Egg Mixture:


➡ Eggs – 3

➡ Chilli – in quantity, chopped

➡ Chilli powder

➡ Chilli powder

➡ Salt – to taste

➡ Bread

➡ Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

➡ Tomato sauce

➡ Tomato (chopped)

➡Capsicum (chopped)

➡ Chilli powder

Oregano powder


✅ Preparation Method:


➡ First break the eggs in a bowl. Mix it well with green chillies, chilli powder, red chilli powder and salt.


➡ Now heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook on medium heat for a while until the egg is slightly set, flip it over with breadcrumbs.


➡Layer the tomato sauce over the eggs. Then spread mozzarella cheese, crushed tomatoes, capsicum.


➡ Sprinkle chili powder and oregano powder on top.


➡ Cover the pan and cook the egg pizza on low heat until the cheese melts and all the toppings are well combined.


➡ When the cheese melts well, serve the pizza on a plate.
