Cheesecake Factory Key Lime Pie!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4-5 limes)
1 tablespoon lime zest
3 large egg yolks
1/2 cup heavy cream (for topping)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for topping)
Lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
Bake the Pie: Return the pie to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly jiggly in the center. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Prepare the Topping: Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Serve: Top the chilled pie with whipped cream and garnish with lime wedges before serving.
