**Homemade BBQ Chicken & Vegetable Noodles**


Turn a gloomy rainy evening into a delicious culinary adventure! This Homemade BBQ Chicken & Vegetable Noodles recipe is the ultimate comfort food – packed with flavor, texture, and it’s incredibly easy to make.


Here’s a simplified version of the recipe:


Marinate the Chicken:


· 2 chicken breasts, cubed

· 1.5 tsp pepper powder

· 1 tsp paprika

· 1/2 tsp each (ginger & garlic powder, coriander powder, hot spice)

· 2 tsp BBQ sauce

· 1 tbsp yogurt

· Salt to taste


For the BBQ Sauce Mix:


· 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce

· 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

· 2 tsp Tomato Sauce

· 1 tsp Chili Sauce (opt.)

· 1 tsp Lemon Juice


The Method:


1. Marinate chicken for 20+ mins, then pan-fry until cooked. Set aside.

2. In the same pan, sauté chopped garlic, onion, and your choice of mixed vegetables (carrots, capsicum etc.).

3. Add boiled noodles and your cooked chicken.

4. Pour your BBQ sauce mix over everything and toss on high heat until everything is beautifully coated and glossy!

5. Finish with a sprinkle of chili flakes and serve immediately.
