✅ Use Parental Controls – Set specific limits on mobile/computer if necessary.


✅ Increase family time – Talking, chatting or going for a walk together with the whole family helps divert the child's attention.


✅ Set examples – parents themselves are extra mobile/internetAvoid use. Children follow the parent.
