🥗 Pan-Seared Salmon & Avocado Salad 🍣🥑
Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
2 tablespoons of ranch or creamy Caesar dressing
Lemon wedge (for garnish)
Instructions:
Pan-Sear the Salmon:
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
