If Allah wants to harm you, no one can remove it except Him. And if He wants to do you good, then He has the power to do everything.
Tafseer of verses 17-21: Here Allah is giving the news that He is the owner of profit and loss. He is in his companyHe continued to manage as he wished. No one can reverse His orders, nor can anyone hinder His decisions. If he stops evil and evil, no one can start it.
On the other hand, if he initiates goodness and goodness, no one can stop it. As He said: (Arabic) that is, "No one can withhold the mercy that Allah wills to give to man, and from whomever He withholds it."No one can provide that.” (52) It is in the Sahih Hadith that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to say: (Arabic) This is why Allah Ta'ala says: (Arabic) That is, He is the Allah to whom the heads of men bow down, He is victorious over everything, and everything has submitted to His superiority and exaltation.
All his works are full of wisdom. He is fully aware of the location of objects. If he provides somethingHe gives to his recipient and withholds something from the non-recipient. He said: (Arabic) that is, O Muhammad (pbuh)! You ask them, whose testimony counts the most?
(Arabic) That is, O Prophet (PBUH)! Answer them, Allah is witness between me and you. And this Qur'an has been sent down to me through revelation, that I may warn you through it andWe also fear him to whom the words of this Quran will reach. As Allah Ta'ala says: (Arabic) meaning "Among those who disbelieve, Hell will be their promised abode." (11:17) And to whom the message of the Qur'an reaches, it is as if he met the Prophet (PBUH).
Rasulullah (SAW) said: "To whomever the Qur'an reaches, it is as if I myself preached the Tabligh." The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said: "Convey the verses of Allah to whomever belongs to Allah."A verse of the Book reached him, and its command reached him.” Rabi Ibn Anas said, It is the duty of the follower of the Prophet (PBUH) to give the invitation to Islam as the Prophet (PBUH) gave it and to show fear as the Prophet (PBUH) used to show fear.
Irshad (Arabic) means, O polytheists, do you bear witness that there are other gods with Allah? You say soI cannot testify. As he said in another place: (Arabic) that is, "If they bear witness, O Prophet (PBUH)! Do not bear witness with them." (6:150) Allah Ta'ala says: (Arabic) That is, O Prophet (PBUH)!
Declare that He is the only Lord, and that which you are indulging in has nothing to do with Me. Then Allah Ta'ala says about the People of the Book that they are this Qur'anHe knows them as well as they know their own sons. Because their books contain the news of previous prophets. All of them gave the good news of the existence of Muhammad (pbuh) and gave news about his qualities, his country, his migration, the qualities of his Ummah etc.
That is why Allah Almighty says: (Arabic) That is, those who have pushed themselves in the face of destruction will believe. But the matter is veryIt is clear that prophets have given good news about him and prophesied about his prophethood and appearance since ancient times. (Arabic) It is said that the one who accuses Allah falsely or rejects the verses of Allah, who can be more unjust than him?
That is, no one can be a greater oppressor than him. It is then declared (Arabic) that such is the false accuser of Allah and of AllahHe who denies the verses will never succeed.
The Tafseer reminds us: All ease, all provision, all protection originates from a single, All-Powerful Source. When He decrees good, it cannot be stopped. When He withholds, none can give.
This isn't about passive acceptance; it's about active surrender to the source of all power. It’s about directing our hopes, fears, and efforts towards the One who truly holds the keys.
This understanding shifts everything. Our chase for external validation quiets. Our anxiety about outcomes softens. We begin to build a wellbeing that’s internal, unshakeable, and authentic—a strength that comes from knowing who is truly in charge.
