Apple Spinach Salad with Honey-Mustard Lemon Dressing
1. Ingredients:
o 6 cups baby spinach leaves
o 2 large apples, thinly sliced

o 1/4 cup dried cranberries
o 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
o 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
o 2 tablespoons olive oil

o 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
o Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
