A Vision of the Last Days and Its Relevance to Our Time

When the sun is darkened,
And the stars lose their brightness,
When the mountains are set in motion,
And pregnant camels are left untended,
When the wild beasts are gathered,
And the seas overflow,
When souls are paired,
And the buried daughters are asked—
For what sin were they slain?
When the records are laid open,
And the sky is unveiled,
When Hell is set ablaze,
And Paradise is brought near—
Then every soul will know what it has brought forward.

Decoding the Signs: A Reflection on Our Era

7. Souls Being Paired – Signifying globalization and the rise of collective consciousness, where people unite under common ideologies, forming new political or social movements.

8. The Questioning of Buried Daughters – A prophecy of the increasing awareness and advocacy for women’s rights, addressing past injustices and striving for gender equity.

9. The Opening of Records – A powerful reference to the digital age, where information, books, and personal data are more accessible than ever, shaping the way history is recorded.

10. The Unveiling of the Sky – An allusion to space exploration, aerial warfare, and mankind's advancements in technology that reach beyond Earth’s atmosphere.

11. The Blazing of Hellfire – Signifying the intensification of wars and global conflicts, including the devastating impact of World Wars and ongoing military aggression.

12. The Nearness of Paradise – Representing the sacrifice of the righteous in times of turmoil, as martyrs who uphold justice will find their reward near.

13. The Disappearing Star – A metaphor for scholars and intellectuals who struggle between faith and secular influences, some getting lost in worldly pursuits, while others remain hidden.

14. The Oath of the Night and Dawn – Indicating the oppression of Muslims in the last age and the eventual victory of truth through the arrival of Imam Mahdi and Prophet Isa (Jesus), bringing justice and restoring Islam to its rightful place.

A Call to Reflection and Action

The verses of Surah At-Takwir are not just an abstract vision of the future; they are a mirror reflecting the realities of our world today. The spiritual darkness, political upheavals, technological advancements, and social justice movements are all aligning with these divine signs.
