For over a decade, I’ve maintained a transformation that went beyond weight—it rebuilt my health from the ground up. Going from 46kg to a steady 84kg taught me that real change isn’t about quick fixes; it’s a quiet science of consistency, courage, and listening to your body.
If you’re looking to build sustainable health naturally, the basics are everywhere: move, eat, sleep. But the how—the mindset—is what makes it stick.
Here are the six pillars that made all the difference for me. This is for the natural builder, the one doing it the real way.
1. COMFORT 🔥
There is a saying 'There is no result in comfort'. To be successful in lifeIf you want to be successful, you have to work hard. If you want to change your body, you have to cost the body.
All animals are comfortable by nature. If you go to the gym, you will see many people who have been going to the gym for years and still have the same body. Do you know the reason? Because they cannot get out of their comfort zone.
He is doing 10 reps of biceps with a 30kg barbellfor Leaving at 10 o'clock. But if he could have costed 2-3 extra reps, his chances of muscle gain would have increased by 50%.
The last 2-3 extra reps are tough I agree. But these 2-3 reps are enough to make the difference between a normal bodybuilder and a successful bodybuilder.
2. WILL POWER 🔥
Bodybuilding is a battle with the mind, going against the will of the mind. It's a lotDifficult thing brother! After giving 10 reps mind says 'rekhe de bhai'. Then if you can tell the mind 'no time to listen to you' and kill a few more against its will, you will win!
After eating 1 plate of rice, the mind no longer wants to obey. Against that you have to eat 2 plates. Don't feel like going to the gym on a cold cold day, you have to. Do not be a slave of the mind
3. HEAVY WEIGHT TRAINING 🔥
If someone comes and tells you'You don't have to lift heavy weights to gain muscle. "Just do it perfectly with less weight" and if you believe him, I guarantee you'll waste a lot of time in the gym but won't gain much muscle.
When your muscle is used to a weight, repeatedly hitting it with that weight, it builds up a kind of resistance, so you can no longer damage it. thatTo break resistance you must gradually increase the weight.
"Bro I saw Kai Green build a huge body with less weight" they should not say. The amount of supplements + steroids + growth hormone that professional builders like Kai Greene take is beyond your imagination. Their accounts are different. You are a natural bodybuilder.
You have no choice but to progressively overload or slowly increase the weight. heavyDo 6 to 8 reps with weights, max.
4. FOOD 🔥
It is unlikely that you can follow a specific diet year after year. So you have to learn to prioritize food. Some foods are more important, some foods are less. For example, protein should be at the top of your priority list.
Sources of protein: Fish, meat, eggs, milk, curd, chickpeas, pulses etc. Animal protein (fish, meat, eggs) is the most usefulwill give, so you have to eat more of them. Carbohydrates are also very important. Quality carbs come from potatoes, rice, pasta, oats. And for fat, you will need almonds, egg yolks, etc. Moreover, vegetables and fruits should be eaten.
Every food contributes a little bit to building your body. Another thing is to make a habit of eating frequently. Take one dose every 2-3 hours while awake
5. SLEEP🔥
Sleep plays a huge role in bodybuilding. It is during sleep that our muscles grow, our height increases. At least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep daily is required not only for bodybuilding but also for healthy living. For bodybuilders it goes up to 8-10 hours. If you want to improve your health, sleep more
6. CONSISTENCY 🔥
This is the most challenging part of bodybuilding. At least once in life, all boys are admitted to the gymYes, but 98% don't survive.
Health will not survive if not! To always stay healthy, exercise should always be continued, there is no opportunity to give a gap. Yes you can take 2-3 days rest in a week, that is another matter
Keep these 6 points in mind, you can build a beautiful body inshallah. Good luck to everyone!
This journey taught me that true well-being is built from the inside out, through daily, mindful choices. It’s less about a “look” and more about feeling strong, capable, and genuinely well in your own skin.
