1/4 cup black or green olives (pitted)
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
1/4 cup walnuts or sliced almonds (optional)
For the French Vinaigrette:

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Vinaigrette:
