Winter Special Vegetable Treats ASMR Cooking 🥕🥬🥒🫑🍒

🔥🔥 Easy and simple recipe to make delicious vegetable manchurian in winter 🥬🥕

✅ Whatever you need:

For making the balls:

➡ Crushed cabbage: 1.5 cups
➡ Grated carrot: 1/2 cup
➡ Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
➡ Crushed green chillies: 2
➡ Cornflower: 3 tbsp
➡ Flour: 1/2 cup
➡ Salt: To taste
➡ Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
➡ Oil (for frying)

For the gravy:

➡ Society: 2table spoon
➡ Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
➡ Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
➡ Chilli Flakes: As per taste
➡ Cornflour: 1.5 tsp (mix in water)
➡ Crushed garlic: 1 tsp
➡ Onion (cut into cubes): 1
➡ Capsicum (cut into cubes): 1/2 cup
➡ Green chillies: 2 (cut into slices)
➡ Oil: 2 tbsp
➡ Salt: To taste
➡ Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
➡ Water: 1 cup

How it happened:

➡ Shredded cabbage in a large bowl,Mix carrots, ginger, garlic, chilies, cornflour, flour, salt and pepper.
➡ Make small balls from the mixture.
➡ Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden. Save for later.
➡ Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and fry garlic in it lightly.
➡ Fry for another 2-3 minutes with onion and capsicum.
➡ Stir well with soy sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce.
➡ Add 1 cup of water and boilday
➡ Pour in the cornflour water and keep stirring until the gravy thickens.
➡ Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

✅ Serving:
➡ Cook the fried balls in the gravy for 2-3 minutes and serve

Tips: Salt should be reduced when giving soy sauce.

🔥🔥 Simple Korean Rolled Egg Recipe 🥚🍳

✅ Whatever you need:

➡️ 3-4 eggs
➡️ 1/2 cup cabbage (shredded)
➡️ 1/4 teaspoon of salt
➡️ 1/4 tspChilli powder
➡️ Oil (for frying)

How it happened:

➡️ Crack eggs in a bowl. Separate the egg yolks in a separate bowl.
Add salt and pepper separately and mix well.

➡️ Mix the chopped jaggery with the egg white.

➡️ Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add little oil.

➡️ Pour the egg mixture into the pan, enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 1-2 minutesDo this, so that the sides are set but the top is still a little runny.

➡️ Start rolling the egg from one side with a spatula, bringing it into a long roll shape. Push the rolled egg to one side of the pan.

➡️ Again pour the new egg mixture into the pan so that it is under the rolls, cook it again for 1-2 minutes until set. Now roll the rolled egg again on the new layer.Finally roll with egg yolk.

➡️ Remove the egg roll from the pan and let it cool a little. Then cut it into small pieces and serve hot.

➡️ Nuts

✅ Whatever you need:

➡️ Raw fish - 200 grams
➡️ Onion - 1 (chopped)
➡️ Ginger - 1inch pieces (chopped/battered)
➡️ Green chillies – 2-3 (chopped)
➡️ Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
➡️ Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
➡️ Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
➡️ Salt – as per taste
➡️ Oil – for frying
➡️ Besan - 1/3 cup
➡️ Cornflower - 1/4 cup

How it happened:

➡️ First wash the cuttlefish well and drain the water.

Mix raw fish, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt togethertake

➡️ In a bowl, mix chopped onion, ginger paste, green chili powder, little turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, coriander leaves and salt together.

➡️ Then add besan, cornflower in it.

➡️ Gently mix in the buttered cuttlefish and keep frying till golden in pakora shape.
