Savory Shaved Steak Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb shaved steak (such as flank or sirloin)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Steak
In a mixing bowl, combine the shaved steak with soy sauce and optional oyster sauce. Marinate for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
2. Prep the Vegetables
While the steak marinates, slice the bell pepper and onion. Mince the garlic and ginger.
3. Cook the Steak
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Return the cooked steak to the skillet, mixing everything together. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.
6. Serve and Garnish
