The world's largest solar kitchen has been built in the scenic hill town of Rajasthan's Mount Abu, where nearly 50,000 meals a day are cooked using only the sun's heat—without a single gas cylinder or electricity! 🌞


🔸 thisThe unique project is implemented by Brahmakumari Ashram, who provide vegetarian meals to thousands of visitors and ashram residents every day. This solar powered kitchen not only saves energy but also significantly reduces environmental pollution.


🔆 How does this solar kitchen work?


▪️84 large size parabolic solar reflectors (Solar Parabolic Reflectors) are used in this huge kitchen, which reflect the sun's rays.The light is concentrated to a point and heats a large pot. This concentrated heat makes it possible to cook rice, pulses, curries etc. for thousands of people at once.


▪️Don't worry if there is no sunlight during the day—this system has special heat storage technology, so you can cook at night or even on cloudy days.
