They steady the heart.
They simplify life.

Simple. Intentional. Nourishing.

🌿 What Is Nabeez?
Nabeez is a natural drink that the beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) used to drink in the morning and at night. Narrated Aisha (RA): "The Nabeez used to be prepared for Rasulullah (SAW) in the morning.

When it was night, he would drink it. Then at night the Prophet was made. When morning came, he would drink it." (Sunan Abu Dawud, Kitabush Sharabah, Babu Fi Sifatin Nabeez, Hadith No. 3712).

Nabeez is not only good for health, butIt is also a part of following the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH). It is made by soaking dates/raisins/figs in water. This drink is highly nutritious and hydrating, which hydrates the body and provides energy throughout the day.

If you prepare it in the morning, you will eat it at night, and if you prepare it at night, you will eat it in the morning. It is Sunnah to use water to make the Prophet. Do not use milk.

Nabeez can be made with raisins like dates. But never two Do not mix together to make nabiyyah. In the hadith it is forbidden to mix dates and raisins together to make Nabeez. In the Hanafi Madhhab, mixing dates and raisins together to make Nabeez is makruh.

The possible reason behind this is that the drink has the potential to ferment quickly and turn into alcohol. It is permissible to make Nabeez by soaking dates or raisins separately.
