Materials:

Beetroot (Beet): 1 medium (peeled and cubed)

Carrots: 2 medium (peeled and cut into cubes)

Radish (white or red): 1 medium (peeled and diced)

Tomatoes: 2 medium (cut into squares)

Onion: 1 medium (chopped)

Garlic: 4-5 cloves (minced or paste)

Ginger: 1Inches (crushed or paste)

Oil or butter: 1-2 tbsp (olive oil or ghee is better)

Salt: To taste

Black pepper powder: 1 tsp (or to taste)

Cumin Powder or Whole Cumin: 1/2 tsp (optional, for flavor)

Water or vegetable stock: 4-5 cups

Fresh cream or milk: 2–3 tbsp (for creaminess, optional)

Chopped coriander leaves or onion leaves: for garnishing


Method:

.Wash the beets, carrots, radishes and tomatoes well and peel them into small piecesCut into small cubes. Chop onion, garlic and ginger.


.Heat oil or butter in a pressure cooker or pan. Boil whole cumin seeds. Then add ginger-garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and saute until translucent (2-3 minutes).


.Now add chopped beetroot, carrot, radish and tomato. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and stir fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. It will bring out the taste of vegetables.


.On medium heat Cover the pressure cooker with 4-5 cups of water or stock. Take it down after 3-4 CTs.

And if cooking in a regular pan, cover with 5-6 cups of water and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the vegetables are soft.


.Once cooked let the vegetables cool down. Then blend in hand blender or mixer. If you want, you can strain it with a strainer.


.Now take the pureed mixture again in a pot and heat it on medium flame. A little more water if necessaryAdd and dilute. Creamy with fresh cream or milk (optional). Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Boil for 4-5 minutes.


Serve: Pour into hot bowls and sprinkle with coriander leaves or onion leaves. Serve garnished with cheese or roasted nuts.


Have this soup for dinner. Do not eat anything else with it. Try it for 15 days.


A gentle note:

Patients suffering from kidney problems cannot eat this soup. whose bitor are allergic to radish, they cannot eat it. Do not use baking powder and tasting salt in this soup.
