**Ever feel like you're putting in the work but the mirror isn't changing? You're not alone**.🏋️

True transformation goes far beyond just showing up. It's about the harmony of what you do inside the gym and, more importantly, outside of it.

If your progress has stalled, here are 5 gentle but powerful questions to ask yourself:

1.**Progressive Overload**: Are you gradually getting stronger? If the weight on your key lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) hasn't increased by 15-25% in the last 3-4 months, your muscles have no reason to grow.

2.**The Protein Question**: Do you know your number? Muscle building requires fuel. Aim for 1.5-2g of protein per kg of body weight. If you're not tracking this, you're navigating your fitness journey in the dark.

3.**Rest > Grind**: Could you be overtraining? More isn't always better. 5-6 days a week for 2 hours can actually break down your progress if you're not genetically gifted. For most, 3-4 days of focused, 60-70 minute sessions is more than enough to thrive.

4.**Don't Fear Carbs**: Is your protein on point but your energy low? Carbohydrates are not the enemy! They're essential fuel for your workouts and recovery. For muscle growth, aim for 2-6g of carbs per kg of body weight.

5.**The Sleep Sanctuary**: Are you prioritizing rest? Your muscles aren't built in the gym; they're built while you sleep. This is when 90% of the repair and growth happens. Prioritize 7-8 hours of quality sleep—it's your most powerful supplement.
