➡ Sour yogurt: 4Tablespoon (tipped)
➡ Chillies: 4-5 (chopped or whole)
➡ Salt: Moderately
➡ Chicken: 300 grams (preferably with bones)
➡ Bread soaked with milk: 1 cup
➡ Water: 1 cup
How it happened:
➡ Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large pan. Add whole spices (cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves) and fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
➡ Fry the onion with the batter until the raw smell goes away. Then add garlic and ginger 1-2Stir minutes.
➡ Sprinkle coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
➡ Add the chicken pieces and fry lightly from all sides, stirring well.
➡ Reduce the heat and add the curd. Stir constantly so that the curd does not curdle. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
➡ Pour green chillies, milk and water. Then reduce the heat and cover.

➡ Onion (cut into cubes):1
➡ Capsicum (cut into cubes): 1/2 cup
➡ Green chillies: 2 (cut into slices)
➡ Oil: 2 tbsp
➡ Salt: To taste
➡ Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
➡ Water: 1 cup
How it happened:
➡ In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrot, ginger, garlic, green chilies, cornflour, flour, salt and pepper.
➡ Make small balls from the mixture.
➡ Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden. Pick up laterkeep
➡ Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and fry garlic in it lightly.
➡ Fry for another 2-3 minutes with onion and capsicum.
➡ Stir well with soy sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce.

➡ Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
