**"Diabetes Isn’t Just ‘In Your Genes’—It’s In Your Lifestyle.** 🌿

Many of us think that after being infected with type 2 diabetes, my father's diabetes, my uncle's diabetes, my mother's diabetes, relatives are all diabetes.

That means, I probably got hereditary diabetes.

If you notice, your previous generation started diabetes after forty-forty forty. The previous generation, that is, the generation of various grandparents, will begin to see that diabetes started at the age of 3-5 years.

A little in the previous generationIf you find out the news, you will see if there was diabetes, people did not understand or knew. But from the data of the American-British health system, we can understand that very few people used to be type 2 diabetes before 9.

So it seems to me that finding the genetic route of diabetes is actually a thought. Not a hundred years ago, only 5 years ago, diabetes will not be found in 5% of people.

Now let's get a little head.

Does your grandfather eat any rice ?? BrownRice, Mostley, Flower Fiber. Car, rickshaw, tempu were not very available. They used to walk or ride on a bike.

This is how your parents were spent in my childhood. If we searched a little, they would see that they did not eat the rice before the age of 5. Everyone was walking 8-12 kilos a day.

Power did not reach the villages before 9am. Everyone was sleeping at 4-5pm. Many people fell asleep in the city after 9pm.

Then most familiesCooking was mainly for the twin, morning and noon. After lunch, what would have survived, usually dinner was recovered, after the Asha prayer.

All in all, the Eating period was 12 hours a day, and 12 hours fasting.

After 20, the calculation changed. People started waking up at night, forgot to walk.

After the 21st we came to the new reality, many of us are now sleeping at 7pm, the first match of the day is the first of the day.At 7am, the last match is at 7pm.

Notice that this is an on -lawful lifestyle, it was more than your father, you were more than your father, your child is more.

This time Milan.

It can be seen that your grandfather's generation was diabetes after sixties, after forty -four in the father's generation, after 5 in your generation and now we are getting diabetes from many of our next generation.

To change our riceWill be

Restaurant-food Panda-Uber Its use should be limited.

Wake up at night.

You have to practice walking in short distances and walk at least two days a week.

Type 2 diabetes is a lifestyle disease. But our unconsciousness may make it a genetic disease at some point!

The Man Who Invented The "Psychopath"?

The Man Who Invented the “Psychopath”? Hervey Cleckley, an influential psychiatrist, is often credited with shaping modern understandings of psychopathy, even though his original intent was to help rather than stigmatize those affected. His 1941 work, The Mask of Sanity, was pivotal, as it introduced the concept of the psychopath as a specific personality type with 16 distinct traits. Cleckley described individuals who seemed outwardly rational but exhibited shallow emotions, lacked empathy, and engaged in destructive behaviors, though often without malice. Cleckley’s perspective was initially sympathetic; he saw these individuals as “forgotten” by psychiatry—people who needed understanding and treatment. However, as psychopathy entered the public lexicon, the term was quickly associated with malice, violence, and even inhumanity. Cleckley’s nuanced portrait of the psychopath was adapted by later researchers like Robert Hare, who created the widely used Psychopathy Checklist, a t...
