol, food additives, chemicals, metabolic enzymes and other waste products) so that the kidneys orintestine

Kidneys – work to purify the blood and remove waste products through urine.

Lungs- supply oxygen to the blood and expel toxic and infectious by-products through phlegm and remove toxins through carbonic gas.

The intestines break down food into smaller simple molecules so they can be distributed through the blood. The intestines expel waste products through feces.

Skin - the biggest part of our bodyorgan The skin is our body's last resort in the detoxification process. Our skin releases waste products mixed with sweat and comes out in the form of rashes and skin irritations.

Lymph - Produces lymph fluid which is an extra cellular fluid whose function is to fight infection and immune response in the body. A perceived attack on the body's balance will cause it to swell and warm.

After reading that list, I am my usual self Put on the cap of knowledge and start thinking.

I have problems with most elimination channels. That means allergy is the body's attempt or reaction to get rid of excess toxic or waste material in the body.

Lungs - Asthma

Skin – Eczema and rashes

Intestinal - food allergies

Lymph - allergic reactions

I don't know if my liver and kidneys were working properly then, because my kidneys andI had to get tested to see if the liver was also having problems. Then I realized something; My symptoms are not hereditary.

My "disease" is not nature, but nurture.

Since then I have tried many ways to "flush" the toxic load through my elimination channels and revitalize my elimination organs.

It has been 7 years and I am now living without asthma, I have my eczema and the rash cleared up completely, I no longer have food allergies or sweat allergies and my skin is smooth and acne free.

The following are changes I made in my lifestyle that helped me regain my health (I tried all kinds of extremes for each point and these current levels worked for me):

Loads of toxins and harsh chemicals enter your body Stop Doing - This is the part that is the hardest for most people.

These undigested substances can come from anywhere and even a small amount will further aggravate your overloaded system. Some examples of chemicals I stopped using:

• Detergents: I wash my clothes in salt and vinegar, I wash my kitchen and the rest of my house with white vinegar and fruit peels.Clean with enzyme cleaner. I wash my dishes with baking soda and vinegar.

•Body care products: lotions, shampoos, facial cleansers, soaps, toothpastes, perfumes, sunblocks, lip balms and anything else made from petroleum products. Gradually I made my own sunblock, lip balm, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, moisturizer and facial mask using all natural oils and essential oils.I started doing

•Since organic vegetables are expensive, I wash my vegetables and fruits in vinegar or salted water.

•Meat: Most farm animals are now bred in high density feed lots, to avoid disease and speed up growth, most are fed/injected with some form of growth hormone, steroids and antibiotics. If you can't find quality meat, yourIt is better to reduce the consumption of meat to help reduce the burden on the body.

•Reduce your exposure to air pollution and smoke, at least in the places where you spend most of your time (home/work) by investing in air purifiers and changing filters frequently.

•Alcohol, drugs (drugs/recreation) - makes sense right!

Hydrate properly - the correct calculation is body weight (kg) x 80ml of water per day (50kg x80 ml = 4 liters of water). Fresh cold-pressed vegetable juices and homemade broths are considered proper hydration, however, coffee, tea, dairy products are not considered proper hydration.

Water is the best medium for detoxification, helping your organs function at a more efficient level and helping to dilute toxins so they can safely exit your system.

correctly Rest – The liver, kidneys and brain are the three main organs that work the most when you sleep. Getting the right amount of sleep at the right time (6-8 hours between 9am and 7pm – the natural circadian rhythm) will maximize your body's ability to process and eliminate waste products.

Eat easily digestible food like soup/fruit/salad 2-4 hours before bedTry not to engage your digestive system while you are trying to sleep. Digestion is an "expensive" activity in your body. If digestion is not able to sleep properly, let's detox.

Think right - a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and I've found that the reverse is also true. A healthy mind can create a healthy body.

There is a strong correlation between depression and organ/hormone dysfunction. Some form of daily prayer/meditation/prayer/love/forgiveness/gratitude will drastically change your brain to a healthier state. As I like to say, toxic thoughts create a toxic body, toxic body creates toxic thoughts. Think positive, say and do positive things.

Do Your Own Cooking (Eat Right) - If you don't start taking responsibility for your own nutrition, it's impossible to stay healthy. youWhen cooking your own food, you should not use instant products (instant sauces, seasonings, instant noodles, pre-packaged foods, canned foods). Knowing every part of what goes inside your food will drastically change your perception of nutrition.

Include more raw fresh vegetables in your diet - We all know that vegetables are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and beneficial enzymes. The problem is that these nutrients are destroyed when exposed to heat.

Eating them in their raw state will greatly improve your nutritional intake. The Japanese have this word goshiki which means you need five colors (white, yellow, red, green, purple/blue) every day.

The more colorful your vegetables/fruits, the more varied your nutrition, the faster your body can heal.

