It’s not you. It’s a missing piece in how we connect.
Most conversations fizzle because we lead with our service, not their story. But what if you could almost know what they need before they fully say it?
After hundreds of these exchanges, three shifts changed everything for me. They’re simple, but they put you ahead of 95% of the noise.
->Talking by Researching Profiles
The first thing to do as soon as the client knocks:
Read his message carefully
➡️Then browse the profile
The more information you know about him, the more you can build a relationship with him.
The more ideas you have about a person, the easier it is to talk about them.
Without panicking at first,Know first — tell later.
-> “Need-Based” talk, not Service-Based
Biggest Mistake of Beginners —
“I can do this, I have a team, I provide this service…” — this is how you start your pitch.
Brother, it's not what you can do—
Talk based on what the client wants.
See what you can, more important to the client than whether you can do his job? So tell me about his work
-> Did you understand the work?
-> Do you have a solution for it?
-> If there is a solution, how to do it?
-> What can he benefit from getting your solution?
Remember, why the client buys is more important than what you sell
Speaking like this, the client fills in —
->"This guy understands me!"
-> Learn to Follow-up
I have never seen anything as powerful as a follow-up.
95% of people don't follow up—
If you just follow up, you will be ahead of 95% of people in client communication inshallah.
The Game of Client Communication — You don't have to know how to work, you have to learn how to talk.
Persistence isn’t pushy; it’s professional. It signals you care more about solving their problem than just closing a sale. A simple "Hey, just circling back on this thought..." can reopen doors most assume are closed.
The real thread here? Masterful client communication isn't about elaborate pitches. It’s about focused understanding, empathetic framing, and quiet consistency.
Which of these resonates with you most right now? Is it the approach of deep research before replying, the shift to 'why-based' talking, or the power of a thoughtful follow-up?
If this sparked a new thought, save it. Share it with a friend who’s building something meaningful. Or simply sit with it for a moment.
The most fulfilling work grows from real connection, not just promotion.
