**✨ Creamy White Sauce Pasta in 30 Minutes (So Good, You’ll Lick the Bowl!) ✨**

Let’s get real—weeknight dinners shouldn’t be complicated. This creamy, dreamy white sauce pasta is my *ultimate crowd-pleaser* (even my picky eater approves!). Plus, it’s faster than waiting for delivery.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli work great)

- 1 chicken breast, cubed *(or swap with mushrooms for veggie-friendly!)*

- 1 medium capsicum, diced

- 2 tbsp butter 🧈

- 2 tbsp flour

- 2 cups milk 🥛

- **Spice Mix**: 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper, chili flakes (to taste)

- *Optional*: Grated cheese for extra gooeyness 🧀

**Let’s Do This**:

1️⃣ **Pasta Perfection**: Boil pasta with a pinch of salt + 1 tsp oil (keeps it from sticking!). Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ **Flavor Boost**: Toss chicken cubes with ½ the spice mix. Let it marinate while you chop the capsicum.

3️⃣ **Sear & Sizzle**: In a pan, cook chicken until golden. Add capsicum and sauté for 2 mins. Set aside.

4️⃣ **Magic Sauce Time**: Melt butter, whisk in flour until toasty. Slowly pour in milk, stirring non-stop. Add remaining spices—watch it thicken into silky goodness!

5️⃣ **Bring It Together**: Toss pasta, chicken, and veggies into the sauce. Stir in a handful of cheese (trust me, it’s life-changing 💫).

6️⃣ **Plate Like a Pro**: Top with chili flakes + fresh herbs. *Cue the Instagram-worthy fork twist!*

**Why You’ll Love This**:

✅ Pantry staples only (no fancy ingredients!)

✅ Customize with veggies, tofu, or extra spice

✅ Leftovers taste *even better* next day

The Man Who Invented The "Psychopath"?

The Man Who Invented the “Psychopath”? Hervey Cleckley, an influential psychiatrist, is often credited with shaping modern understandings of psychopathy, even though his original intent was to help rather than stigmatize those affected. His 1941 work, The Mask of Sanity, was pivotal, as it introduced the concept of the psychopath as a specific personality type with 16 distinct traits. Cleckley described individuals who seemed outwardly rational but exhibited shallow emotions, lacked empathy, and engaged in destructive behaviors, though often without malice. Cleckley’s perspective was initially sympathetic; he saw these individuals as “forgotten” by psychiatry—people who needed understanding and treatment. However, as psychopathy entered the public lexicon, the term was quickly associated with malice, violence, and even inhumanity. Cleckley’s nuanced portrait of the psychopath was adapted by later researchers like Robert Hare, who created the widely used Psychopathy Checklist, a t...
