The 1% Glitch: Why your brain thinks it’s still 50,000 BC.

Well, how far back do we usually go when discussing history?

World wars, the industrial revolution, colonial rule, Genghis Khan, Jesus Christ - perhaps the pyramids of Egypt. However, all this is only a whopping 1 or 2 percent of human history. Before this, humans have ruled the earth for thousands of years.

About 50 thousand years ago - our ancestors Hunter-gatherer. They lived mainly by hunting animals, catching fish or collecting bird eggs, small insects or fruits hanging from trees here and there.

If they get a big game, the whole tribe eats it for a long time. Again, prey that was always available - not even that.

It is difficult to bring the animals to the bug as usual. So the time in between was spent eating picked fruits, eggs or insects.

Food was found in wintervery hard Then the leaves of the tree fall, the fruit does not hold. Animals also go to their shelters. Primitive people often had to go without food. Spring or Monsoon was again the season of abundance of food.

At that time people's life span was short. 30-35 years. There was plenty of free time. Hunting, eating and sleeping - nothing else. As a result, there was no additional stress on the brain.

About 12 thousand years ago our ancestors learned agriculture,The wild animals were domesticated and farmed. The need for hunting, running and jumping decreased.

Then one after the other several millennia passed, we appeared in today's age of extreme industrialization. The average life expectancy is now almost three times, without asking for a three-hour plate full of food, there is absolutely no need for physical exertion.

Everything was fine. But our brains are confused. To him this modern civilization is relatively new. He's about three in hunter-gatherer mode Evolved over millions of years.

Farming was learned on this day - and modern technology started only a few days ago - more than a hundred years ago. A hundred years is nothing compared to the hunter-gatherer lifestyle – a grain of salt next to a large football.

That's why our brains still think in primitive ways - like the hunter-gatherer era.

We can also use these thousands of years of brain patterns to our advantageI can

With just a little awareness, you can live a super-duper healthy life without any extreme diets or restrictions.

what kind of this?

Just four rules you have to follow properly.

->Sleep with the sun, not the screen:Primitive people used to sleep after evening. Our brains have been trained that way for thousands of years. It was surprising to him that anyone would work without sleeping after sunset.

But in the modern lifestyle we have sundownersI stay awake for about 6 to 8 hours. The blue light coming out from the screen of mobile, laptop is visible to our eyes. Brain then becomes disoriented.

He can't figure out whether he should be releasing nighttime hormones, or daytime ones! That's why we feel sick when we stay up night after night.

The first rule of good health is getting enough sleep – and at the right time. Your brain recharges itself during sleep – a lot Performs important physiological functions.

All these things will suffer if you don't sleep properly. So get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day – and definitely fall asleep as early as possible. Remember that sleeping from 10 pm to 6 am is at least ten times better than sleeping from 2 pm to 10 am.

-> Reduce stress before it reduces you:There was only one tension in the hunter man's life – his wife would run away to another powerful manwhether Then when people learned farming – another tension was added – whether the crop would be good this year.

And then in the life of modern, civilized people, there is no way to spend even a moment without tension. But our brain is not ready to handle this stress. The more stress free you can keep him, the better he will perform.

So the second rule of well-being is to live a stress-free life at all costs. To make life beautiful Say goodbye to anxiety – it's up to you how you say it.

->Eat food your ancestors would recognize: Do not eat processed food in any way. But hunter-gatherers could not buy pasta, noodles or packaged bread or biscuits from the bakery. They ate sweet fruits, but they were not familiar with sugar.

They ate fatty foods, but factory-made soybean oil was not used in their cooking. So stay healthy First of all, factory-made and packaged foods should be reduced as much as possible.

Natural food – home made rice, bread, pulses, fish meat, naturally reared poultry eggs, cow milk-yogurt-ghee, crushed mustard oil, fish, fresh vegetables, fruits – let these occupy 90% of your kitchen space.

->Move — or the body protests:Hunter people and farming people - all were hard workers. Brain if you don't work Go crazy and backfire and make you sick.

That's why some exercise must be done. If possible, join the gym - and if you can't do it alone, you should continue walking, running, swimming, sitting at home and doing pushups, squats.

If you follow these four little rules perfectly - you can live a better and healthier life than ninety percent of the people in the world without a strict diet - 100% in this regard. Two hundred percent can be sure.

This isn’t about extreme restrictions. It’s about returning to the fundamental rhythms that sustain us. Small, intentional shifts can create a life of greater energy and resilience.

The quiet truth:

If you follow these four gentle rules with consistency,

you can live healthier than most people — without strict diets, obsession, or burnout.

Health is not built through extremes.

It’s built through alignment.

Final reflection:

True wellness is holistic.

It’s not only about what you eat — but how you live.

These are not hacks.

They are sustainable rhythms — quiet habits that shape a healthier, more intentional life over time.

The consequences of not paying Zakat!

The consequences of not paying Zakat! All the decrees of Allah are for the universal welfare of man. Every command and prohibition of Allah Ta'ala has two types of results or consequences. An afterlife will be found and that is the key. The consequences of disobeying His orders are still felt today, though many times people do not realize it. Consequences of not paying Zakat: First of all: Since the wealth of the rich has the right of the poor and destitute, if Zakat is not paidProperty remains the property of others. As a result it is not holy. Allah does not bless impure wealth and the possessor of that wealth is deprived of Allah's mercy. Not only that, the people who do not pay Zakat or Sadaqah, Allah sends worldly punishments like drought and famine on them. The Prophet (PBUH) said, "If a community refuses to give Zakat, Allah punishes them with famine" (Tabarani). Secondly:Rasulullah (SAW) said, "Whoever gives zakat in the hope of reward, there...
