A diabetic patient's blood sugar drops quickly in the morning, or falls head-over-heels on the street while walking, or is late for lunch, has blurred vision, hands, feet, panics when a snack is missed, sweating.
The main cause of these problems is hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.
Blood sugar levels can drop for various reasons. The biggest reason is to eat more high GI foods, at the right time not eating the right foods, eating more or less carbohydrates than needed.
The root cause of this is hyper-insulinemia and lack of two nutrients, vitamin B-1 and potassium.
Many of us start eating sugar when our blood sugar drops, which is actually a really bad approach.
Because the sugar will quickly go to the liver in the form of glycogen, and then your blood sugar level will drop again.
So, if the blood sugar level is low, do not eat sugar.(If below 2.0 you must eat, but between 3.0-4.4 you don't need sugar)
Try to eat enough green leafy vegetables in every meal and replace sugar/sugary foods with nuts/pulses/seeds in the diet. Try to have at least 50g of nuts, 30g of seeds and 200ml of pulses in your diet a day.
Try to eat 30-40 grams of protein in your morning meal.
of barley as a carbohydrateTry eating bread or brown rice, rolled oats or buckwheat.
Sugar will not increase easily, will not decrease, God willing!
It’s not about deprivation; it’s about nourishing your body so it can find its natural balance. ✨