Exercise properly(Sweat) - Whatever exercise you like to do is good exercise, try at least 4-5 different sports.

Mainly because a runner trains and sweats differently than a swimmer/martial artist/crossfitter/yogi. Toxins are usually covered by body fat to minimize exposure to organ/muscle tissue, so different movements and training flush toxins from different parts of the body. and ifIf you have an injury or other hindrance to exercise, I would suggest a sauna/steam combination.

Another thing is to incorporate some form of bouncing moves into your daily exercise, like light skipping/gentle trampoline, to move lymph fluids, but the lymph system doesn't have a pump (like our heart does for blood circulation) so these movements will move lymph fluids.Aids and stabilizes our detoxification processes.

Restore the balance of my gut bacteria Our largest immune system resides in our gut. A balance of species in gut bacteria will greatly improve your body's performance, mostly because these bacteria help us break down nutrients, produce hormones, amino acids and enzymes.Helps to synthesize/create substances that are important for our bodily functions.

Due to overuse of antibiotics, there is an imbalance of diversity in our gut bacteria.

Start fermenting and cultivating wild bacteria (kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, kvass, etc.) or get a broad strain of probiotics and prebiotics (mostly raw vegetable fiber andAllium plants - garlic, onion, leek etc).

Control blood sugar levels - high carbs = high inflammation unless you block it all out with your activity. Modern fruits are selectively bred to be extremely sweet so be aware of your daily fruit intake choices and portion sizes.

Limiting other carbohydrates such as sugar/rice/flour/starchshould avoid blood sugar spikes.

Supplement with natural anti-inflammatories – Omega 3 oils (fish/flaxseed/wood oil), aromatic spices like turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and herbs like mint, basil, dill, coriander, chamomile, dandelion are all great natural anti-inflammatories.

Avoid antibiotics - see point 4. If you eat meat from the feedlot, it's already in your system Antibiotics are there because these animals are fed antibiotics and their meat is loaded with them.

Another thing to remember is going to the doctors, if you come down with the flu/cough/diarrhea, remind yourself that this is your body's way of getting the infection out (via mucus, phlegm, stool) and refrain.

Don't want a quick fix, especially with antibiotics. If you like itYou can develop antibiotic resistance if you are not careful about use.

Get at least one hour of sunlight every day (without sunscreen) – optimal vitamin D levels will strengthen your immune system and help your system synthesize minerals.

Have proper bowel movements - last but not least. Monitor your bowel movements, any to eliminate your digestive processes delays mean your body has stagnant waste, which can ferment excessively, produce gas and bloat you, poison your blood, block nutrient absorption, create ulcers and imbalances.

In stomach acid. A general rule of thumb is that if you eat 3 times a day, you should have at least 2 bowel movements a day (unless you were born with an extra long intestine which is really atreatable condition).

The sitting position for effective bowel movement is usually not the best position for your buttocks. Squatting pose is the best position to open your colon.

If you don't have a squat toilet, place your feet on a small tool to recreate the position.

This answer may seem excessive, but it really is the price of modern civilization. I am grateful that there are enough books and experts who are mine educated and supported me through the health journey.

Please don't get frustrated and overwhelmed by the changes that need to be made. See it as reclaiming your own power to heal yourself. Our health is entirely our own responsibility.

Only the first 2 years were really hard for me, after I had no more symptoms I was probably 70-80% strict.

It is possible, I am most Not a disciplined person, I go out and enjoy life, drink some soft drinks and eat some junk food.

All is well in moderation once you balance your health. Interestingly, these steps can be applied to most health problems as well.

"You cannot sustain one disease and cure the other two. When the body is healed, it heals everything." - CharlotteGerson

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" - Albert Einstein

"If the difficult takes a long time, the impossible takes a little longer" - Art Berg

🌸 The Results Over Time

Over the years, I noticed gradual but meaningful changes:

My asthma symptoms reduced significantly

Skin irritation and eczema improved

Food sensitivities became less intense

My skin texture became clearer over time

My overall energy and wellbeing improved

This was not an overnight transformation—it was a long personal journey of awareness, consistency, and experimentation.

⚖️ What I Learned Most

If there is one thing I’ve learned, it is this:

👉 The body is deeply interconnected.

👉 Lifestyle choices matter more than we often realize.

👉 Healing is rarely a single-step process—it’s a long-term relationship with your body.

But I also understand something important today:

Every person is different. Every body is different. What worked for me may not work the same way for someone else.

💚 Final Reflection

Looking back, I don’t see this journey as “curing everything.”

I see it as learning to listen to my body better.

To slow down.

To observe patterns.

To make more conscious choices.

And to take responsibility for my overall wellbeing.

Healing, for me, became less about perfection—and more about awareness, balance, and consistency.
