Boil Chinigura Rice and keep aside
Beef Keema 300gm
Dried/Shitake Mushroom 4-5 pcs
Green onion 3 Sticks
Onion (medium size) ½ pcs
Red Capsicum/Jalapeño 1 TBSP
Sauce:
Soya Sauce 3 TBSP
Oyester Sauce 2.5 TBSP
Sugar 1 TBSP
Sesame Oil 1 TBSP
Garlic (chopped) 4-5 Cloves
MSG (optional) Pinch
Follow the steps shown in the video
Add Salt if needed, coz Soya Sauce carries a lot of salt
Add a big pinch of white Sesame Seeds
And ½ TBSP of Sesame Oil
Add Black Sesame Seeds on the top of Chinigura Rice
