How does this argument apply to other parts of the body?
"Exercising makes your muscles work extra hard, so exercising is bad for muscles."
"Study makes your brain work extra hard, so studying is bad for the brain."
“Sports or Running makes your heart work extra hard, so playing sports or running is bad for your heart.”

But for those who are not satisfied with these words - those who have a bad heart, running is a problem, not for those who have a good heart. Also, it is a problem for those who have kidney problems, but normally high protein does not damage the kidneys.

For those who are not satisfied with this, let me tell you about a study done in 2016. There are many studies on this, but the reason to mention this is that it was done over a full year, so long-term studies are not commonly available.
Here are people who do strength training 3-4 days a week per kg of body weightIn contrast, 3.4 grams of protein are provided. But this is extremely high protein. (For muscle building where 1.5-2 grams of protein is enough).
After 1 year, there was no negative effect on their kidneys.
Just to be clear, no one eats this level of protein, not even a bodybuilder.
