Sometimes the most profound wellness practices are also the simplest. I’ve been reflecting on one in particular—a quiet, traditional habit of soaking raisins and almonds overnight—and the gentle, holistic benefits it offers.
It feels less like a “health hack” and more like a dialogue with the body. A way to listen and provide support from the inside out.
